Abstract
本发明公开了一种船体外板防污漆配方,依照重量份数计,船体外板防污漆主要原料分别为:有机膨润土、滑石粉、氧化锌、煤焦沥青液、松香液、吡啶硫酮铜、硫酸钡、丙烯酸锌树脂、重质苯所需添加剂有:混合溶剂、分散剂、防沉剂、助剂。该船体外板防污漆配方,本发明采用合理的原料配比,使得产品质量稳定,制作方便,且不含有对海洋造成污染的重金属,其中的吡啶硫酮铜为草绿色结晶粉末,不溶于水,微溶于二甲基亚砜,具有较高的稳定性,在避光条件下可长期存放,是一种广谱、高效低毒、环保的防污剂和抑菌剂,可取代剧毒有机砷、有机锡、氧化亚铜等化合物,应用成本低,操作简单且易于实现,生产的产品质量稳定,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及船舶漆技术领域,具体为一种船体外板防污漆配方。
背景技术
船舶在海洋航行时,会遇到海生物对船底进行附着与污损,部分海洋生物是以固定物体礁石等附着生长的,水线以下的船体底部是海洋生物附着的主要场所,海洋生物附着会给船舶航行带来危害,海洋生物的附着会增大船舶对海水的摩擦阻力,燃料消耗的增加、航速的降低,同时细菌、藻类和微生物等会对船体造成腐蚀,从而对船体造成损坏,引起严重的后果。
由于一般的船体外板防污漆,各成分比例不合理,且大多采用抗菌金属离子作为抗菌成分添加到涂料中,破坏细菌复制时体系的生物电平衡,单会对海洋的生态造成破坏,并且当海洋中吸收了大量重金属的生物被被人类补货时,食用也会对人体造成危害。
所以需要针对上述问题设计一种船体外板防污漆配方。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种船体外板防污漆配方,以解决上述背景技术中现有防污漆各成分比例不合理,且大多采用抗菌金属离子作为抗菌成分添加到涂料中,破坏细菌复制时体系的生物电平衡,单会对海洋的生态造成破坏,并且当海洋中吸收了大量重金属的生物被被人类补货时,食用也会对人体造成危害的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种船体外板防污漆配方,依照重量份数计,船体外板防污漆主要原料分别为:有机膨润土按重量计2~4份;滑石粉按重量计20~45份;按重量计3~8份;氧化锌按重量计5~15份;煤焦沥青液按重量计5~10份;松香液按重量计20~40份;吡啶硫酮铜按重量计1~3份;硫酸钡按重量计20~40份;丙烯酸锌树脂按重量计27~45份;重质苯按重量计5~10份;
所需添加剂有:混合溶剂、分散剂、防沉剂、助剂。
优选的,所述煤焦沥青液是由煤焦沥青和重质苯的质量比为6:4。
优选的,所述硫酸钡为无水硫酸钡。
优选的,所述直接加入有机膨润土,搅拌1h后加入少量(2%~3%)乙二醇***。
优选的,所述船体外板防污漆配方的生产步骤为:
步骤1:
取有机膨润土2~4份、丙烯酸锌树脂27~45份、滑石粉20~45份、煤焦沥青液5~10份、松香液20~40份、吡啶硫酮铜1~3份、硫酸钡20~40份倒入搅拌机中混合,以1500~2000r/min进行搅拌搅拌,持续2~3h,得到初始浆料;
步骤2:
将步骤1所得初始浆料取出,加入另一搅拌机中,并加入5~15份质量的氧化锌,以1800~2200r/min进行搅拌,搅拌时间持续2~3h,得到二次浆料;
步骤3:
将步骤(2)中的物料加入砂磨机内进行研磨2~3h,经过100~150目筛,得到船体外板防污漆成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用合理的原料配比,使得产品质量稳定,制作方便,且不含有对海洋造成污染的重金属,抗菌效果好,其中的吡啶硫酮铜为草绿色结晶粉末,不溶于水,微溶于二甲基亚砜,具有较高的稳定性,在避光条件下可长期存放,是一种广谱、高效低毒、环保的防污剂和抑菌剂,可取代剧毒有机砷、有机锡、氧化亚铜等化合物,应用成本低,操作简单且易于实现,生产的产品质量稳定,具有较高的推广应用价值。

