Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent upper heating module of a dry-type urine analyzer, which comprises a detection head main body, an electric heating device and a detection light source, wherein the detection head main body is of a three-dimensional structure, the detection head main body is hollow, one end of the detection head main body is open, a bottom panel is arranged at the other end of the detection head main body, and the detection light source is arranged on the bottom panel and projects out of the detection head main body; the electric heating device is installed in the detection head main body, the heated temperature is transmitted to the first mounting holes which are arranged on the bottom panel of the detection head main body in an axial array manner through heat conduction, the second mounting holes which are arranged on the electric heating device in an axial array manner are arranged, and the third mounting holes which are arranged on the detection light source in an axial array manner are arranged. The optical detection head and the heating plate are combined together, so that the volume of equipment is reduced, the detection efficiency is improved, the pressing surface is adopted for surface contact type heating, the reaction area of the reagent strip can be stably and uniformly heated, and the reaction rate of the reagent strip is increased.

Background
With the continuous development of science and technology, the innovation of medical instruments is further improved, and in the current medical instruments, a prefabricated reagent strip is used for detecting a sample, and meanwhile, a reserved reactant in the reagent strip needs to be effectively stored. Some reagent strips need to be heated for detection, medical instruments on the market at present usually adopt water bath equipment to heat the reagent strips, the incubation area is large, the heating efficiency is low, and the heating of the existing incubation heating device is usually realized through the following modes: the reaction vessel is directly heated under a reaction tray which carries the reaction vessel, the heating is uneven, the temperature is uncontrollable, and a heating structure is large and complicated. In response to this situation, an intelligent upper heating module of a dry urine analyzer is proposed.

The invention aims to provide an intelligent upper heating module of a dry-type urine analyzer, an optical detection head and a heating plate are combined together, the size of equipment is reduced, and the detection efficiency is improved.

an intelligent upper heating module of a dry-type urine analyzer comprises a detection head main body, an electric heating device and a detection light source, wherein the detection head main body is of a three-dimensional structure, the detection head main body is hollow, one end of the detection head main body is open, and the other end of the detection head main body is provided with a bottom panel;
the detection light source is arranged on the bottom panel and projects to the outside of the detection head main body; the electric heating device is arranged in the detection head main body, and the heated temperature is transferred to the detection head main body through heat conduction.
Furthermore, the bottom panel is provided with first mounting holes distributed in an axial array manner, the electric heating device is provided with second mounting holes distributed in an axial array manner, the detection light source is provided with third mounting holes distributed in an axial array manner, and the detection head main body, the electric heating device and the detection light source are fixed with the third mounting holes through mounting screws of the first mounting holes, the second mounting holes and the third mounting holes.
Furthermore, the electric heating device is also provided with a detection head groove, and the detection light source is provided with a detection position.

2. the invention adopts the surface contact heating of the pressing surface, can stably and uniformly heat the reaction area of the reagent strip, and increases the reaction rate of the reagent strip.
3. The upper heating module improves the heating method, adopts circuit control, effectively solves the problem of difficult control of heating in the test process of the reagent strip, has better heating effect, and can control the temperature more intelligently.

the detection light source 3 is installed on the bottom panel 11 and projects to the outside of the detection head main body 1; the electric heating device 2 is arranged in the detection head main body 1, and the heated temperature is transferred to the detection head main body 1 through heat conduction;
the invention adopts the electric heating device 2 arranged in the optical detection head, realizes the integration of the sample heating device and the detection probe, reduces the volume of the device and reduces the heating cost.
The bottom panel 11 is provided with first mounting holes 12 distributed in an axial array, the electric heating device 2 is provided with second mounting holes 21 distributed in an axial array, the detection light source 3 is provided with third mounting holes 21 distributed in an axial array, and the detection head main body 1, the electric heating device 2 and the detection light source 3 are fixed with the third mounting holes 21 through mounting screws through the first mounting holes 12 and the second mounting holes 21.
The electric heating device 2 is also provided with a detection head groove 22, and the detection light source 3 is provided with a detection position 32.
