Abstract
The invention discloses an edging and dust removing device for wood processing, which relates to the field of furniture wood processing and comprises a conveying belt, a first conveying device, a second conveying device and processing equipment, wherein the processing equipment comprises an installation frame, an edging wheel and a conveying compression roller, bristles are arranged on the outermost layer of the conveying compression roller, an air blowing port is arranged below the edging wheel, and a dust collecting branch pipe is arranged above the edging wheel. According to the invention, a closed loop is formed by the conveyor belt, the first conveyor device, the second conveyor device and the collecting platform, so that the polished wood can be conveniently recycled, the condition that the wood board deviates in the front-back direction and the up-down direction in the conveying process is prevented by utilizing the upper conveying press roller and the baffle plate at the front end, the polished dust is sucked and removed together by arranging the brush bristles to brush the polished dust, the upward arranged air blowing ports and the dust suction branch pipes, and the mode that the polishing is carried out simultaneously in the mechanical fixing conveying mode is utilized, so that the manual operation is reduced, the safety accidents are reduced, and the polishing efficiency is also improved.
