本发明提供的一种牡丹润颜滋养精华液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、预先把丁二醇、甘油、聚乙二醇-8、PEG/PPG-17/6 共聚物和部分纯水加入乳化锅分散卡波姆、黄原胶和透明质酸钠,开均质500-1000r/min分散;分散均匀后加入EDTA 二钠、烟酰胺、甜菜碱、甘草酸二钾和双-PEG-15 甲基醚聚二甲基硅氧烷,按照30-35r/min的转速搅拌加热至85℃,保温20-30分钟再均质3分钟至完全溶解无颗粒;
2、开始降温,降温至65-70℃,然后加入氨甲基丙醇,搅拌15-20分钟至完全均匀无颗粒(30-35r/min);
3、降温至55-60℃,然后将皮肤调理剂一和皮肤调理剂二依次加入乳化锅,搅拌至完全均匀(30-35r/min);
4、降温至40-45℃,将丙二醇、对羟基苯乙酮和1,2-己二醇混合均匀,加热至50-55℃溶解无颗粒,然后加入乳化锅,搅拌至完全均匀无颗粒(30-35r/min);
5、降温至38-40℃以下,将牡丹花水、皮肤调理剂三、皮肤调理剂四、香精、甘油葡糖苷、泛醇、皮肤调理剂五、牡丹籽油、3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸和天女木兰提取物依次加入乳化锅,搅拌10-15分钟至搅拌均匀(30-30r/min);
6、取样送检,检验合格后,100目滤网过滤出料。
实施例1:
本发明提供的一种牡丹润颜滋养精华液及其制备方法,包括以下原料及重量份数:纯水70.757份、甘油5份、丁二醇5份、透明质酸钠0.1份、丙二醇0.9份、1,2-己二醇0.45份、EDTA 二钠0.02份、卡波姆0.2份、黄原胶0.08份、氨甲基丙醇0.1份、3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸0.001份、聚乙二醇-83份、PEG/PPG-17/6 共聚物2份、烟酰胺2份、甜菜碱1份、甘草酸二钾0.2份、双-PEG-15 甲基醚聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5份、对羟基苯乙酮0.45份、甘油葡糖苷0.6份、泛醇0.5份、牡丹花水3份、牡丹籽油0.001份、天女木兰提取物0.001份、皮肤调理剂一0.8份、皮肤调理剂二0.2份、皮肤调理剂三0.5份、皮肤调理剂四2份、皮肤调理剂五0.6份和香精0.04份。
选择实施例1中提供的精华液进行临床实验:
该实验包括22位志愿者,年龄在21-45周岁,统一清洗双手前臂内侧,做好测量标记,产品涂抹区和空白对照区随机分布于左右手臂标定区域,先测量各区域的初始值,再将测试样品按规定量单次涂布。在设定时间点使用皮肤水分测试仪进行产品区域和对照区域的测量,每个区域平行测定5次,取平均值记录。
精华液使用前、使用后1小时和使用后4小时的皮肤角质层含水量变化率分别为0%、81%和40%。结果显示,精华液使皮肤角质层含水量在1小时后具有很大的提高,并且在使用后4小时能得到较好的维持。
实施例2:
本发明提供的一种牡丹润颜滋养精华液及其制备方法,包括以下原料及重量份数:纯水77.5份、甘油7份、丁二醇6份、透明质酸钠0.2份、丙二醇0.5份、1,2-己二醇0.2份、EDTA 二钠0.09份、卡波姆0.5份、黄原胶0.05份、氨甲基丙醇0.2份、3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸0.003份、聚乙二醇-81份、PEG/PPG-17/6 共聚物1份、烟酰胺5份、甜菜碱0.7份、甘草酸二钾0.3份、双-PEG-15 甲基醚聚二甲基硅氧烷0.8份、对羟基苯乙酮0.11份、甘油葡糖苷0.4份、泛醇0.7份、牡丹花水10份、牡丹籽油0.002份、天女木兰提取物0.004份、皮肤调理剂一0.1份、皮肤调理剂二0.5份、皮肤调理剂三0.1份、皮肤调理剂四4份、皮肤调理剂五0.1份和香精0.07份。
选择实施例2中提供的精华液进行临床实验:

