背景技术
人是人***瘤病毒(HPV)的唯一宿主,传染源为病人和病毒携带者,HPV病毒有严格的宿主特异性和组织亲嗜性,仅能感染人类皮肤和黏膜细胞,HPV病毒通过直接接触感染者或接触污染物品而传播,生殖道感染主要是通过性接触而传播,HPV病毒涉及人群量大面广,80%有性生活的女性、50%男性一生中会感染HPV病毒,人感染HPV病毒后生成的疾病叫***,***主要是由HPV病毒感染引发的,也就是说***发生的必要条件是HPV病毒感染。像流感病毒或新冠病毒一样,到目前为止没有一种药物可以将HPV病毒完全清除。

⑵抗HPV病毒椰脂溶剂中的月桂酸(是从椰子原油中分离得到的)pH值4.5,月桂酸可溶解HPV病毒衣壳蛋白使其丧失吸附力。
⑶抗HPV病毒椰脂溶剂中的辛癸酸甘油酯(是从椰子原油中先分离出辛酸癸酸后再与甘油反应制成的)pH值4.3,辛癸酸甘油酯可阻止HPV病毒穿过细胞膜进入细胞。
⑷抗HPV病毒椰脂溶剂中的己酸(是从椰子原油中分馏得到的)pH值4,己酸可干扰HPV病毒阻止装配成熟,瓦解HPV病毒核酸。

检测报告
将本发明实施例2得到的抗人***瘤病毒的椰脂纤维(型号为:V-C81012(0535),送检时的样品名称命名为“一次性卫生用品椰脂溶剂(纤维)”)送至上海微谱化工技术服务有限公司进行检测,检测项目为:抗人***瘤病毒HPV6活性,检测方法为:ISO18184:2019,检测仪器为:生物安全柜,检测结果如表1所示:
