Abstract
本发明公开了一种卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维及其制备方法与应用,将椰子油和海藻胶混合后加注纯净水搅拌均匀后得到椰脂溶物,再将椰脂溶物涂浸到粘胶纤维上得到卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维;椰子油中的中链脂肪酸具有天然的抗菌性能,可以穿破金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌将其杀死,得到的卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维无毒,具有极佳的抗微生物活性。本发明将卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维与吸收性树脂、离型纸、无尘纸组合成卫生用品抗菌防护材料,由上至下包括贴肤布层、抗菌椰脂纤维层、吸收性树脂层、离型纸层、无尘纸层,卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维负责灭杀细菌保安全,吸收性树脂、离型纸、无尘纸负责吸收体液防泄漏,克服了现有技术存在的缺点和不足。

技术领域
本发明涉及-种卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维及其制备方法与应用,具体对应GB/T8939卫生巾(护垫)标准、GB15979-次性使用卫生用品卫生标准、GB/T30133卫生巾用面层通用技术规范标准、GB/T20944纺织品抗菌性能的评价标准、GB/T31713抗菌纺织品安全性卫生要求标准,应用于卫生用品技术领域生产加工卫生巾(护垫)、尿布、护理垫、内裤、保洁布使用的抗菌抑菌芯材。
背景技术
细菌是具有细胞壁的单细胞原核细胞型微生物,结构简单,体积微小,尺寸为微米级(μm)。细菌具有危害,比如,金黄色葡萄球菌是对人体极度有害的病源,可引起身体各部位感染。大肠杆菌是众所皆知的胃肠道菌,可引起胃肠疾病。白色念珠菌是***感染的病源之一,可引起***瘙痒白带等不适。
目前卫生巾(护垫)、尿布、护理垫、内裤、保洁布等卫生用品材料组成分两种:一种是以吸收性树脂、离型纸、无尘纸为主要材料制成的无抑菌功能的卫生用品;一种是以吸收性树脂、离型纸、无尘纸、抗菌剂制成的有抑菌功能的卫生用品。现有卫生用品使用的抗菌剂主要有三种:银离子抗菌剂、壳聚糖抗菌剂、茶树油抗菌剂:
银离子抗菌剂:银离子长期以来一直被用作抗菌材料,银对微生物具有吸附作用,微生物被银吸附后,起呼吸作用的酶就失去功效,微生物就会迅速死亡,银离子杀菌能力特别强,每升水中只要含亿万分之二毫克(mg)银离子,即可杀死水中大部分细菌,“杀敌一千自损八百”,银离子杀菌时可兼顾破坏人体器官黏膜组织,银离子被人体吸收后无法排出而累积发生病变,2009年英国科研人员发表研究报告称纳米银对人体DNA有损害,欧美等国禁止用纳米银做抗菌剂使用,基于纳米银对人体存有潜在危害性,很显然,即使杀菌能力很强,纳米银也不再适合作为人体常用的抗菌抑菌材料使用。
壳聚糖抗菌剂:壳聚糖是甲壳素脱乙酰反应的产物,壳聚糖是阳离子型天然聚合物,有良好的抑菌作用。缺点是不溶于水,不与体液发生化学反应,女性***pH值通常为3.8~4.5呈酸性,月经来潮时***pH值为7呈碱性,pH值对壳聚糖抑菌作用影响很大,随着pH值的升高,壳聚糖的溶解性和质子化程度降低,抗菌能力逐渐减弱,当pH值达到7时壳聚糖不再具有杀菌能力。
茶树油抗菌剂:茶树油是广谱抗菌物质,有很强的杀菌能力。茶树油的缺点是分子小﹑黏度低﹑溶出快﹑挥发性高,滴附于物体表面几小时即挥发完,且不留痕迹,抗菌时间短。
综上所述,研制开发更加安全可靠、温和﹑无刺激的抗菌抑菌卫生用品新材料,替代有安全隐患和功能缺陷的银离子抗菌剂、壳聚糖抗菌剂、茶树油抗菌剂,早已成为卫生用品使用者的普遍呼声和期盼。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有卫生巾(护垫)、尿布、护理垫、内裤、保洁布等卫生用品使用的银离子抗菌剂、壳聚糖抗菌剂、茶树油抗菌剂存在的上述安全隐患和功能缺陷,而提供-种卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维及其制备方法与应用。卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维无毒,具有极佳的抗微生物活性,卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维是以食用椰子油为主要原料制成的新型抗菌材料,椰子油主要由中链脂肪酸构成,中链脂肪酸具有天然的抗菌性能,中链脂肪分子可以穿破金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌将其杀死。椰子油是日常食物中唯一由中链脂肪酸组成的油脂,中链脂肪分子比其他食物长链脂肪分子小,易被人体吸收滋润皮肤,调整皮脂腺分泌,改善干燥肤质,卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维配方中的海藻酸钠具有亲水性、增稠性、凝胶性、成膜性、粘结性等理化特性,用于椰子油包埋脂料可使椰子油中的月桂酸等抗菌物质缓慢释放,延长椰脂纤维抗菌时效。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
