All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a method for smoothing the operation of a pressure sensor-based washing machine according to the present invention, which comprises:
s01, receiving pressure values collected by at least three pressure sensors; the pressure sensors are distributed at preset positions of the washing machine base, and pressure values borne by the preset positions are collected;
s02, comparing the pressure value of each pressure sensor with a preset range, judging whether the pressure value of each pressure sensor can be adjusted to be within the preset range by adjusting the height of the base angle or not based on the fact that the pressure value uploaded by any pressure sensor is out of the preset range, and controlling to adjust the height of the base angle if the pressure value is out of the preset range; otherwise, sending pressure alarm to the display panel and stopping the operation of the washing machine.
It should be noted that the present invention is directed to a washing machine and S0N in the present invention does not represent the sequence of the method for smoothing operation of the washing machine based on the pressure sensor, and the method for smoothing operation of the washing machine based on the pressure sensor according to the present invention is described in detail below.
Step S01, receiving pressure values collected by at least three pressure sensors; the pressure sensors are distributed at preset positions of the washing machine base, and pressure values borne by the preset positions are collected; .
It should be noted that before the washing machine operation system receives the pressure values collected by the at least three pressure sensors, the at least three pressure sensors are required to be arranged on the washing machine base based on the preset position, and all the pressure sensors are uniformly arranged on the washing machine base and support the washing machine base, so as to collect the pressure born by the preset position of the washing machine base and upload the pressure values collected in real time to the washing machine operation system. In addition, the preset position can be determined according to the position of the pressure sensor which is uniformly distributed on the washing machine base, so that the pressure value which is acquired according to the pressure sensor which is uniformly distributed on the washing machine base is convenient to follow up and accords with the preset range, and the washing machine is ensured to be in a stable running state.
In an optional embodiment, pressure sensors are respectively arranged at four bottom corners of a base of the washing machine, and the pressure sensors acquire the pressure applied to the bottom corners in real time and upload the pressure values to an operation system of the washing machine; the washing machine operation system receives the pressure value uploaded by the pressure sensor, so that the current balance state of the washing machine can be known in time, and whether the washing machine continues to operate stably or not is judged.
In an optional embodiment, after the operating system receives the pressure values collected by the pressure sensors and before comparing the pressure values uploaded by the pressure sensors with the preset ranges, the method includes: the pressure value is converted from the signal to a numerical value, thereby facilitating comparison of the numerical pressure value with a preset range.
Step S02, comparing the pressure value of each pressure sensor with a preset range, judging whether the pressure value of the pressure sensor can be adjusted to the preset range by adjusting the height of the base angle based on the fact that the pressure value uploaded by any pressure sensor is out of the preset range, and controlling to adjust the height of the base angle if the pressure value is out of the preset range; otherwise, sending pressure alarm to the display panel and stopping the operation of the washing machine.
In this embodiment, the operation system of the washing machine needs to compare the pressure values uploaded by the pressure sensors with a preset range, and if the pressure values of all the pressure sensors are within the preset range, the washing machine continues to operate normally; otherwise, the washing machine operation system is required to analyze the specific situation to judge which way to solve the problem that the pressure value does not conform to the preset range, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: the operation system judges whether the pressure value of the pressure sensor can be adjusted to be within a preset range by adjusting the height of the base angle, and if so, the operation system controls and adjusts the height of the base angle; otherwise, sending pressure alarm to the display panel and stopping the operation of the washing machine.
More specifically, comparing the pressure values uploaded by the pressure sensors with a preset range respectively includes: respectively and correspondingly setting preset ranges according to the preset positions; and comparing the pressure values acquired by the pressure sensors at the preset positions with the corresponding preset ranges respectively based on a preset range. It should be noted that, in the preset ranges corresponding to the preset positions, at least three preset ranges are different, or at least three preset ranges are the same. In addition, the preset range can be calculated based on factors such as the actual operation scene of the washing machine, the weight of the washing machine, the placing position of the washing machine, the actual pressure bearing of the preset position corresponding to the preset range, the scene where the preset position is located and the like, and the preset range is not further limited in the application.
In addition, when the pressure value of any one pressure sensor is out of the preset range, the pressure value of at least one pressure sensor is out of the preset range, so that whether the pressure value of each pressure sensor out of the preset range can be determined by adjusting the height of the corresponding base angle, so that the corresponding pressure value conforms to the preset range.
Hereinafter, a manner in which the operating system makes the pressure value of the pressure sensor located at the preset position conform to the preset range is specifically described by taking the pressure value collected by the pressure sensor that does not conform to the preset range as an example, and the other pressure sensors may be set with reference to the pressure sensor, which is not described herein again.
Specifically, judge whether can adjust pressure sensor's pressure value to predetermineeing the within range through adjusting the base angle height, include: determining the adjustable range of the current pressure value according to the height of the preset position and the pre-acquired adjustable range of the pressure; and determining that the pressure value of the pressure sensor is adjusted to be within the preset range by adjusting the height of the base angle based on the non-empty intersection between the adjustable range of the current pressure value and the preset range. For example, the determined adjustable range of the pressure value is X ═ Xmin,xmax]The corresponding predetermined range is Y ═ Y1,yn]If, ifControlling and adjusting the height of the bottom angle; otherwise, sending a pressure alarm to the display panel and stopping operating the washing machine. It should be noted that the non-empty intersection is expressed as containing at least one pressure valueA collection of (a).
