The working principle of the application is as follows: before using, as shown in fig. 1, four lifting hydraulic rods 8 are controlled to drive a working platform 1 to lift or descend, so that the use requirements for different heights of the working platform 1 are met, meanwhile, large parts are convenient to carry and place, an electric push rod 6 can drive a limiting telescopic rod 4 to lift, the height of a measuring needle assembly 5 is adjusted, the measuring range of the measuring needle is further improved, the measuring space is increased, the measurement of large parts is facilitated, and the condition that the measuring is affected by insufficient space is avoided.
Before measurement, the balance correction can be performed on the measuring machine, as shown in fig. 5, the rotatable rotating handle 23 drives the balance correction plate 19 to descend through the rotating shaft 16 and the lifting rope 17, when the balance correction plate 19 contacts the fixed plate 13, as shown in fig. 6, the pressure probes 22 at the bottom of the balance correction plate 19 can receive the reaction force of the fixed plate 13 under the action of gravity, so that the pressure probes 22 detect the corresponding pressure, the pressure sensors 18 transmit the pressure, the parallelism degree of the balance correction plate 19 and the fixed plate 13 can be judged according to the distribution condition of the pressure, and the horizontal degree of the plane where the working platform 1 is located can be judged, so that each lifting hydraulic rod 8 can be driven to adjust the working platform 1 to the horizontal state respectively, the measurement work is not influenced by the inclination of the ground, the measurement accuracy is improved, and the accuracy of the measurement result is ensured.
In the process of balance correction, as shown in fig. 6, besides the self weights of the pressure sensor 18, the balance correction plate 19 and the pressure probe 22 enable the balance correction plate 19 to keep horizontal, the connecting ropes 20 and the heavy pendants 21 which are uniformly arranged on two sides of the balance correction plate 19 can provide external gravity constraint, so that the horizontal degree of the balance correction plate 19 is further improved, and the balance correction effect of the working platform 1 is ensured.
Before and after the measurement, the air-float slide rail 2 can be cleaned automatically, the transmission motor 29 drives the transmission screw rod 26 to rotate through the driving transmission shaft 30, thereby driving the movable sleeve rod 31 to move back and forth along the axial direction of the limiting guide rod 27 through the threaded sleeve 32, thereby driving the absorbent cotton cleaning pad 35 to clean the air-float slide rail 2, as shown in fig. 7, ensuring the surface cleaning of the air-float slide rail 2, reducing the influence on the sliding of the float block 3, enabling a plurality of cleaning agent storage bottles 36 to be loaded with cleaning agents such as alcohol and the like, dripping the cleaning agents into the surface of the absorbent cotton cleaning pad 35 through the dropper 37 and being absorbed and diffused by the absorbent cotton cleaning pad 35, improving the cleaning effect, and when the cleaning is carried out to the position of the float block 3, enabling the rotatable cleaning rod 33 to enable the absorbent cotton cleaning pad 35 to pass through the side part of the float block 3, and enabling the cleaning rod 33 to reset for cleaning, thereby cleaning the whole air-float slide rail 2, and being convenient and simple to operate.
After the absorbent cotton cleaning pad 35 is used for a long time, as shown in fig. 7, the limit sliding sleeves 40 on two sides of the sliding sleeve can be slid to release the limit of the mounting plate 38, then the lifting rod 43 is pulled to drive the limit pins 39 to be pulled out of the absorbent cotton cleaning pad 35 through the mounting plate 38, so that the limit of the absorbent cotton cleaning pad 35 is released, the absorbent cotton cleaning pad 35 can be removed for cleaning or replacement, and the absorbent cotton cleaning pad is quite convenient, meanwhile, the cleaning blower 42 moves along with the movable sleeve rod 31 in the cleaning process, so that impurities, dust or small parts on the air-float sliding rail 2 can be blown away by wind force, and the impurities are prevented from scratching the surface of the air-float sliding rail 2 or damaging the air-float sliding rail 2, so that the service life of the air-float sliding rail 2 is reduced.