首先,本发明提供-种卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维,是将椰脂溶物涂浸到粘胶纤维上得到的;所述的椰脂溶物,是将重量比为2:1的椰子油和海藻酸钠混合后加注纯净水搅拌均匀后得到的。
上述技术方案中,所述的椰子油,其中月桂酸含量45%~50%。
上述技术方案中,所述的纯净水,添加量(重量)为椰子油和海藻酸钠总重的1.5倍。
上述技术方案中,所述的粘胶纤维,材质为木纤维或棉短绒,厚度为1.2mm,规格为30g/m2。
上述技术方案中,所述的椰脂溶物,涂浸量为6~10g/m2。
上述技术方案中,所述的卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维,厚度为1.4mm,规格为34g/m2。
其次,本发明提供一种上述的卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备椰脂溶物:将重量比为2:1的椰子油和海藻酸钠混合,然后加注纯净水以500r/min的速度搅拌20min,得到椰脂溶物;纯净水的重量为椰子油和海藻酸钠总重的1.5倍;
(2)制备卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维:将步骤(1)得到的椰脂溶物注入涂布机均匀涂浸到粘胶纤维上烘干成型,再经牵引、切裁、收卷后得到所述的卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维;所述的椰脂溶物,涂浸量为6~10g/m2。
最后,本发明还提供一种卫生用品抗菌防护材料,由上至下包括贴肤布层、抗菌椰脂纤维层、吸收性树脂层、离型纸层、无尘纸层,所述的抗菌椰脂纤维层,材质为上述的卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维。
上述技术方案中,所述的卫生用品,指的是卫生巾、护垫、尿布、护理垫、内裤或保洁布等。
上述技术方案中,所述的抗菌椰脂纤维层,是将椰脂溶物涂浸到粘胶纤维上制成卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维后得到的,厚度为1.4mm,规格为34g/m2。
上述技术方案中,所述的贴肤布层,材质为纯棉无纺布,厚度为1mm,规格为25g/m2;
上述技术方案中,所述的吸收性树脂层,材质为聚丙烯酸钠,厚度为2mm,规格为30g/m2;所述的吸收性树脂层,背面设置有胶层。
上述技术方案中,所述的离型纸层,材质为聚乙烯硅油纸,厚度为2mm,规格为30g/m2;
上述技术方案中,所述的无尘纸层,材质为木浆纤维,厚度为2mm,规格为30g/m2。
上述技术方案中,所述的贴肤布层、抗菌椰脂纤维层、吸收性树脂层、离型纸层、无尘纸层,各层胶合在一起。
本发明卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维的抗菌原理为:
细菌繁殖速度快,一般10~20min***一次,繁殖一代,卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维中的月桂酸中链脂肪酸等活性因子吸收人体排出的经血尿液产生湿敏效应生成细密极性泡沬,卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维的抑菌功能在于流动性很强的极性泡沬可迅速对相遇的细菌实施包裹,抑制细菌裂变繁殖。细菌带负电荷,带正电荷的极性椰泡分子穿透力强,可对带负电荷的细菌细胞膜、细胞壁、细胞质实施渗透,破坏细菌细胞结构,使细菌细胞失去活性干枯死亡。
由上述内容可知,本发明卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维与现有卫生用品材料用的吸收性树脂、离型纸、无尘纸相比,具有新的抗菌抑菌功能特征,用抗菌椰脂纤维作为芯材制成的卫生用品弥补了卫生巾(护垫)、尿布、护理垫、内裤、保洁布本身没有抗菌性能的缺陷。本发明卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维与吸收性树脂、离型纸、无尘纸的性能比较如表1所示:

