Before the steering device is used, the object is lifted by the total bottom of the jack to be used as a space for the steering device to enter.
The only movement space required for the steering process of the object is the height of the steering device. Meanwhile, the structure of the device is relatively small, so that the device is very convenient to take and transport, and a large amount of manpower and material resources are saved.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the turntable driving device includes a hydraulic jack 200, the hydraulic jack 200 includes an oil cylinder 210 and a piston rod 220, the piston rod 220 is driven by the oil cylinder 210 to move telescopically along the oil cylinder 210, a push block 230 is disposed at a front end of the piston rod 220, and when the piston rod 220 moves forwards, the push block 230 can abut against the position-lock 110 to push the turntable 100 to rotate. The hydraulic jack 200 has large driving force, can provide enough power for the rotation of large mechanical equipment, and can carry out hydraulic pressure through automatic control without manual interference.
In addition, the rotation angle required in practical use is not fixed, and since the stroke of the piston rod 220 is limited, the rotation stroke of the rotary plate 100 can be controlled by controlling the number and position of the detents 110 on the rotary plate 100.
The detents 110 are in an annular array along the circumference of the carousel 100, and may be evenly distributed, moving a fixed angle per stroke, or unevenly distributed, moving a different angle per stroke. The distribution positions can be adjusted adaptively according to actual use requirements, and should not be considered as limiting the protection scope of the present invention.
Further, a chassis 300 is included, and the chassis 300 is used for mounting the turntable 100 and the turntable driving device as a whole. The turntable 100 is installed in the middle of the chassis 300, and the turntable driving device is horizontally disposed at a side of the turntable 100 to push the turntable 100 to rotate in a direction tangential to the outer circumferential surface of the turntable 100.
Specifically, during the process of pushing the rotary plate 100 to rotate by the piston rod 220, since the cylinder 210 is rotatable, the front end of the piston rod 220 will rotate outwards by a certain angle along with the pushing block 230 and the detent 110. In contrast, the oil cylinder 210 is set in a connected state rotatable in the horizontal direction. Since the relative position of the dial 100 is fixed, a certain amount of rotation is required to retract the piston rod 220 to abut the next detent 110.
The chassis 300 is provided with a guide structure 310 corresponding to the moving track of the piston rod 220, the piston rod 220 is provided with a slider corresponding to the guide device, the slider passes through the guide structure 310 when the piston rod 220 retracts, the guide structure 310 drives the front end of the piston rod 220 to rotate along the direction towards the turntable 100 through the slider, so that the push block 230 can abut against the next clamping position 110 when extending forward next time.
Optionally, the oil cylinder 210 does not rotate, the push block 230 is provided with an elastic reset piece facing the turntable 100, the elastic reset key scrapes and rubs against the next detent 110 and gathers towards the piston rod 220 in the process of retracting the piston rod 220, and after passing over the next detent 110, the elastic reset key automatically restores, and the elastic reset piece props against the next detent 110 again in the next forward extending action of the piston rod 220.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the turntable 100 is vertically arranged in a cylindrical shape, the upper bottom surface 130 of the turntable 100 is used for carrying objects, the lower bottom surface 140 of the turntable 100 is horizontally arranged on the ground, and a plurality of detents 110 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the turntable 100.
In one embodiment, the turntable 100 is a flat cylinder solid structure for supporting a large transformer.
Optionally, the turntable 100 is further provided with a through hole penetrating through the upper bottom surface 130 and the lower bottom surface 140 of the turntable 100, and the through hole can reduce the weight of the turntable 100 properly on the premise of not affecting the bearing force of the turntable 100, so that the equipment is convenient to carry or carry, and the bottom air pressure balance and the heat dissipation enhancement effect can be achieved.

The upper surface of the spacer 400 contacting the lower bottom surface 140 of the turntable 100 is a smooth surface to reduce friction.
The spacer 400 may be provided to reduce friction when the turntable 100 rotates without detaching the chassis 300 into the chassis unit 320.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the steering device further includes a slide for moving the steering device in a horizontal direction.
The optional slide is laid flat on the ground so that the turntable 100 can be moved along the slide for more convenient use.
