Abstract

本发明提供了一种医用手术衣的热熔胶带及其制备方法,涉及高分子产品加工技术领域。本发明提供的热熔胶带为三层结构,所述三层结构分别为网布基材层、防水层和热熔胶层,防水层为中间层,其中,所述热熔胶层包括以下质量百分比的组分:热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶90‑97%、纳米碳酸钙2‑5%、抗水解剂1‑3%、抗氧剂0.2‑1%、紫外线吸收剂0.2‑1%。本发明通过将网布基材层、防水层和热熔胶层复合形成热封胶带,用于医用手术衣的接缝处时,可满足WS/T508‑2016和WS310.2‑2016的洗涤和蒸汽灭菌要求,粘接牢度可达到10N/cm以上,且静水压可达1000mmH2O,具有良好的耐水解性能。

Description

一种医用手术衣的热熔胶带及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子产品加工技术领域,主要涉及一种热熔胶,特别涉及一种医用手术衣的热熔胶带及其制备方法。
背景技术
老款医用手术衣一般未做防水处理,病菌、血液很容易渗透造成医务工作者伤害。近段时间,虽然出现了对手术衣面料进行防水处理的技术,其主要是贴合防水涂层,再对线位进行压胶处理,从而达到阻隔病菌、血液更好的防护目的。
由于医疗器械需要进行无菌处理,通常是蒸汽灭菌(134℃,4-6min),和高温水洗。洗涤和消毒方法使用WS/T508-2016《医院医用织物洗涤消毒技术规范》和WS310.2-2016《医院消毒供应中心第2部分:清洗消毒及灭菌技术操作规范》。而普通的三层胶条,即网布+防水涂层+粘接热熔胶,多数是用于户外、休闲领域,对此类服装洗涤程序一般为GB/T86294N,即40℃水洗和60℃烘干,其对胶条的耐温要求不高。若将普通三层胶条应用于医用手术服中,在WS/T508-2016和WS310.2-2016标准水洗和蒸汽灭菌下,经多次洗涤和灭菌处理后会出现因热熔胶不耐温而导致的粘接牢度、起边、收缩等外观不良和防水性能不良现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供医用手术衣的热熔胶带及其制备方法,旨在解决目前将普通三层胶条应用于医用手术服中,经多次洗涤和灭菌处理后会出现因热熔胶不耐温而导致的粘接牢度、起边、收缩等外观不良和防水性能不良现象的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,第一方面,本发明提出了一种医用手术衣的热熔胶带,所述热熔胶带为三层结构,所述三层结构分别为网布基材层、防水层和热熔胶层,防水层为中间层,其中,所述热熔胶层包括以下质量百分比的组分:热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶90-97%、纳米碳酸钙2-5%、抗水解剂1-3%、抗氧剂0.2-1%、紫外线吸收剂0.2-1%。
本发明技术方案中,网布基材层可起到增加热封胶带的强度,保护防水膜不受磨损,增加穿着体验的作用;防水层可起到耐温作用,并在加工时保证不发生透胶。热熔胶层采用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶,可以达到洗涤和蒸汽灭菌要求,保证热熔胶层(相当于热熔胶带)与手术衣面料之间的粘接牢度。纳米碳酸钙的加入可以提高热熔胶层的耐温程度,使其在高温下具有良好的尺寸稳定性;耐水解助剂的加入,使得热熔胶带用于医用手术衣时,静水压可达1000mmH2O,耐水解效果得到显著的改善。
使用时,将本发明制备的热熔胶带用于采用三层复合面料制备得到的医用手术衣的接缝处,可满足WS/T508-2016和WS310.2-2016的洗涤和蒸汽灭菌要求,粘接牢度可达到10N/cm以上。
作为本发明所述医用手术衣的热熔胶带的优选实施方式,所述热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶的软化点为155oC,在190℃,2.16kg测试条件下的熔融指数为10g/10min。
发明人经过反复试验发现,具有上述技术参数的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶可以更好的达到洗涤和蒸汽灭菌要求,并提高热熔胶层与手术衣面料之间的粘接牢度。
作为本发明所述医用手术衣的热熔胶带的优选实施方式,所述抗水解剂为聚碳化二亚胺,所述抗氧剂包括抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168和抗氧剂1076中的至少一种,所述紫外线吸收剂包括UV328、UV326和UV234中的至少一种。
作为本发明所述医用手术衣的热熔胶带的优选实施方式,所述网布基材层包括20D涤纶经编网布、20D雪纺涤纶网布中的至少一种。
涤纶网布的耐温和抗热收缩性能较好。
作为本发明所述医用手术衣的热熔胶带的优选实施方式,所述防水层为PU防水涂层。
第二方面,本发明还提出一种热熔胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将热熔胶层的原料组分混合均匀,使用单螺杆挤出机熔融挤出得到流延薄膜作为所述热熔胶层;
(2)将流延薄膜、防水层和网布基材层加热复合得到所述热熔胶带。
作为本发明所述制备方法的优选实施方式,所述步骤(1)中流延薄膜的厚度为0.15mm。
本发明技术方案中,若流延薄膜的厚度太薄,热压时热熔胶不能良好地渗透到防水膜层,与其形成良好粘接,会出现渗水隔绝不了病菌、血液等问题;若流延薄膜的厚度过厚,热压时由于热熔胶过多,会造成溢胶严重而影响外观。综合考虑后,以流延薄膜的厚度为0.15mm为最佳。
作为本发明所述制备方法的优选实施方式,所述步骤(1)中单螺杆挤出机的挤出温度为150-170oC,模头温度为165oC。
本发明技术方案中,螺杆挤出机的螺杆温度分为7段,每段的温度如下表1所示。

