wedge-shaped plate 429 to move downwards to limit the aluminum bar, so that the cut part of the aluminum bar is tightly attached to the wedge-shaped plate 429, then, the second motor 413 is started to drive the sixth transmission shaft 414 to rotate, the sixth transmission shaft 414 rotates to drive the first transmission wheel 201 to rotate, the sixth transmission shaft 414 rotates to drive the simultaneously turns over rough edges at the cutting opening, so that the rough edges are attached to the aluminum bar tightly, and the rough edges at the cutting opening are reinforced to prevent the rough edges from falling off after turning over, and the transmission cleaning shaping unit operates.
The joint of the second transmission shaft 214 and the sliding sleeve 215 is cut into a rectangular surface.
The sliding sleeve 215 can be made to slide in the second transmission shaft 214 and keep rotating.
The inner toothed ring 407 has a toothed hole therein that matches the third spur gear 404.
The inner gear ring 407 and the third spur gear 404 can be connected and driven, and can be controlled by the first electric push rod 406 to be switched on and off.
A compression spring is arranged at the joint of the third scraper 421 and the supporting frame 420.
The third scraper 421 can be extended and retracted in the supporting frame 420, so that the third scraper 421 can be closely attached to the outer annular surface of the hexagonal prism-shaped aluminum bar.
The joints of the two groups of ropes 422 and the two groups of third spring rods 425 and the fourth scraper 427 are provided with ball heads.
The fourth scraper 427 can be smoothly rotated by the reverse elastic force of the two sets of third spring bars 425.