本发明有益性在于:
(1)现有抗菌剂银离子、壳聚糖、茶树油对人体均存在不同方面的安全隐患和功能缺陷;现有卫生用吸收性树脂、离型纸、无尘纸没有抗菌性能。
(2)卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维是以食用椰子油为主要原料制成的新型抗菌材料,无毒,具有极佳的抗微生物活性,椰子油主要由中链脂肪酸构成,中链脂肪酸具有天然的抗菌性能,中链脂肪分子可以穿破金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌将其杀死。椰子油中的月桂酸、癸酸、辛酸、棕榈酸、豆蒄酸、油酸,可反复接触性地对细菌实施围剿,月桂酸的抗菌能力不受pH限制,在碱性条件下,仍可发挥抗菌作用,是人类友好抗菌助手。
(3)酸碱中和平衡代谢。通常女性***pH值为3.8~4.5呈弱酸性,酸性环境不利于细菌繁殖,月经来潮时,会改变这种状态,月经血pH值为7偏碱性,***碱性会使抗菌能力大大降低,极易诱发各种生殖道炎症。椰子油水解后脂肪酸呈弱酸性,这是因为脂肪酸中含有大量甘油三酯,甘油三酯含有羧基COOH,水解后会有H+,所以会偏酸性。抗菌椰脂纤维中的酸性椰子油与碱性月经血中和,产生了意想不到的平衡代谢效果。
(4)本发明将卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维与吸收性树脂、离型纸、无尘纸组合构成了一项新的卫生用品抗菌防护材料,卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维与吸收性树脂、离型纸、无尘纸在功能上各负其责,前者负责灭杀细菌保安全,后者负责吸收体液防泄漏,克服了现有技术存在的缺点和不足。

本发明提供一种卫生用品抗菌防护材料,如图1所示,由上至下包括贴肤布层1、抗菌椰脂纤维层2、吸收性树脂层3、离型纸层4、无尘纸层5,各层胶合在一起;所述的抗菌椰脂纤维层,材质为上述的卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维;所述的卫生用品,指的是卫生巾、护垫、尿布、护理垫、内裤或保洁布等。
本发明中,所述的抗菌椰脂纤维层,是将椰脂溶物涂浸到粘胶纤维上制成卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维后得到的,厚度为1.4mm,规格为34g/m2。所述的贴肤布层,材质为纯棉无纺布,厚度为1mm,规格为25g/m2;所述的吸收性树脂层,材质为聚丙烯酸钠,厚度为2mm,规格为30g/m2;所述的吸收性树脂层,背面设置有胶层。所述的离型纸层,材质为聚乙烯硅油纸,厚度为2mm,规格为30g/m2;所述的无尘纸层,材质为木浆纤维,厚度为2mm,规格为30g/m2。

(2)将椰脂溶物注入涂布机均匀涂浸到粘胶纤维上烘干成型,再经牵引、切裁、收卷后得到所述的卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维;粘胶纤维的材质为木纤维或棉短绒,厚度为1.2mm,规格为30g/m2;椰脂溶物的涂浸量为6~10g/m2;得到的卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维,厚度为1.4mm,规格为34g/m2。
下面结合具体的实施例,对本发明进行阐述:
实施例1:
一种卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维,是通过下述方法制备而成的:
(1)制备椰脂溶物:将重量比为2:1的椰子油和海藻酸钠混合,然后加注纯净水以500r/min的速度搅拌20min,得到椰脂溶物;纯净水的重量为椰子油和海藻酸钠总重的1.5倍;
(2)制备卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维:将步骤(1)得到的椰脂溶物注入涂布机均匀涂浸到粘胶纤维上烘干成型,再经牵引、切裁、收卷后得到所述的卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维;
所述的椰子油,其中月桂酸含量45%~50%;所述的椰脂溶物涂浸量为10g/m2;所述的粘胶纤维,材质为木纤维,厚度为1.2mm,规格为30g/m2。
本实施中,得到的卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维,厚度为1.4mm,规格为34g/m2。将得到的卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维送至国家纺织制品质量监督检测中心进行检测,结果如表2、表3和表4所示:

2.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维,其特征在于,所述的椰子油,其中月桂酸含量45%~50%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维,其特征在于,所述的纯净水,添加量为椰子油和海藻酸钠总重的1.5倍。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维,其特征在于,所述的粘胶纤维,材质为木纤维或棉短绒,厚度为1.2mm,规格为30g/m2。

(2)制备卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维:将步骤(1)得到的椰脂溶物注入涂布机均匀涂浸到粘胶纤维上烘干成型,再经牵引、切裁、收卷后得到所述的卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维;所述的椰脂溶物,涂浸量为6~10g/m2。
8.一种卫生用品抗菌防护材料,其特征在于,由上至下包括贴肤布层(1)、抗菌椰脂纤维层(2)、吸收性树脂层(3)、离型纸层(4)、无尘纸层(5),所述的抗菌椰脂纤维层,材质为权利要求1-6任一项所述的卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维。
9.根据权利要求8所述的卫生用品抗菌防护材料,其特征在于,所述的抗菌椰脂纤维层,是将椰脂溶物涂浸到粘胶纤维上制成卫生巾用抗菌椰脂纤维后得到的,厚度为1.4mm,规格为34g/m2。