It should be noted that the pressure adjustable range can be obtained in the debugging process of the washing machine based on the height of the preset position, the height of the base angle and the height relationship between the preset position and the base angle, so that in the subsequent use process, the adjustable range corresponding to the current pressure value of the preset position can be directly obtained from the pressure adjustable range according to the current height of the base angle, and the operation system can conveniently judge whether the height can be adjusted by controlling the base angle, so that the corresponding pressure value can accord with the preset range.
It should be noted that the height relationship between the preset position and the base angle needs to be calculated according to the current height of the preset position, the height after the preset position is adjusted, the height of the base angle corresponding to the current height of the preset position, and the height of the base angle corresponding to the height after the preset position is adjusted.
In one possible implementation, the controlling and adjusting of the base angle height includes: calculating a pressure difference value for adjusting the current pressure value of the preset position to a preset range; obtaining the adjusting height and the adjusting direction of the base angle according to the pressure difference value and the height relation between the preset position and the base angle obtained in advance; and sending the adjusting height and the adjusting direction to the bottom angle adjusting height.
It should be noted that, when calculating the pressure difference value, it is necessary to determine whether the current pressure value at the preset position is greater than the maximum value of the preset range, and calculate the difference value between the current pressure value and the maximum value of the preset range based on that the current pressure value is greater than the maximum value of the preset range, so as to obtain a pressure difference value with a positive value; or judging whether the current pressure value is smaller than the minimum value of the preset range, and calculating the difference value between the current pressure value and the minimum value of the preset range based on the fact that the current pressure value is smaller than the minimum value of the preset range to obtain a pressure difference value with a negative numerical value.
In addition, obtaining the adjusting height and the adjusting direction of the base angle according to the pressure difference value and the height relation between the preset position and the base angle, which is obtained in advance, comprises: obtaining the adjusting height of the preset position according to the absolute value of the pressure difference value, the current pressure value of the preset position and the current height of the preset position; the adjusting height of the preset position is a difference value between the current height of the preset position and the height of the preset position which moves to the pressure value in the preset range; obtaining the adjusting height of the base angle based on the height relation and the difference between the preset position and the base angle which are obtained in advance; based on the pressure difference being negative, the adjustment direction is a direction in which the bottom angle decreases along the height; the adjustment direction is a direction in which the base angle increases in height based on the pressure difference being positive. It should be noted that the adjusted height of the base angle is the height that the base angle needs to be increased or decreased. In addition, if the preset position and the bottom corner are at the same position, the adjusting height of the preset position is the adjusting height of the bottom corner.
In an alternative embodiment, after the operating system sends the height and direction of adjustment of the base corner to the height of adjustment of the base corner, the base corner receives the height and direction of adjustment and adjusts in the direction of adjustment by the height of adjustment so that the adjusted height is equal to the sum of the current height and the height of adjustment.
In another possible implementation manner, the controlling and adjusting of the bottom angle height includes: respectively comparing the current pressure value of the preset position with the minimum value and the maximum value of the preset range; controlling the base angle to be adjusted along the height reducing direction based on the fact that the current pressure value of the preset position is smaller than the minimum value of the preset range until the pressure value of the preset position accords with the preset range; and controlling the base angle to be adjusted along the height increasing direction based on the fact that the current pressure value of the preset position is larger than the maximum value of the preset range until the pressure value of the preset position accords with the preset range.
In an optional embodiment, when sending the pressure alarm to the display panel, the method further comprises: the laundry setting mode is disabled.
In an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 2, a method for smoothing the operation of a pressure sensor-based washing machine includes:
s11, powering on the washing machine;
s12, collecting pressure values in real time based on pressure sensors respectively arranged at four corners of the washing machine, and uploading the pressure values to an operation system;
s13, the operation system receives the pressure values fed back by the four pressure sensors in real time and judges the pressure values, and if the pressure values accord with a preset range, a washing mode is set and the operation is carried out until the operation is finished; otherwise, judging whether the pressure value of the pressure sensor can be adjusted within a preset range by adjusting the height of the base angle, if so, controlling to adjust the height of the base angle, otherwise, sending a pressure alarm to the display panel, and stopping running the washing machine.
In summary, when the pressure value uploaded by the pressure sensor is outside the preset range, the pressure value of the pressure sensor is judged whether to be adjusted to be within the preset range by adjusting the height of the base angle, so that the user is prevented from being informed to operate in time under the condition that the corresponding pressure value can not be in line with the preset range by adjusting the height of the base angle, safety accidents are avoided, and the use safety is improved; in addition, when the corresponding pressure value can accord with the preset range by adjusting the height of the base angle, the height of the base angle is automatically controlled to realize automatic control, so that the complexity of manual adjustment is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