实施例1:
步骤1:
取有机膨润土2份、丙烯酸锌树脂30份、滑石粉20份、煤焦沥青液6份、松香液20份、吡啶硫酮铜1份、硫酸钡20份倒入搅拌机中混合,以1500r/min进行搅拌搅拌,持续2h,得到初始浆料;
步骤2:
将步骤1所得初始浆料取出,加入另一搅拌机中,并加入5份质量的氧化锌,以1800r/min进行搅拌,搅拌时间持续2h,得到二次浆料;
步骤3:
将步骤(2)中的物料加入砂磨机内进行研磨2h,经过100目筛,得到船体外板防污漆成品。
实施例2:
步骤1:
取有机膨润土4份、丙烯酸锌树脂45份、滑石粉40份、煤焦沥青液10份、松香液35份、吡啶硫酮铜3份、硫酸钡30份倒入搅拌机中混合,以2000r/min进行搅拌搅拌,持续3h,得到初始浆料;
步骤2:
将步骤1所得初始浆料取出,加入另一搅拌机中,并加入15份质量的氧化锌,以2200r/min进行搅拌,搅拌时间持续3h,得到二次浆料;
步骤3:
将步骤(2)中的物料加入砂磨机内进行研磨3h,经过150目筛,得到船体外板防污漆成品。
实施例3:
步骤1:
取有机膨润土3份、丙烯酸锌树脂35份、滑石粉30份、煤焦沥青液8份、松香液30份、吡啶硫酮铜2份、硫酸钡30份倒入搅拌机中混合,以1800r/min进行搅拌搅拌,持续2.5h,得到初始浆料;
步骤2:
将步骤1所得初始浆料取出,加入另一搅拌机中,并加入10份质量的氧化锌,以2000r/min进行搅拌,搅拌时间持续2.5h,得到二次浆料;
步骤3:
将步骤(2)中的物料加入砂磨机内进行研磨2.5h,经过120目筛,得到船体外板防污漆成品。
实施例4:
步骤1:
取有机膨润土2份、丙烯酸锌树脂27份、滑石粉30份、煤焦沥青液7份、松香液30份、吡啶硫酮铜2份、硫酸钡25份倒入搅拌机中混合,以1500r/min进行搅拌搅拌,持续2h,得到初始浆料;
步骤2:
将步骤1所得初始浆料取出,加入另一搅拌机中,并加入8份质量的氧化锌,以1900r/min进行搅拌,搅拌时间持续2h,得到二次浆料;
步骤3:
将步骤(2)中的物料加入砂磨机内进行研磨2.5h,经过130目筛,得到船体外板防污漆成品。

1.一种船体外板防污漆配方,依照重量份数计,船体外板防污漆主要原料分别为:有机膨润土按重量计2~4份;滑石粉按重量计20~45份;按重量计3~8份;氧化锌按重量计5~15份;煤焦沥青液按重量计5~10份;松香液按重量计20~40份;吡啶硫酮铜按重量计1~3份;硫酸钡按重量计20~40份;丙烯酸锌树脂按重量计27~45份;重质苯按重量计5~10份。
所需添加剂有:混合溶剂、分散剂、防沉剂、助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种船体外板防污漆配方,其特征在于:所述煤焦沥青液是由煤焦沥青和重质苯的质量比为6:4。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种船体外板防污漆配方,其特征在于:所述硫酸钡为无水硫酸钡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种船体外板防污漆配方,其特征在于:所述直接加入有机膨润土,搅拌1h后加入少量(2%~3%)乙二醇***。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种船体外板防污漆配方,其特征在于:该船体外板防污漆配方的生产步骤为:
步骤1:

步骤2:
将步骤1所得初始浆料取出,加入另一搅拌机中,并加入5~15份质量的氧化锌,以1800~2200r/min进行搅拌,搅拌时间持续2~3h,得到二次浆料;
步骤3:
将步骤(2)中的物料加入砂磨机内进行研磨2~3h,经过100~150目筛,得到船体外板防污漆成品。
