本发明涉及功能性纸品技术领域,尤其涉及一种含有新型甜味剂的烟用接装纸及其制备方法。所述烟用接装纸包括原纸基材和所述原纸基材上的甜味剂粘层,所述甜味剂粘层由增稠剂、酸味剂、甜味剂、肉桂挥发油、生姜挥发油、去离子水、50%的食用乙醇组成。本发明通过添加肉桂挥发油,其具有独特的香气,能增强香烟的整体气味方向性;其次,与生姜挥发油搭配,则能中和生姜挥发油所带来的刺激性;与甜味剂配合,能增强其甜感。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及功能性纸品技术领域,尤其涉及一种含有新型甜味剂的烟用接装纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的高度发展,人类与科学的不断进步,根据世界***要求以及中国国情的基本状况,低碳环保是基本国策,而烟酒又是国民经济的大动脉,是不可或缺的组成部分,中国有四亿多烟民,吸烟者都深知,抽吸传统卷烟有害身心健康,污染公众空气,导致大气环境污染,但又不可能予以强制拒绝和控制,现在还没有一种能够让吸烟者在吸烟的过程中,实现预防甚至治疗疾病的香烟。肉桂挥发油是肉桂的主要活性成分,其主要活性成分是肉桂醛,含量可达到80%以上,从而使肉桂挥发油具有甜香气味,在日化、医药、食品等领域均有应用。而生姜挥发油则能增强食欲,兴奋大脑皮层和神经中枢,增进血液循环,促进新陈答谢。
基于上述情况,本发明提出了一种含有新型甜味剂的烟用接装纸及其制备方法,可有效解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含有新型甜味剂的烟用接装纸及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种含有新型甜味剂的烟用接装纸,所述烟用接装纸包括原纸基材和所述原纸基材上的甜味剂粘层,所述甜味剂粘层由增稠剂、酸味剂、甜味剂、肉桂挥发油、生姜挥发油、去离子水、50%的食用乙醇组成。
优选地,所述甜味剂包括甜菊糖苷、罗汉果甜苷、瑞鲍迪苷、安赛蜜、阿斯巴甜、三氯蔗糖、赤藓糖醇、焦糖的一种或两种以上的组合。
优选地,所述酸味剂包括苹果酸、马来酸、柠檬酸、熊果酸、水杨酸、酒石酸、草酸、乳酸、磷酸、葡萄糖酸的一种或两种以上的组合。
所述增稠剂包括卡拉胶、瓜尔胶、黄原胶、西黄蓍胶、***胶、刺槐豆胶、果胶中的一种或两种以上的组合。
优选地,所述甜味剂为甜菊糖苷与焦糖的组合。
优选地,所述酸味剂为磷酸与葡萄糖酸的组合。
优选地,所述增稠剂为卡拉胶与黄原胶的组合。
优选地,所述甜味剂粘层由以下重量份的原料组成:4~6份卡拉胶、2~6份黄原胶、10~20份甜菊糖苷、5~15份焦糖、2~4份磷酸、1~3份葡萄糖酸、6~14份肉桂挥发油、8~12份生姜挥发油、100~140份去离子水、80~120份食用乙醇。
优选地,所述甜味剂粘层由以下重量份的原料组成:4份卡拉胶、2份黄原胶、10份甜菊糖苷、5份焦糖、2份磷酸、1份葡萄糖酸、6份肉桂挥发油、8份生姜挥发油、100份去离子水、80份食用乙醇。
优选地,所述甜味剂粘层由以下重量份的原料组成:6份卡拉胶、6份黄原胶、20份甜菊糖苷、15份焦糖、4份磷酸、3份葡萄糖酸、14份肉桂挥发油、12份生姜挥发油、140份去离子水、120份食用乙醇。
本发明还提供一种含有新型甜味剂的烟用接装纸的制备方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将卡拉胶与1/2的去离子水在温度50~60℃下、800~1200rpm中搅拌15~20min,随后加入黄原胶,继续搅拌15~20min,得混合物A;
