Description

Ring spinning machine
The subject of the present invention is a ring spinning machine (ring spinning machine) of a spinning line to obtain a spool of yarn from a bobbin of roving (usually originating from a roving frame).
As is known, spinning machines are able, after drafting and twisting (twist) of the roving, to process the bobbins of the roving to obtain therefrom the bobbins of yarn.
To this end, the spinning machine comprises a frame (gantry) extending along a longitudinal axis, on which the bobbins of roving are suspended, a drafting device (drafting device) placed below the frame, comprising a set of cylinders with a longitudinal extension, between which the roving passes for drafting, and a creel (bank) carrying along the longitudinal axis a row of spindles rotating about their vertical axis, on which the drafted and twisted yarn is wound.
In order to increase the productivity of spinning machines, there are usually two opposite creels, each provided with a row of spindles.
The spindles are rotated about vertical axes by a belt drive apparatus, the belt being driven by an electric motor and engaging the spindles of the two creels.
There are many solutions relating to drive devices for spinning machines.
Examples are described in international applications WO-A1-2009/040734 and WO-A1-2009/040839, publication EP-A1-0400260, Italian patent application No. 102018000009103 in the name of the Applicant. Other solutions are described in documents US 5,590,514, US 4,944,144, WO-a1-2007/039260 and DE 2125597.
However, the current trend in the field is to provide creels with a very high number of spindles in order to increase the productivity of the spinning line.
However, the applicant has found that increasing the number of spindles causes some drawbacks, both with respect to the operation of the spinning machine and with respect to further aspects, such as the execution of maintenance operations.
For example, it has been found that maintaining optimum synchronization of the RPM of the motor controlling the rotation of the spindles is particularly difficult when the number of spindles is very high (e.g., over 1900), with further technical drawbacks.
The object of the present invention is to construct a ring spinning machine which meets the requirements of the field and overcomes the above-mentioned disadvantages.
This object is achieved by a spinning machine according to claim 1. The dependent claims define further advantageous embodiments of the invention.
The features and advantages of the ring spinning machine according to the invention are apparent from the description provided below, given by way of non-limiting example, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
figure 1 schematically shows a part of a ring spinning machine according to the invention;
figure 2 depicts a schematic representation of a spinning machine according to an embodiment of the invention.
With reference to the figures, a spinning machine 1 of a spinning line for producing bobbins of yarn from bobbins of roving S is globally indicated.
The spinning machine 1 comprises a frame 2 extending along a longitudinal axis X, from which a bobbin of roving S is suspended at a predetermined height.
The spinning machine 1 also comprises a drafting device 4 located below the frame 2.
The drawing plant 4 comprises lower longitudinal cylinders 6, generally three or four, motorized, longitudinally continuous or divided in juxtaposed sections; and a plurality of upper rollers 8, which are normally idle, coupled under pressure with the lower cylinder 6 to be driven in rotation by the lower longitudinal cylinder.
Each upper roller 8 coupled to the lower cylinder 6 defines a spinning point; for each spinning point, the roving to be drafted passes between the upper roller 8 and the lower cylinder 6, since the peripheral speed of the lower cylinder increases from upstream to downstream.
Downstream of the drafting device 4, the spinning machine 1 further comprises a creel 10 which carries spindles 12 in rows along the longitudinal axis, the spindles rotating about their vertical axis, on which the drafted and twisted yarn is wound.
The spinning machine 1 also comprises a ring rail 14, having a longitudinal extension, providing an alternate vertical movement, carrying a ring 16 coaxial with the respective spindle 12, for winding the yarn on the tube.
Finally, the spinning machine 1 provides a frame 18 (preferably a single frame) for supporting the main components, in particular for supporting the drafting device 4, the creel 10, the ring rail 14.
In particular, the spinning machine 1 comprises two opposite creels 10A, 10B along which respective spindles 12A,12B are arranged in longitudinal alignment between a head 20 of the spinning machine 1 and a tail 22 of the spinning machine 1.
