Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a limiting device according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the limiting device includes a piston rod 10, a spring 20, and a first support 30 disposed at an end of the spring 20, a guide 40 is disposed at a first end of the piston rod 10, a second end of the piston rod 10 opposite to the first end is used for connecting a damper piston valve, the spring 20 is sleeved on the piston rod 10, and the spring 20 is located between the first end and the second end of the piston rod 10;
the first support 30 is sleeved on the piston rod 10, the first support 30 includes a first hollow cylinder 31, a second hollow cylinder 32, and a hollow structure communicating the inside of the first hollow cylinder 31 and the inside of the second hollow cylinder 32, the first hollow cylinder 31 and the second hollow cylinder 32 are coaxially connected, and the diameter of the hollow structure is larger than that of the piston rod 10;
the first hollow column 31 is located in the spring 20, the end of the spring 20 is abutted to the first surface of the second hollow column 32, and the first surface of the second hollow column 32 is the surface of the second hollow column 32 connected with the first hollow column 31.
It will be appreciated that, during extension of the shock absorber, the axial distance between the shock absorber piston valve and the guide 40 is gradually reduced, the spring 20 moves on the piston rod 10, and the shock absorber piston valve compresses the spring 20, and when the spring 20 is compressed to the limit, the coils of the spring 20 are compressed and are the corresponding extension limit positions of the shock absorber. Meanwhile, the spring 20 generates an elastic force to buffer the movement of the piston valve during the compression process, thereby improving the ride comfort of the vehicle.
Two first bearings 30 may be respectively provided at both ends of the spring 20, an outer wall of the first hollow cylinder 31 is attached to an inner ring of the spring 20, a first surface of the second hollow cylinder 32 is in contact with an end of the spring 20 so that the two first bearings 30 are fixed to the ends of the spring 20, and when the damper piston valve compresses the spring 20 by the first bearings 30, the first bearings 30 located at both ends of the spring 20 limit movement and extension of the spring 20 by the hollow structure, thereby preventing the spring 20 from moving off an axis during compression.
In the embodiment of the application, the end of the spring 20 is provided with the first support 30, the spring 20 and the first support 30 are all sleeved on the piston rod 10, in the stretching process of the shock absorber, the shock absorber piston valve compresses the spring 20, when the spring 20 is compressed to the limit, the limit function of the shock absorber is realized, in addition, the motion of the shock absorber piston valve can be buffered in the compression process of the spring 20, the situation that the limit block is easy to generate failures such as fracture and the like when working in the high-temperature and high-load environment can be avoided, and the reliability of the limit device is improved.

It should be understood that the position of the third end of the piston rod 10 may be determined according to the position limitation requirement, the movable range of the spring 20 is between the guide 40 and the second support member 50, and the position limitation effect of the position limitation device is determined by the movable range of the spring 20 and the elasticity of the spring 20, that is, the position of the third end of the piston rod 10 may determine the position limitation range of the position limitation device.
In this embodiment, the second support 50 is fixedly sleeved between the spring 20 and the second end of the piston rod 10, and when the damper piston valve compresses the spring 20, the damper piston valve impacts the second support 50, and the damper piston valve does not directly contact the first support 30 at the end of the spring 20, so that the damper piston valve can be protected and the stability of the damping characteristic of the damper can be ensured, thereby further improving the reliability of the position limiting device.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the second supporting element 50 includes a third hollow cylinder 51 and a fourth hollow cylinder 52, the third hollow cylinder 51 is fixedly disposed at the third end of the piston rod 10, a first surface of the fourth hollow cylinder 52 has an area larger than an area of a second surface of the second hollow cylinder 32, the first surface of the fourth hollow cylinder 52 is opposite to the second surface of the second hollow cylinder 32, and the second surface of the second hollow cylinder 32 is a surface of the second hollow cylinder 32 opposite to the first surface.
The sidewall of the second hollow cylinder 32 may include two planes along the axial direction, and one of the planes near the second surface of the second hollow cylinder 32 deviates from the axial direction of the second hollow cylinder 32, so that the area of the second surface of the second hollow cylinder 32 is smaller than the area of the first surface of the fourth hollow cylinder 52.
In this embodiment, when the second support 50 is impacted by the damper piston valve, the impact is transmitted to the first support 30 to compress the spring 20, and the area of the first surface of the fourth hollow cylinder 52 is larger than that of the second surface of the second hollow cylinder 32, so that the impact is reduced, the impact noise is reduced, and the impact abnormal sound generated under strong impact can be avoided, thereby improving the reliability of the stopper device and the riding comfort of the vehicle.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the first hollow cylinder 31 is in interference fit with the inner ring of the spring 20, and the first bearing 30 is in clearance fit with the piston rod 10.
In this embodiment, the first hollow cylinder 31 is in interference fit with the inner ring of the spring 20, the connection between the end of the spring 20 and the first bearing 30 can be fastened, the spring 20 and the first bearing are prevented from moving relative to each other, and the first bearing 30 and the piston rod 10 are in clearance fit, so that the spring 20 can be always compressed along the axis of the piston rod 10.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the end of the spring 20 is provided with a flat surface 21, and the flat surface 21 abuts against the first surface of the second hollow cylinder 32.
The flat surfaces 21 may be provided at both ends of the spring 20 by grinding, so that the flat surfaces 21 at both ends of the spring 20 are in contact with the corresponding second hollow cylinders 32.
In this embodiment, the first hollow cylinder 31 is positioned inside the spring 20, and the flat surfaces 21 at both ends of the spring 20 are in contact with the first surface of the second hollow cylinder 32, so that the stability of the first support 30 provided at the end of the spring 20 can be improved.

It will be appreciated that the interference fit of the first hollow cylinder 31 with the inner race of the spring 20, i.e. the diameter of the first hollow cylinder 31 is larger than the inner race of the spring 20, facilitates the assembly of the first hollow cylinder 31 with the spring 20 by the wedge-shaped structure of the first end of the first hollow cylinder 31.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the inner wall of the first bearing 30 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 33, and the plurality of protrusions 33 are uniformly arranged along the inner wall of the first bearing 30.
In this embodiment, the plurality of protrusions 33 are uniformly formed on the inner wall of the first support 30, so that the weight of the shock absorber can be reduced, the flow area of the shock absorber oil in the stretching process of the shock absorber can be increased, and the damping characteristic of the shock absorber is prevented from being affected due to unsmooth flow of the shock absorber oil.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 6, the inner wall of the first support 30 is uniformly provided with 6 protrusions 33, each protrusion 33 is an arc protrusion, and the 6 protrusions 33 are in clearance fit with the piston rod 10.
Fig. 6 is a radial sectional view of the first bearing 30, and as shown in fig. 6, by taking the example that 6 protrusions 33 are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the first bearing 30, it can be understood that circular arc-shaped protrusions are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the first bearing 30, and the surfaces of the protrusions 33 and the inner wall surface of the first bearing 30 are both smooth surfaces, so that the effects of reducing weight and increasing the flow area of the damper oil can be achieved.