(2)将甜菊糖苷、焦糖与剩余的去离子水在800~1200rpm搅拌10~15min,随后加入磷酸、葡萄糖酸继续搅拌15~20min,之后与混合物A搅拌均匀10~20min,得混合物B;
(3)将肉桂挥发油、生姜挥发油与食用乙醇在800~1200rpm搅拌20~30min,随后与混合物B混合搅拌30~40min,得甜味剂粘层;
(4)使用上胶装置将制得的甜味剂粘层施加在原纸基材上,在95~105℃的温度下烘干即得。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.本发明通过添加肉桂挥发油,其具有独特的香气,能增强香烟的整体气味方向性;其次,与生姜挥发油搭配,则能中和生姜挥发油所带来的刺激性;与甜味剂配合,能增强其甜感。
2.本发明通过添加生姜,能有效延长香烟整体的香气持续性;与肉桂挥发油搭配,则能产生气味芳香、香气持续性、甜感等都较为适中、理想的效果。
3.本发明使用焦糖,焦糖在高温环境中能产生较为特殊的风味,与肉桂挥发油搭配能产生独特的芳香气味。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按表1称量具体原料,步骤制备步骤如下:
(1)将卡拉胶与1/2的去离子水在温度50℃下、800rpm中搅拌20min,随后加入黄原胶,继续搅拌20min,得混合物A;
(2)将甜菊糖苷、焦糖与剩余的去离子水在800rpm搅拌15min,随后加入磷酸、葡萄糖酸继续搅拌20min,之后与混合物A搅拌均匀20min,得混合物B;
(3)将肉桂挥发油、生姜挥发油与食用乙醇在800rpm搅拌30min,随后与混合物B混合搅拌40min,得甜味剂粘层;
(4)使用上胶装置将制得的甜味剂粘层施加在原纸基材上,在95℃的温度下烘干即得。
实施例2
(1)将卡拉胶与1/2的去离子水在温度60℃下、1200rpm中搅拌15min,随后加入黄原胶,继续搅拌15min,得混合物A;
(2)将甜菊糖苷、焦糖与剩余的去离子水在1200rpm搅拌10min,随后加入磷酸、葡萄糖酸继续搅拌15min,之后与混合物A搅拌均匀10min,得混合物B;
(3)将肉桂挥发油、生姜挥发油与食用乙醇在1200rpm搅拌20min,随后与混合物B混合搅拌30min,得甜味剂粘层;
(4)使用上胶装置将制得的甜味剂粘层施加在原纸基材上,在105℃的温度下烘干即得。
实施例3
(1)将卡拉胶与1/2的去离子水在温度60℃下、1200rpm中搅拌20min,随后加入黄原胶,继续搅拌20min,得混合物A;
(2)将甜菊糖苷、焦糖与剩余的去离子水在1200rpm搅拌15min,随后加入磷酸、葡萄糖酸继续搅拌20min,之后与混合物A搅拌均匀20min,得混合物B;
(3)将肉桂挥发油、生姜挥发油与食用乙醇在1200rpm搅拌30min,随后与混合物B混合搅拌40min,得甜味剂粘层;
(4)使用上胶装置将制得的甜味剂粘层施加在原纸基材上,在100℃的温度下烘干即得。
对比例1
(1)将卡拉胶与1/2的去离子水在温度60℃下、1200rpm中搅拌20min,随后加入黄原胶,继续搅拌20min,得混合物A;
(2)将甜菊糖苷、焦糖与剩余的去离子水在1200rpm搅拌15min,随后加入磷酸、葡萄糖酸继续搅拌20min,之后与混合物A搅拌均匀20min,得混合物B;
(3)将肉桂挥发油、生姜挥发油与食用乙醇在1200rpm搅拌30min,随后与混合物B混合搅拌40min,得甜味剂粘层;
(4)使用上胶装置将制得的甜味剂粘层施加在原纸基材上,在100℃的温度下烘干即得。
对比例2
(1)将卡拉胶与1/2的去离子水在温度60℃下、1200rpm中搅拌20min,随后加入黄原胶,继续搅拌20min,得混合物A;
