Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced otherwise than as specifically described herein, and thus the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Hereinafter, a leveling control method of a home appliance, a leveling control apparatus, a home appliance, and a computer-readable storage medium according to some embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 7 of the accompanying drawings.
According to some embodiments of the invention, a leveling control method for a household appliance is provided. The household appliance can be, but is not limited to, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a cabinet air conditioner, wherein the washing machine can be a pulsator washing machine, a drum washing machine, a washing and drying integrated machine, and the like.
The household appliance comprises a detection device 20 and a prompt device, the detection device 20 and the prompt device are arranged on the household appliance, the detection device 20 is used for detecting the inclination condition of the household appliance, and the prompt device is used for prompting the inclination condition. The detection device 20 may be, but is not limited to, a 3D sensor or an infrared sensor.
Taking a household appliance as a washing machine as an example, the 3D sensor or the infrared sensor can be used for detecting the inclination condition of the washing machine and also can be used for detecting the opening and closing of a door body of the washing machine, so that the functions of the 3D sensor or the infrared sensor are increased, the number of parts used by the household appliance is reduced, and the cost of the household appliance is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the leveling control method includes:
step S102, a detection value of the household appliance is obtained by the detection device 20, and the detection value is used for representing the tilt condition of the household appliance.
During the installation process of the household appliance, an unbalanced condition may occur, the household appliance is provided with a detection device 20, and during the installation process, a detection value representing a tilt condition of the household appliance is detected by the detection device 20, so as to determine the current balanced condition of the household appliance.
And step S104, judging whether the difference value between the detection value and the preset value exceeds a preset range.
The preset value is a detection value of the household appliance in a balanced state, i.e., in the absence of tilt. The preset value may be preset when the home appliance leaves the factory.
In the process of installing the household appliance, a difference value between a detection value obtained by the current detection device 20 and a preset value stored in the household appliance in advance is determined, and whether the household appliance has a tilt condition or not is determined by comparing the difference value with a preset range.
The preset range refers to a tilting range which is deviated from a balance state and can still be normally used by the household appliance.
If the difference value is judged to be beyond the preset range, executing the step S106; if the determination result does not exceed the predetermined range, step S108 is executed.
In step S106, the control and presentation device presents the inclination, and the process returns to step S102.
When the difference value between the detection value and the preset value exceeds the preset range, the current household appliance is in an unbalanced state and needs to be adjusted, and therefore the control prompting device prompts the detected inclination condition so that a user can know the current balance condition of the household appliance.
And step S108, finishing the leveling.
And when the difference value between the detection value and the preset value is judged not to exceed the preset range, the household appliance is in a balanced state, and therefore the operation is finished directly.
Optionally, the directly ending may include: and the control prompting device prompts that the installation is finished or controls the prompting device to close.
According to the leveling control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, whether the household appliance inclines or not is judged according to whether the difference value exceeds the preset range or not. If the difference value exceeds the preset range, the household appliance is not leveled and is in an inclined state, the prompting device is controlled to work to prompt a user of the inclination condition of the household appliance, the user can conveniently level the household appliance according to the prompt, and compared with the method for judging the inclination condition of the household appliance by naked eyes in the prior art, the method is more accurate and convenient, and the leveling efficiency is improved. Compared with the leveling method of adding the leveling device in the prior art, the method provided by the invention has the advantages that the cost is low, the cost of the household appliance can be greatly reduced, and the market competitiveness of the household appliance is enhanced.
The first embodiment is as follows:
based on the embodiments shown in fig. 1 and 2, the detection device 20 can detect the detection values of the home appliance in a plurality of detection directions, respectively, as shown in fig. 3. As shown in fig. 3, the leveling control method of the home appliance includes:
step S302, detection values of the household appliance in at least two detection directions are obtained through the detection device.
The detection device arranged on the household appliance is a device capable of detecting a plurality of direction detection values simultaneously. In the installation process of the household appliance, the detection devices are used for detecting in at least two detection directions respectively to obtain the detection values of the current household appliance in at least two detections respectively, wherein the detection values in at least two directions are used for representing the inclination conditions of the household appliance in different directions.
The detection device detects in at least two detection directions, so that the leveling of the household appliance is decomposed into at least two directions. Optionally, the at least two detection directions include a first detection direction and a second detection direction, the first detection direction may be an X-axis direction, and the second detection direction may be a Y-axis direction. The leveling is decomposed into leveling in at least two directions, and after decomposition, the leveling work can be simpler and easier, and the leveling efficiency is high.
Step S304, respectively determining whether a difference between the detection values of the at least two detection directions and the preset values of the corresponding detection directions exceeds a corresponding preset range.