1.一种牡丹润颜滋养精华液,其特征在于,包括以下原料及重量份数:纯水65-80份、牡丹花水2-14份、甘油2-11份、丁二醇3-9份、透明质酸钠0.05-0.3份、丙二醇0.5-1.5份、1,2-己二醇0.2-0.8份、EDTA 二钠0.01-0.09份、卡波姆0.1-0.7份、黄原胶0.02-0.2份、氨甲基丙醇0.1-0.5份、3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸0.001-0.006份、聚乙二醇-81-3份、PEG/PPG-17/6 共聚物1-2份、烟酰胺2-8份、甜菜碱0.6-1份、甘草酸二钾0.1-0.8份、双-PEG-15 甲基醚聚二甲基硅氧烷0.2-0.8份、对羟基苯乙酮0.11-0.99份、甘油葡糖苷0.23-0.78份、泛醇0.2-0.7份、牡丹籽油0.001-0.003份、天女木兰提取物0.001-0.004份、皮肤调理剂一0.3-1.3份、皮肤调理剂二0.2-1份、皮肤调理剂三0.1-0.8份、皮肤调理剂四2-5份、皮肤调理剂五0.01-0.8份和香精0.02-0.07份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡丹润颜滋养精华液,其特征在于,各所述组分的组分含量按重量份计为:纯水70.757份、甘油5份、丁二醇5份、牡丹花水3份、透明质酸钠0.1份、丙二醇0.9份、1,2-己二醇0.45份、EDTA 二钠0.02份、卡波姆0.2份、黄原胶0.08份、氨甲基丙醇0.1份、3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸0.001份、聚乙二醇-83份、PEG/PPG-17/6 共聚物2份、烟酰胺2份、甜菜碱1份、甘草酸二钾0.2份、双-PEG-15 甲基醚聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5份、对羟基苯乙酮0.45份、甘油葡糖苷0.6份、泛醇0.5份、牡丹籽油0.001份、天女木兰提取物0.001份、皮肤调理剂一0.8份、皮肤调理剂二0.2份、皮肤调理剂三0.5份、皮肤调理剂四2份、皮肤调理剂五0.6份和香精0.04份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种牡丹润颜滋养精华液,其特征在于,所述皮肤调理剂一由聚甲基硅倍半氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、异十二烷、PEG-40 硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂基聚甲基硅氧烷、硬脂醇聚醚-2和硬脂醇聚醚-21组成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种牡丹润颜滋养精华液,其特征在于,所述皮肤调理剂二由丙烯酸钠/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、水、异十六烷、聚山梨醇酯-80和山梨坦油酸酯组成。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种牡丹润颜滋养精华液,其特征在于,所述皮肤调理剂三由水、丁二醇、1,2-己二醇和芍药根提取物组成。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种牡丹润颜滋养精华液,其特征在于,所述皮肤调理剂四由水、丹皮酚和牡丹根提取物组成。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种牡丹润颜滋养精华液,其特征在于,所述皮肤调理剂五由水、糖类同分异构体、柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠组成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种牡丹润颜滋养精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1、预先把丁二醇、甘油、聚乙二醇-8、PEG/PPG-17/6 共聚物和部分纯水加入乳化锅分散卡波姆、黄原胶和透明质酸钠,开均质500-1000r/min分散;分散均匀后加入EDTA 二钠、烟酰胺、甜菜碱、甘草酸二钾和双-PEG-15 甲基醚聚二甲基硅氧烷,按照30-35r/min的转速搅拌加热至85℃,保温20-30分钟再均质3分钟至完全溶解无颗粒;
2、开始降温,降温至65-70℃,然后加入氨甲基丙醇,搅拌15-20分钟至完全均匀无颗粒;
3、降温至55-60℃,然后将皮肤调理剂一和皮肤调理剂二依次加入乳化锅,搅拌至完全均匀;
4、降温至40-45℃,将丙二醇、对羟基苯乙酮和1,2-己二醇混合均匀,加热至50-55℃溶解无颗粒,然后加入乳化锅,搅拌至完全均匀无颗粒;
5、降温至38-40℃以下,将牡丹花水、皮肤调理剂三、皮肤调理剂四、香精、甘油葡糖苷、泛醇、皮肤调理剂五、牡丹籽油、3-邻-乙基抗坏血酸和天女木兰提取物依次加入乳化锅,搅拌10-15分钟至搅拌均匀;
6、取样送检,检验合格后,100目滤网过滤出料。
