Abstract
The invention relates to a seat audio headrest structure which comprises backrest foam, a backrest skin, a backrest framework and a headrest framework welded at the top of the backrest framework, wherein the backrest foam is coated outside the backrest framework and the headrest framework, the backrest skin is coated outside the backrest foam, a loudspeaker is fixedly connected to the headrest framework, and a groove for accommodating the loudspeaker is formed in the backrest foam. The invention has at least the following advantages: the headrest framework, the headrest side supporting plates and the headrest rear supporting plate form a cavity-shaped structure, the structural strength is high, the loudspeaker is well protected, the headrest strength is good, the defects of large space requirement and heavy structure in the front-back direction of a conventional split headrest are overcome, the appearance requirement of light and thin seat backs can be met, and meanwhile, the weight and cost are reduced; the headrest and the backrest are integrated into a whole, the headrest does not need to be additionally assembled, and the assembly time is reduced.

Technical Field

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a seat sound headrest structure comprises a backrest foam 2, a backrest skin 1, a backrest framework 4 and a headrest framework welded at the top of the backrest framework 4, wherein the backrest foam 2 is coated outside the backrest framework 4 and the headrest framework, the backrest skin 1 is coated outside the backrest foam 2, the headrest framework is fixedly connected with a loudspeaker 7, and a groove 3 used for accommodating the loudspeaker 7 is arranged in the backrest foam 2.
