Abstract
本发明涉及一种热转印碳带及用于热转印碳带的背涂液,所述热转印碳带背涂液的有效成分为有机硅树脂。所述热转印碳带中背涂液形成的背涂层的厚度为0.2‑0.6g/m2。本发明提出的一种热转印碳带及用于热转印碳带的背涂液,所使用的原料成分单一,工艺简单,成本低,节省了能源,同时也能满足碳带背涂层的使用要求,不影响碳带打印产品的质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及碳带所用的背涂液的配方技术领域,具体涉及一种热转印碳带及用于热转印碳带的背涂液。
背景技术
随着碳带应用的不断扩大,碳带品种也越来越多,越来越高端,从蜡基、混合基、树脂基,碳带越高端,对背涂层的要求也越来越高。碳带背面的一层背涂层,它的主要作用是减少打印头磨损,减少静电产生和加强热传导。但目前市面上使用的背涂层,原料制备繁琐,条件苛刻,这在无形中增加了碳带的成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是改进碳带背涂层的配方,简化背涂层原料配方,且使用性能不发生变化。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种用于热转印碳带的背涂液,其有效成分为有机硅树脂。
优选地,所述有机硅树脂的质量百分比为20%~50%。
优选地,包括以下重量份的组分:有机硅树脂30-45份;润滑剂 55-70份。
优选地,所述润滑剂包括有机硅塑料和硬脂酸辛树脂。
一种热转印碳带,包括权利要求1~4任一项所述的用于热转印碳带的背涂液。
所述背涂液形成的背涂层的厚度为0.2-0.6g/m2。
采用上述方案的有益效果是:本发明提出的一种热转印碳带及用于热转印碳带的背涂液,所使用的原料成分单一,工艺简单,成本低,节省了能源,同时也能满足碳带背涂层的使用要求,不影响碳带打印产品的质量。

以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例一
一种用于热转印碳带的背涂液,其有效成分为有机硅树脂,所述有机硅树脂的质量百分比为20%。
一种用于热转印碳带的背涂液,包括以下重量份的组分:有机硅树脂 30份;润滑剂55份,所述润滑剂包括有机硅塑料。
一种热转印碳带,碳带中背涂液形成的背涂层的厚度为0.2g/m2。
实施例二
一种用于热转印碳带的背涂液,其有效成分为有机硅树脂,所述有机硅树脂的质量百分比为50%。
一种用于热转印碳带的背涂液,包括以下重量份的组分:有机硅树脂 45份;润滑剂70份,所述润滑剂包括硬脂酸辛树脂。
一种热转印碳带,碳带中背涂液形成的背涂层的厚度为0.6g/m2。
实施例三
一种用于热转印碳带的背涂液,其有效成分为有机硅树脂,所述有机硅树脂的质量百分比为30%。
一种用于热转印碳带的背涂液,包括以下重量份的组分:有机硅树脂 40份;润滑剂60份,所述润滑剂包括有机硅塑料和硬脂酸辛树脂。
一种热转印碳带,碳带中背涂液形成的背涂层的厚度为0.5g/m2。
图1为一种热转印树脂基碳带结构图,其构主要由以下几部分组成:
其中功能层为丙烯酸树脂或乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯油墨固化成的涂层,涂层厚度0.4-1.5g/m2;离型层为使用丙烯酸树脂或醋丁纤维素或硝化棉树脂涂料固化成的涂层,涂层厚度0.2-0.4g/m2;基材为PET材质,厚度 0.4-0.8um;背涂层为有机硅树脂涂料固化所形成的涂层,涂层厚度 0.2-0.6g/m2。
本发明所述功能层为丙烯酸树脂或乙烯-醋酸乙烯醋油墨固化成的涂层,因其涂层含颜料,需达到一定厚度才能达到产品的光泽度固使用涂布厚度为0.4-1.5g/m2,优选的涂层厚度1.2g/m2。离型层主要作用为功能层提供剥离较果,测试表明,部分丙烯酸树脂或醋丁纤维素或销化棉涂层达到 0.2um就可实现剥离,优先的涂层厚度0.3um。PET基材良好的热稳定性为本发明产品提供了有力的支撑,本发明所使用的PET膜厚度为0.4-0.8um,该厚度下,碳带既能稳定运行,又具有良好的热传导性,优选的厚度6um。背涂层为有机硅树脂涂料所形成的涂层,涂层厚度0.2-0.6g/m2,有机硅树脂具有良好的耐热性及滑爽性,该背涂层有利于对打印机探头的保护,优选的涂层厚度0.46g/m2。
采用上述方案的有益效果是:本本发明提出的一种热转印碳带及用于热转印碳带的背涂液,所使用的原料成分单一,工艺简单,成本低,节省了能源,同时也能满足碳带背涂层的使用要求,不影响碳带打印产品的质量。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。

1.一种用于热转印碳带的背涂液,其特征在于,其有效成分为有机硅树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于热转印碳带的背涂液,其特征在于,所述有机硅树脂的质量百分比为20%~50%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于热转印碳带的背涂液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:
有机硅树脂 30-45份
润滑剂 55-70份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于热转印碳带的背涂液,其特征在于,所述润滑剂包括有机硅塑料和硬脂酸辛树脂。
5.一种热转印碳带,其特征在于,包括权利要求1~4任一项所述的用于热转印碳带的背涂液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种热转印碳带,其特征在于,所述背涂液形成的背涂层的厚度为0.2-0.6g/m2。
