Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of yarns, in particular to a preparation method of a color-developing polypropylene yarn for a mask, the yarn and the mask.
Background
The yarn is a product processed into a certain fineness by various textile fibers and is used for weaving, rope making, thread making, knitting, embroidering and the like. In order to meet the aesthetic requirements of consumers, yarns can be dyed into yarns with various colors through a dyeing process, and the conventional yarns are dyed after being made into barreled yarns.
The mask is originally used as a hygienic product, and harmful substances such as dust, industrial waste gas and the like enter human bodies through respiratory tracts along with the industrial development and the continuous deterioration of the environment, and cause great harm to the health of the public. In order to reduce such a hazard, a non-woven mask has been widely used in many work and life occasions, and a general protective mask is sewn with gauze and has only a general filtering function.
But since the mask is a disposable consumer product, it cannot be used any further after the usage time has been reached. However, in daily life, most consumers cannot know accurately whether the mask worn by the consumer can be used continuously, which often causes waste of the mask or reuse of the used mask. Therefore, it is very important to provide a yarn preparation method and structure that can visually display the service time of the yarn.
The Chinese patent publication No. CN209759681U is a loose winding yarn, which twists the required yarn with each other, adds a bulky layer outside part of the functional yarn, and loosens the intertwined yarn, so that the clothes woven by the yarn have certain fluffiness, drapability and fastness, and the yarn is characterized by comprising a base line, the functional yarn and a color-developing yarn. The existing color-developing yarn is only pure dyed yarn, and has the functions of improving the color richness of the yarn and playing a decorative effect.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and the detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for preparing a color-developing polypropylene yarn for a mask according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The embodiment of the application provides a preparation method of a color developing yarn for a mask, which comprises the following steps of;
s1, forming a moisture absorption layer on the outer surface of the yarn;
by forming the moisture absorption layer on the outer surface of the yarn, external moisture (vapor) can enter the moisture absorption layer, so that a corresponding relation can be established between the absorbed moisture and the service time of the yarn.
S2, coating a water-soluble pigment layer on the outer surface of the moisture absorption layer;
through being formed with water-soluble pigment layer at the surface of moisture absorption layer, can make the moisture absorption layer after inhaling a certain amount of moisture, the moisture of inhaling can enter into water-soluble pigment layer to make water-soluble pigment layer carry out the colour development, indicate the corresponding live time length of this yarn. For example, in some embodiments, the water-soluble pigment layer may use red water-soluble pigments for visual display, and it is understood that other colors of water-soluble pigments may be used without limitation.
S3, performing waterproof covering on the surface of the water-soluble pigment layer;
the water-proof covering on the surface of the water-soluble pigment layer can prevent moisture on the outer side (i.e. the side not facing the normal use of the yarn) from entering the water-soluble pigment layer and interfering with the normal color development of the yarn. In some embodiments of the present application, a water-repellent layer formed of a water-repellent material may be used to cover the water-soluble pigment layer.
In the embodiments of the present application, the moisture absorption layer is formed in the following two ways:
one is as follows: spraying solution with high moisture absorption characteristic on the surface of the yarn, and drying to form a slurry-like moisture absorption layer on the surface of the yarn.
The other mode is as follows: and soaking the yarn in a solution with high moisture absorption characteristic, and drying the yarn after soaking to form a pasty moisture absorption layer on the surface of the yarn.
To the mode that adopts the spraying, that is to say, the water-soluble pigment passes through the form of liquid and sprays on the surface of moisture absorption layer, in order to further guarantee the effect after the spraying, in this application embodiment, the yarn is gone on with the mode of carrying out the spraying while rotary motion, adopts this kind of rotary spraying's mode, can guarantee the homogeneity of yarn spraying, also plays the enhancement function to the twist of yarn self simultaneously.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, the water-soluble pigment solution is heated to 120 ℃, and when the water-soluble pigment solution is sprayed on the surface of the yarn, hairiness existing on the surface of the yarn is removed in a finishing manner, so that the appearance quality of the yarn is improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, the moisture absorption layer is formed by mixing a high moisture absorption resin and a matting material.
The embodiment of the application also provides the yarn obtained by the preparation method and the mask woven by the yarn.
In summary, in the yarn preparation method in the embodiment of the application, the moisture absorption layer and the water-soluble pigment layer are sequentially formed on the surface of the yarn, so that in the use process of the yarn formed by the preparation method, when certain moisture (water vapor) is absorbed by the yarn, the absorbed moisture enters the moisture absorption layer, the water-soluble pigment layer starts to develop color when encountering the moisture, and the use time of the yarn, namely the time period from the start of the use of the yarn to the entrance of the moisture and the color development of the yarn, is the use time of the yarn, can be visually prompted; meanwhile, the product prepared from the yarn also has the function of developing color when wet, so that the service life of the product can be visually prompted to a user.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is intended to include such modifications and variations.
