Abstract
The invention discloses a cover placing device on a conveying line in the field of automation equipment, which comprises a fixed frame consisting of an upper fixed plate and a lower fixed plate, wherein a first air cylinder is fixed on the lower plane of the upper fixed plate, the telescopic part of the first air cylinder is connected with a fixed block, a first pressing block and a second pressing block are arranged on the lower plane of the fixed block, a first movable rod and a second movable rod are arranged on the lower fixed plate, the top ends of the first movable rod and the second movable rod are respectively matched with the first pressing block and the second pressing block, a through hole is formed in the middle section of the lower fixed plate, and a cover separating and falling mechanism is arranged at the through hole. The invention can separate the paint barrels individually on the conveying line, and the cover plate falls on the opening of the paint barrel in the separation process, thereby realizing automation in the whole process without manual operation.

The cover separating and dropping mechanism comprises a resisting plate, a first extending head, a second extending head, a third extending head, a fourth extending head, connecting rods and a second air cylinder, wherein the resisting plate is provided with four groups and is respectively fixed at four equal points of a through hole of the lower fixing plate, the connecting rods are respectively arranged above the fixing position of the resisting plate, two end heads of two adjacent connecting rods are respectively connected with the second extending head and the third extending head on the first layer of the shifting fork, the other end of the third extending head is provided with the first extending head, the second layer of the shifting fork is provided with the fourth extending head, the fourth extending head is fixed with the first layer of the shifting fork, the telescopic end of the second air cylinder is connected with one of the connecting rods, and the fixing end of the second air cylinder is movably connected with the fixing seat.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the ends of the first extending head and the fourth extending head are both provided with arc surfaces, and an included angle of 45 degrees is formed between the first extending head and the fourth extending head.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the stop fork 9 is provided with two fork arms, and the distance between the two fork arms is 4/5 of the diameter of the conveying cylinder. The baffle fork 9 can be changed according to the diameter of different paint buckets, and the distance between the fork rods is set to 4/5 for the diameter of the conveying cylinder, so that the baffle fork can better abut against the wall of the conveying cylinder.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the ends of the first extending head 11 and the fourth extending head 14 are provided with cambered surfaces, and an included angle of 45 degrees is provided between the first extending head 11 and the fourth extending head 14. The angle is set so that the first extension head 11 and the fourth extension head 14 do not affect the cap separation and the cap falling during the rotation.