Because the detection directions of the detection devices are different, corresponding preset values and preset ranges are set in the corresponding detection directions. The preset values and preset ranges in different detection directions are set in the same manner, which is the same as step 104 in the embodiment of fig. 1 and 2, and are not described again here.
And further, making a difference value between the detection value in the first detection direction and a preset value in the first detection direction, and judging whether the difference value in the first detection direction exceeds a preset range in the first detection direction.
And making a difference value between the detection value in the second detection direction and a preset value in the second detection direction, and judging whether the difference value in the second detection direction exceeds a preset range in the second detection direction.
Step S306, judging that at least one difference value in at least two detection directions exceeds a corresponding preset range, controlling a prompting device to prompt the inclination condition, and returning to the step S302.
And judging whether the difference value of each detection direction exceeds the corresponding preset range, and controlling a prompting device to prompt the inclination condition of each detection direction when the difference value of each detection direction exceeds the corresponding preset range.
Further, when the difference value in the first detection direction exceeds the preset range in the first detection direction, it is indicated that the household appliance has a large inclination degree in the first detection direction, leveling needs to be performed, and in order to prompt a user to level, the prompting device is controlled to work, so that the user is prompted about the inclination condition in the first detection direction, and the leveling work in the first detection direction is facilitated for the user. Further, when the difference value in the first detection direction exceeds a preset range in the first detection direction, the control prompting device prompts that the household appliance inclines left and right.
When the difference value in the second detection direction exceeds the preset range in the second detection direction, the fact that the household appliance inclines to a larger extent in the second detection direction is indicated, leveling needs to be performed, and in order to prompt a user to level, the prompt device is controlled to work, the inclination condition of the user in the second detection direction is prompted, and the user can conveniently perform leveling work in the second detection direction. Further, when the difference value in the second detection direction exceeds a preset range in the second detection direction, the control prompting device prompts the household appliance to tilt back and forth.
And step S308, judging that the detection values in all the detection directions do not exceed the corresponding preset ranges, and finishing leveling.
And judging whether the difference value of each detection direction exceeds the corresponding preset range, and controlling the leveling of each detection direction to be finished when the difference value of each detection direction does not exceed the corresponding preset range.
Further, when the difference value in the first detection direction does not exceed the preset range in the first detection direction, it indicates that the household appliance does not tilt or the tilt degree in the first detection direction is small, leveling is not required, and it is determined that leveling in the first detection direction is finished.
When the difference value in the second detection direction does not exceed the preset range in the second detection direction, the household appliance does not incline or inclines to a smaller extent in the second detection direction, and leveling is not needed; it is determined that leveling is finished in the second detection direction.
Furthermore, a plurality of leveling screws are arranged at the bottom of the household appliance and are respectively distributed on four sides of the household appliance, and the leveling of the household appliance is realized by adjusting the leveling screws.
In one embodiment, the controlling the prompting device specifically includes: and controlling the prompting device to work, wherein the inclination condition prompted by the prompting device corresponds to the difference value.

For example, the alarm device 80 may include a buzzer, and the buzzer frequency of the buzzer may correspond to the inclination degree, and the more the difference deviates from the preset range, the more the buzzer sounds, and the user may adjust the balance of the household appliance by the sound of the buzzer. For another example, the alarm device 80 includes a display lamp, the frequency of the flashing of the display lamp or the color of the display lamp may correspond to the degree of the inclination, the greater the difference is, the greater the frequency of the flashing is or the color of the display lamp is red, and the user may adjust the balance of the household appliance by the frequency or the color of the display lamp.
In one embodiment, the household appliance is connected with the mobile terminal, controls the prompting device to work, and further comprises: and prompting the inclination condition of the household appliance through the mobile terminal.
The mobile terminal (APP side) may be, but is not limited to, a mobile phone or a PAD. The inclination condition is sent to the mobile terminal, and the user is reminded in time, so that the intelligent level of the household appliance is enhanced.
In one embodiment, after the control prompting device prompts the inclination condition, the leveling control method further includes: judging whether an inclined leveling operation is detected; and determining that the inclination leveling operation is not detected, and controlling the prompting device to close after responding to the preset time length.
And when the difference value is judged to exceed the preset range, the control prompting device prompts the inclination condition of the household appliance. And after the prompting device starts to prompt the inclination condition, timing is started, and if the inclination leveling operation is not detected within a preset time, the prompting device is controlled to be closed so as to save energy consumption. The detection of the tilt leveling operation can be performed by the returning step of obtaining a detection value of the household appliance by the detection device, the detection value being used for representing the tilt condition of the household appliance, and determining whether the tilt leveling operation is performed by detecting a change in the detection value of the household appliance.
In an embodiment, acquiring the detection value of the detection device 20 specifically includes: and acquiring a detection value of at least one point on the household appliance.
