a) weigh 2.45g of a 2wt% sodium alginate solution (2g dissolved in 100mL ddH 2O);
b) 0.05g of calcium carbonate is added;
c) after stirring, adding 10mg of D- (+) -gluconic acid delta-lactone (GLD) and stirring for 10 s;
the synthesis steps of the metal organic framework ZIF-8 are as follows:
weighing 20mmol of Zn (NO3)2 & 6H2O and 70mmol of 2-methylimidazole;
dissolving the two solutions in 150mL of methanol (MeOH) respectively to form two transparent solutions;
mixing the two transparent solutions in the step II;
fourthly, mixing and stirring for 24 hours at room temperature to obtain white precipitate, centrifuging, washing with methanol for multiple times, and drying at 60 ℃.

After injection, the survival time of each mouse was observed and recorded.
The calcium oxalate hydrogel can block toxins in blood and slow down the speed of the toxins flowing to the heart; the metal organic framework can adsorb toxins in blood and reduce the amount of toxins flowing to the heart; the injection has longer quality guarantee period and no strict limitation on storage conditions; the experimental result shows that the calcium sea oxalate hydrogel has good biocompatibility with the metal organic framework; the detoxification injection can promote the healing of wounds while detoxifying, blocking poison and detoxifying; the experimental result shows that the novel detoxification injection for the first aid of snake bite can delay the toxin from entering the whole body through blood for nearly 1 hour; the synthesis process of the calcium sea oxalate hydrogel and the metal organic framework is simple and convenient, and the yield is high; the detoxification injection has the functions of adsorbing and detoxifying one toxin, and is generally applicable to at least three common biological protein toxins (neurotoxin, blood toxin and toxin mixture).