On each creel 10A, 10B, the spindles 12A,12B are sequentially divided into two or more subgroups from the head 20 to the tail 22. Thus, a spindle 12A is defined on the first creel 10ijI-1 … … n, where n is the total number of spindles in the subgroup of spindles, and j-1 … … k, where k is the total number of subgroups on the first creel 10A. In other words, reference numeral 12A11A first spindle representing a first sub-group of a first creel; 12AijThe ith spindle of the jth group representing the first creel.
In the same way, the spindle 12B of the second creel 10B is shownij
The spindles of the respective sub-groups of the first creel and the second creel form an opposing group.
For example, a first subset of spindles 12A of the first creel 10Ai1And a first sub-group of spindles 12B of a second creel 10Bi1Spindles (12A,12B) which together form a first group of the spinning machine 11. Generally, the spindles 12A of the jth subgroup of the first creel 10AijAnd a spindle 12B of the jth subgroup of the second creel 10BijSpindles (12A,12B) which together form the j-th group of the spinning machine 1j
The spinning machine 1 further comprises a control device for each spindle group (12A,12B)jIs adapted to make said spindle groups (12A,12B)jThe spindle is rotated about the spindle's vertical axis.
Each drive device comprising a belt 30jThe belt is configured to drive the spindles (12A,12B) of the j-th group of the spinning machine 1j(ii) a The belt 30jArranged along a closed path so as to tangentially engage respective groups of spindles(12A,12B)jAll spindles of (1).
Each drive apparatus further comprises a plurality of electric motors for driving the respective belt. In particular, each belt 30jBy a plurality of electric motors 40qjDrive, (q-1 … … p, where p is the total number of motors for group j), typically arranged by the respective belt 30jWithin a defined closed path.
For each spindle group (12A,12B)jSaid plurality of motors 40qjIncluding only one master motor with feedback, while the other motors are slave motors and are operably connected in parallel with the master motor.
One spindle group (12A,12B)jEach belt 30jWith another spindle group (12A,12B)j Belt 30 ofjAre mechanically independent. Furthermore, a spindle group (12A,12B)j Motor 40 ofqjWith another spindle group (12A,12B)jThe motor of (2) is mechanically independent. In other words, for example, there are no mechanical transmission means of motion between the belts of one spindle group and the belts of the other spindle group, and between the motors of one spindle group and the motors of the other spindle group.
Furthermore, each drive device comprises a motor 40 for electrically driving the respective spindle groupqjDriver 50 ofj
Preferably, one spindle group (12A,12B)j Motor 40 ofqjWith another spindle group (12A,12B)j Motor 40 ofqjBeing electrically independent, by their respective independent drivers 50jAnd (5) driving.
Finally, the spinning machine 1 comprises a control group 60 comprising a control panel, accessible by the staff to manage the operation of the entire spinning machine 1, and a single logic unit 62 (for example CPU or PLC) for the control of the spinning machine 1.
The spinning machine 1 further comprises a drafting control device operatively connected to the drafting equipment for the logical control of the drafting equipment.
Furthermore, the spinning machine 1 comprises a spindle control device, which is operableGround is connected to the driver 50jFor each spindle group (12A,12B)j Motor 40 ofqjThe logic of (2).
Further, the spinning machine 1 includes a collar control device for logic control of the ring rail 14 of the entire spinning machine 1.
The drafting, spindle and collar control devices are operatively linked to a logic unit 62 of the control group 60.
Innovatively, the spinning machine according to the invention overcomes the drawbacks mentioned with reference to the prior art.
Indeed, the applicant has found that excellent synchronisation between the electric motors can be maintained, at least in part due to the low wear experienced by the individual belts.
Moreover, advantageously, a plurality of belts is provided, and therefore a plurality of spindle groups allows to reduce the number of motors engaged with the same belt; this allows the power supply of all the motors of the spindle group (i.e. the master motor and the slave motor in parallel with the master motor) to be kept at substantially the same voltage.
At the same time, the belt ensures the synchronization of the motors within a single spindle group, with the master/slave system allowing the distribution of the electric power between the motors of the group.
Obviously, a person skilled in the art, in order to satisfy contingent needs, may make modifications to the roving frame described above, all of which are within the scope of protection as defined by the following claims.