作为本发明所述制备方法的优选实施方式,所述步骤(2)中加热温度为140oC,复合压力为6kg。
作为本发明所述制备方法的优选实施方式,所述步骤(1)的原料组分混合过程中,先取与纳米碳酸钙等量的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶,将其与纳米碳酸钙混合均匀后再与剩余原料混合。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明技术方案通过将网布基材、防水层、热熔胶层复合形成热封胶带,其中,热熔胶层以热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶为主要原料,与纳米碳酸钙等混合制备得到,使得最终复合形成的热封胶带热压于医用手术衣的接缝里布线位处时,可满足WS/T508-2016和WS310.2-2016的洗涤和蒸汽灭菌要求,粘接牢度可达到10N/cm以上,且静水压可达1000mmH2O,具有良好的耐水解性能。

具体实施方式
为更好地说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
本实施例的热熔胶带为三层结构,三层结构分别为网布基材层、防水层和热熔胶层,防水层为中间层,其中,网布基材层为20D涤纶经编网布,防水层为PU防水层,通过PUR胶水贴合一起,热熔胶层包括以下质量百分比的组分:热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶95%、纳米碳酸钙3%、聚碳化二亚胺1%、抗氧剂1010 0.5%、UV328 0.5%,所述热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶的软化点为150oC,熔融指数为10g/10min;
本实施例的热熔胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先取与纳米碳酸钙等量的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶(质量分数为3%),将其与纳米碳酸钙混合均匀后再与剩余原料混合,由于纳米碳酸钙为超细粉末,在加料前用部分热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶进行混合后,可以避免纳米碳酸钙粉体扬尘,待热熔胶层的原料组分混合均匀后,使用单螺杆挤出机熔融挤出得到流延薄膜作为厚度为0.15mm的热熔胶层;
(2)将流延薄膜、防水层和网布基材层加热复合得到热熔胶带;
其中,步骤(1)中单螺杆挤出机的挤出温度为150-170oC,模头温度为165oC;步骤(2)中加热温度为140oC,复合压力为6kg。
效果例1
将实施例1制备的热熔胶带分切成0.35*22mm的成卷热封胶条,使用热风机在550℃-600℃、3m/min压带速度、0.02MPa下,将热封胶条使用热风机热压于三层复合面料医用手术衣接缝里布线位处,测试胶带性能。其中,三层复合面料医用手术衣面料的三层结构包括:以涤纶梭织面料制作的面布,涤纶经编网布制作的底布,以及以PU或PTFE防水薄膜制作的中间层,将面布、中间层和底布通过PUR胶水(湿固化聚氨酯胶水)粘接复合得到三层复合面料手术衣面料,其具体结构如图2所示。
测试结果如下:
a、按GB/T4744-2013方法测试水洗前静水压值,可达1000mmH2O;
b、按WS/T508-2016洗涤方法水洗50次,测试净水压,可达1000mmH2O;
c、按WS310.2-2016蒸汽灭菌方法50次,外观平整,测试净水压,可达1000mmH2O;
d、按GB/2791-1995 方法测试热封胶条与手术衣三层复合面料粘接T剥离力为10.5N/cm。
实施例2
本实施例的热熔胶带的结构与实施例1基本相同,所不同的是,本实施例的热熔胶层包括以下质量百分比的组分:热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶93%、纳米碳酸钙4%、聚碳化二亚胺2%、抗氧剂1010 0.5%、UV328 0.5%;
本实施例的热熔胶带的制备方法与实施例1相同。
效果例2
将实施例2制备的热熔胶带按照与实施例1相同的方法测试胶带性能。
测试结果如下:

本对比例的热熔胶带的制备方法与实施例1相同。
对照效果例1
将对比例1制备的热熔胶带按照与实施例1相同的方法测试胶带性能。
测试结果如下:
a、按GB/T4744-2013方法测试水洗前静水压值为530mmH2O;
b、按WS/T508-2016洗涤方法水洗50次,测试净水压值为410mmH2O,水洗后胶条边缘与面料粘接不牢,易起边;
c、按WS310.2-2016蒸汽灭菌方法50次,外观平整,测试净水压值为500mmH2O;
d、按GB/2791-1995 方法测试热封胶条与手术衣三层复合面料粘接T剥离力为8.5N/cm。
对比例2
本对比例的热熔胶带的结构与实施例1基本相同,所不同的是,本对比例的热熔胶层包括以下质量百分比的组分:热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶97%、纳米碳酸钙1%、聚碳化二亚胺1%、抗氧剂1010 0.5%、UV328 0.5%;

对比例3
本对比例的热熔胶带的结构与实施例1相同;
本对比例的热熔胶带的制备方法与实施例1基本相同,所不同的是,本对比例步骤(1)中单螺杆挤出机的挤出温度为160-180oC,模头温度为175oC。
对照效果例3
将对比例3制备的热熔胶带按照与实施例1相同的方法测试胶带性能。
测试结果如下:
a、按GB/T4744-2013方法测试水洗前静水压值为1000mmH2O;
b、按WS/T508-2016洗涤方法水洗50次,测试净水压值为810mmH2O,水洗后胶条边缘与面料粘接不牢,易起边;
c、按WS310.2-2016蒸汽灭菌方法50次,胶条出现收缩(横向收缩约10%,纵向收缩约5%),测试净水压值为500mmH2O;
d、按GB/2791-1995 方法测试热封胶条与手术衣三层复合面料粘接T剥离力为8.5N/cm。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种医用手术衣的热熔胶带,其特征在于,所述热熔胶带为三层结构,所述三层结构分别为网布基材层、防水层和热熔胶层,防水层为中间层,其中,所述热熔胶层包括以下质量百分比的组分:热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶93-95%、纳米碳酸钙2-5%、抗水解剂1-3%、抗氧剂0.2-1%、紫外线吸收剂0.2-1%;
所述热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶的软化点为155℃,在190℃,2.16kg测试条件下的熔融指数为10g/10min;
所述热熔胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将热熔胶层的原料组分混合均匀,使用单螺杆挤出机熔融挤出得到流延薄膜作为所述热熔胶层;
(2)将流延薄膜、防水层和网布基材层加热复合得到所述热熔胶带;
所述步骤(1)中单螺杆挤出机的挤出温度为150-170℃,模头温度为165℃。
2.如权利要求1所述的热熔胶带,其特征在于,所述抗水解剂为聚碳化二亚胺,所述抗氧剂包括抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168和抗氧剂1076中的至少一种,所述紫外线吸收剂包括UV328、UV326和UV234中的至少一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的热熔胶带,其特征在于,所述网布基材层包括20D涤纶经编网布、20D雪纺涤纶网布中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的热熔胶带,其特征在于,所述防水层为PU防水涂层。
5.如权利要求1所述的热熔胶带,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中流延薄膜的厚度为0.15mm。
6.如权利要求1所述的热熔胶带,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中加热温度为140℃,复合压力为6kg。
7.如权利要求1所述的热熔胶带,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)的原料组分混合过程中,先取与纳米碳酸钙等量的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶,将其与纳米碳酸钙混合均匀后再与剩余原料混合。