When the household appliance is inclined, the coordinate values of the points on the household appliance change. The inclination degree of the household appliance can be known by detecting the detection value of one point on the household appliance and knowing the coordinate of the point, and the detection method is simple and consumes short time.
In a specific implementation, as shown in fig. 7, the household appliance includes a controller 40, a detection device 20, a display device 60 and an alarm device 80, the detection device 20, the display device 60 and the alarm device 80 are connected to the controller 40, and the detection device 20 mainly collects relevant signals and transmits the relevant signals to the controller 40; the controller 40 processes the transmitted signal logically, displays the prompt information through the display device 60, and buzzes the prompt through the alarm device 80. For the example of the detection device 20 being a 3D sensor, the display device 60 being a nixie tube, and the alarm device 80 being a buzzer, the 3D sensor mainly collects relevant signals and transmits the relevant signals to the controller 40; the controller 40 processes the transmitted information logically, displays the prompt information through a nixie tube, and buzzes the prompt through a buzzer.
Example two:
in a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the detecting device 20 is a 3D sensor, the display device 60 is a buzzer, the first detecting direction is an X-axis direction representing a left-right direction, the second detecting direction is a Y-axis direction representing a front-back direction, and the third detecting direction is a Z-axis direction representing an up-down direction. The leveling control method includes steps S402-S418.
Step S402, the household appliance is started and enters an installation mode.
When the household appliance is installed, the household appliance can be started and enters an installation mode, so that the user is prompted to level through a prompting device of the household appliance in the installation process.
In step S404, the detection value (x, y, z) of the 3D sensor is acquired.
The 3D sensor acquires the detection value and then transmits the detection value to the controller 40.
In step S406, the controller 40 determines differences between the detection values of the three directions and preset values corresponding to the detection directions, respectively.
After receiving the detection values sent by the 3D sensor, the controller 40 respectively obtains preset values (X1, Y1, Z1) corresponding to the X axis, the Y axis and the Z axis; according to the obtained preset values, determining difference values in corresponding directions respectively, wherein the difference values in corresponding X axes are as follows: x-x 1; the difference on the corresponding Y axis is Y-Y1; the difference on the corresponding Z axis is: z-z 1.
Step 408, determine if there is a left-right tilt.
The controller 40 determines a preset range (X0, y0, z0) in the corresponding direction according to the acquired difference values in the three directions, and judges whether the difference value in the X-axis direction exceeds the corresponding preset range. That is, it is determined whether X-X1 exceeds X0 on the X axis; it is determined whether there is a left-right tilt.
If there is a left-right tilt, go to step 410; if there is no side-to-side tilt, step 414 is performed.
And step 410, controlling a prompting device to prompt the inclination condition.
The control nixie tube sends out corresponding buzzing sound according to the inclination condition, the inclination condition is sent to the mobile terminal, and the inclination condition is displayed to a user for checking through the mobile terminal.
In step 412, it is determined whether a tilt leveling operation is detected.
After the prompting device prompts the inclination condition, the controller detects whether the leveling operation of the user is received or not at preset time intervals, and if the inclination leveling operation is determined to be detected, the step returns to the step 404. If it is determined that a tilt leveling operation is not detected, then step 418 is performed
In step 414, it is determined whether there is a front-back tilt.
The controller 40 determines a preset range (x0, Y0, z0) in the corresponding direction according to the acquired difference values in the three directions, and judges whether the difference value in the Y-axis direction exceeds the corresponding preset range. That is, it is determined whether Y-Y1 exceeds Y0 on the Y-axis, and whether there is a front-to-back tilt.
If there is a front-back tilt, go to step 410; if there is no side-to-side tilt, step 416 is performed.
In step 416, the household appliance waits horizontally for operation.
Because the household appliance is in a balanced state in the front, back, left and right directions, the household appliance is horizontal, the installation process is finished, and the household appliance enters a waiting work.
And 418, controlling the prompting device to close after responding to the preset time length.
Taking a household appliance as an example of a washing machine, the washing machine prompts leveling correction through a 3D sensor, specifically, the controller 40 processes values in three directions of x, y and z output by the 3D sensor, and the logic processing of the controller 40 is used to determine whether the washing machine is horizontal or not and prompt a user which direction is inclined. The specific implementation form is as follows: when leaving the factory, recording a default horizontal parameter value in the controller 40, comparing x, y and z output by the 3D sensor with a default parameter value (preset value) when a user enters an installation mode in the later period, and prompting the user how to perform installation correction through a nixie tube and a buzzer if the difference between the x, y and z output by the 3D sensor and the default parameter value is not within a certain range (preset range), wherein the larger the difference is, the more urgent the buzzer sounds, and the user can debug the balance of the household appliance by listening to the sound of the buzzer.