(2)将甜菊糖苷、焦糖与剩余的去离子水在1200rpm搅拌15min,随后加入磷酸、葡萄糖酸继续搅拌20min,之后与混合物A搅拌均匀20min,得混合物B;
(3)将肉桂挥发油、生姜挥发油与食用乙醇在1200rpm搅拌30min,随后与混合物B混合搅拌40min,得甜味剂粘层;
(4)使用上胶装置将制得的甜味剂粘层施加在原纸基材上,在100℃的温度下烘干即得。

实施例4香烟感官评价测试
以实施例1~3和对比例1~2为接装纸,进一步制备为香烟,将所得的香烟相比,比较气味芳香(1淡5浓)、刺激性(1强5弱),香气持续性(1短5长)、甜感(1无5重)、缓解疲劳程度(1差5好)采用小组5人评吸取得分平均值。
评价结果见表2。

Claims (10)
1.一种含有新型甜味剂的烟用接装纸,其特征在于,所述甜味剂粘层由以下重量份的原料组成:4~6份卡拉胶、2~6份黄原胶、10~20份甜菊糖苷、5~15份焦糖、2~4份磷酸、1~3份葡萄糖酸、6~14份肉桂挥发油、8~12份生姜挥发油、100~140份去离子水、80~120份50%的食用乙醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烟用接装纸,其特征在于,所述甜味剂包括甜菊糖苷、罗汉果甜苷、瑞鲍迪苷、安赛蜜、阿斯巴甜、三氯蔗糖、赤藓糖醇、焦糖的一种或两种以上的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的烟用接装纸,其特征在于,所述酸味剂包括苹果酸、马来酸、柠檬酸、熊果酸、水杨酸、酒石酸、草酸、乳酸、磷酸、葡萄糖酸的一种或两种以上的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的烟用接装纸,其特征在于,所述增稠剂包括卡拉胶、瓜尔胶、黄原胶、西黄蓍胶、***胶、刺槐豆胶、果胶中的一种或两种以上的组合。
5.根据权利要求2所述的烟用接装纸,其特征在于,所述甜味剂为甜菊糖苷与焦糖的组合。
6.根据权利要求1-3所述的烟用接装纸,其特征在于,所述酸味剂为磷酸与葡萄糖酸的组合。
7.根据权利要求1-4所述的烟用接装纸,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为卡拉胶与黄原胶的组合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的烟用接装纸,其特征在于,所述甜味剂粘层由以下重量份的原料组成:4份卡拉胶、2份黄原胶、10份甜菊糖苷、5份焦糖、2份磷酸、1份葡萄糖酸、6份肉桂挥发油、8份生姜挥发油、100份去离子水、80份食用乙醇。
9.根据权利要求1所述的烟用接装纸,其特征在于,所述甜味剂粘层由以下重量份的原料组成:6份卡拉胶、6份黄原胶、20份甜菊糖苷、15份焦糖、4份磷酸、3份葡萄糖酸、14份肉桂挥发油、12份生姜挥发油、140份去离子水、120份食用乙醇。
10.权利要求1-9任一项所述的一种含有新型甜味剂的烟用接装纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将卡拉胶与1/2的去离子水在温度50~60℃下、800~1200rpm中搅拌15~20min,随后加入黄原胶,继续搅拌15~20min,得混合物A;
(2)将甜菊糖苷、焦糖与剩余的去离子水在800~1200rpm搅拌10~15min,随后加入磷酸、葡萄糖酸继续搅拌15~20min,之后与混合物A搅拌均匀10~20min,得混合物B;
(3)将肉桂挥发油、生姜挥发油与食用乙醇在800~1200rpm搅拌20~30min,随后与混合物B混合搅拌30~40min,得甜味剂粘层;
(4)使用上胶装置将制得的甜味剂粘层施加在原纸基材上,在95~105℃的温度下烘干即得。
