The opening process of the cover needs to be pressed and rotated, so that the cover body is not easy to loosen during re-conveying.
The manufacturing method of the food container comprises the following steps:
a plurality of heat insulation cushion blocks are padded in the outer shell 3, then the inner shell 4 is placed in the outer shell 3, and the inner shell 4 and the outer shell 3 are kept to be concentrically arranged; then the inner film is put in, the inner film is pressed in the inner shell 4, then the end ring is fixed, and the foaming material is filled in the end ring. The foaming material extrudes the inner shell 4 and the outer shell 3 after foaming, and the foaming material and the inner shell 4 are tightly attached to the outer shell 3 to form prestress under the action of the inner film and the outer film, so that surface damages such as pits and the like can be effectively prevented when the foaming material collides with a hard object. After the foaming material is solidified, the heat insulation ring 6 is fixed on the end faces of the inner shell and the outer shell, and then the spring 12 and the heat insulation sealing plate 13 are installed in the cover body 2. The fixed heat insulation ring 6 blocks a heat bridge and ensures heat insulation performance.
