Description

Paper feeding mechanism and printer
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of printers, in particular to a paper feeding mechanism and a printer.
Background
The principle of the medical thermal film printer is that a printing head contacts with a medical film by heating a printing unit (an electronic heating element) arranged on the printing head, a thermal sensitive coating on the medical film is triggered to generate chemical reaction under the condition of applying certain pressure, and different gray scales are presented by different photoreception and development according to heating time, temperature and pressure, so that a required image can be printed.
The thermal sensitive film printer is different from a general printer, adopts a white PET or BOPET film base, is coated with a thermal sensitive light film, generates chemical reaction in the film under the conditions of heating and applying certain pressure, and generates films with pixel points with different depths at determined positions according to different heating temperatures, time and pressures as printing media. The medium is easy to generate the condition of sticking in the long-term storage or transportation process, especially under the condition of inappropriate environmental temperature and humidity. The main reasons for the sticking are:
the film adopts a certain antistatic agent in production, so that the possibility of static electricity is greatly reduced. However, in winter and spring dry season, static electricity still occurs. The types of static electricity generated by medical films are as follows: electrostatic fog, dendritic static, star static, non-oriented direct static; the reasons for these static electricity generation are not all the same: the film is carried, and the abnormal operation such as falling, pressing, squeezing and the like occurs or friction is generated when the film is extracted.
Due to the inherent defects of the thermosensitive coating film of the medical film, such as strong water absorption, large coefficient of moisture absorption expansion, high elastic modulus, low mechanical strength and the like, the thermosensitive coating film is easy to curl, and water marks and reticulate patterns are easy to generate under high temperature and high humidity, so that adhesion is generated between two films.
The sticking piece is serious to have irrecoverable influence on the film coating of the film, and the natural film cannot be used. However, in other cases, the conditions that the thermal film printer is in paper feeding, lamination occurs, film suction cannot be performed, and the like are mainly influenced, so that the normal printing of the film is influenced, and the usability of the equipment is damaged. In addition to conventional means of eliminating static electricity before use, checking film usability, etc., the printer itself needs some measures to prevent sticking.
