背景技术
背门电动撑杆是汽车电动背门***的驱动单元,为背门的开闭过程提供动力,也为在任意角度悬停提供支撑力。该产品由电机、丝杆、导向螺母、弹簧、固定套筒和滑动套筒等零部件组装而成,产品内部有两个涂脂点:丝杆和导向螺母,弹簧和滑动套筒。
背门电动撑杆在运行过程中,容易出现低温启动时间长的问题、耐久后运行速度变慢的问题和耐久后卡顿异响的问题,影响了其使用。
发明内容
本发明提供一种汽车背门电动撑杆润滑脂组合物,至少能够满足汽车背门电动撑杆的部分使用要求。
一种汽车背门电动撑杆润滑脂组合物,包括主成分和添加剂;
其中,所述主成分由混合基础油和混合稠化剂组成;
所述混合基础油为低粘度合成烃、饱和多元醇酯和双酯类油中的一种或几种的组合;
所述添加剂包括固体润滑剂和抗磨剂。
在一些实施例中,所述混合基础油在40℃粘度为15-25mm2/s,倾点不高于-57℃。
在一些实施例中,所述混合基础油由低粘度合成烃,以及饱和多元醇酯和/或双酯类油组成。
在一些实施例中,所述低粘度合成烃是由C10烯烃通过聚合而制成的共聚体。
在一些实施例中,所述低粘度合成烃使用聚a-烯烃传统合成工艺合成。

在一些实施例中,所述抗磨剂由亚磷酸二正丁酯、双十八烷基二硫代磷酸锌、丁基三苯基硫代磷酸盐、正二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸钼按重量比1∶(0.5-1)∶(0.5-1)∶(3-5)组成。

本发明人经过大量研究发现,选用粘度控制在15-25mm2/s,倾点不高于-57℃的基础油,12羟基硬脂酸锂钙皂作为稠化剂,纳米碳酸钙和聚四氟乙烯作为固体润滑剂,亚磷酸二正丁酯、双十八烷基二硫代磷酸锌、丁基三苯基硫代磷酸盐和正二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸钼的混合物作为抗磨剂,可以协同解决车背门电动撑杆出现的异响、磨损、卡顿、低温启动时间长等问题。
为进一步提升所述汽车背门电动撑杆润滑脂组合物的性能,其中的添加剂还包括防锈剂、抗氧剂、分散剂中的一种或几种的组合。
在一些实施例中,所述防锈剂优选为二烷基萘磺酸钡;其中烷基为C9。
在一些实施例中,以所述主成分的重量为基准,所述防锈剂的含量为0.5-5%,优选为1.0%。
在一些实施例中,所述抗氧剂为异二辛基二苯胺。

本发明通过考察不同粘度基础油、稠化剂和固体润滑剂的配伍试验,有效的解决了背门电动撑杆的低温下启动慢以及耐久后出现异响、卡顿、速度变慢的问题,同时从润滑功能上延长了车背门电动撑杆使用寿命。所得到的车背门电动撑杆润滑脂具有优异低温性、润滑性和抗载荷能力,同时具备塑料兼容性、抗剪切性、减磨性、降低噪音,适用于-60℃-130℃温度范围金属与塑料、塑料与塑料接触摩擦副使用。
本发明有益效果如下:
本发明通过对产品配方中原材料种类选择,加入量的考察,有效的解决了背门电动撑杆的低温下启动慢以及耐久后出现异响、卡顿、速度变慢的问题,同时从润滑功能上延长了车背门电动撑杆使用寿命。所得到的车背门电动撑杆润滑脂具有优异低温性、塑料兼容性、抗剪切性、减磨性、降低噪音和长寿命,适用于-60℃-130℃温度范围金属与塑料、塑料与塑料接触摩擦副使用。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。实施例中未注明具体技术或条件者,按照本领域内的文献所描述的技术或条件,或者按照产品说明书进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可通过正规渠道商购买得到的常规产品。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种汽车背门电动撑杆润滑脂组合物,由主成分和添加剂组成,其配方如下(重量百分含量):

本实施例中,主成分由混合基础油和稠化剂组成。
本实施例中,各添加剂的含量均是基于所述主成分的重量计算的。
本实施例中,混合基础油由低粘度合成烃和三羟基甲基丙烷酯组成,二者重量比例为4∶1。其中,低粘度合成烃40℃粘度为25mm/s2,倾点-57℃,粘度指数138;选用美孚PAO4∶PAO6=1∶5混合而成。三羟基甲基丙烷酯40℃粘度为19mm2/s,倾点-57℃,粘度指数142。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种汽车背门电动撑杆润滑脂组合物,与实施例1的区别仅在于:所用的混合基础油不同。本实施例混合基础油由低粘度合成烃和双酯组成,二者重量比例为4∶1。
本实施例所用的混合基础油40℃粘度21mm2/s,倾点-60℃。
其中,低粘度合成烃与实施例1相同;双酯选用用癸二酸二辛酯,40℃粘度为18mm2/s,倾点-63℃。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种汽车背门电动撑杆润滑脂组合物,由主成分和添加剂组成,其配方如下(重量百分含量):

本实施例中,各添加剂的含量均是基于所述主成分的重量计算的。
本实施例中,混合基础油由低粘度合成烃、三羟基甲基丙烷酯和双酯组成,三者重量比例为7∶2∶1。
其中,低粘度合成烃、三羟基甲基丙烷酯与实施例1相同;双酯与实施例2相同。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种汽车背门电动撑杆润滑脂组合物,由主成分和添加剂组成,其配方如下(重量百分含量):

本对比例提供一种润滑脂组合物,与实施例1的区别仅在于:所用的混合基础油不同。本实施例混合基础油由中粘度合成烃和三羟基甲基丙烷酯组成,二者重量比例为5∶1。
本实施例所用的混合基础油40℃粘度42mm2/s,倾点-51℃。
其中,中粘度合成烃40℃粘度为66mm/s2,倾点-48℃,粘度指数137;选用美孚PAO8∶PAO6=8∶1。三羟基甲基丙烷酯同实施例1。
对比例2
本对比例提供一种润滑脂组合物,与实施例1的区别仅在于:固体润滑剂由纳米碳酸钙与聚四氟乙烯按重量比1∶3组成,添加量为8%。
对比例3
本对比例提供一种润滑脂组合物,与实施例1的区别仅在于:抗磨剂的添加量为3%。
对比例4
本对比例提供一种润滑脂组合物,与实施例1的区别仅在于:抗磨剂由亚磷酸二正丁酯、双十八烷基二硫代磷酸锌、丁基三苯基硫代磷酸盐按重量比1∶1∶1组成,添加量为5%。
对比例5
本对比例提供一种润滑脂组合物,与实施例1的区别仅在于:固体润滑剂的添加量为5%。
对比例6
对比例6为市售汽车背门电动撑杆润滑脂,该润滑脂选用锂皂稠化合成烃与双酯,添加极压抗磨剂、增粘剂、抗氧剂、防锈防腐剂制备而成。
实验例
取实施例1-6、对比例1-6润滑脂组合物,分别测试其低温启动性、抗磨性、抗载荷性、润滑性、减摩性;并采用车背门电动撑杆耐久台架测试进行评估。
测试方法:
1)低温启动性,通过-60℃环境下,润滑脂的相似粘度来判定,按照SH/T 0048《润滑脂相似黏度测定法》进行测试;
2)抗磨性和抗载荷性通过四球机测试来评定,按照SH/T 0202《润滑脂极压性能测定法(四球机法)》和SH/T 0204《润滑脂抗磨性能测定法(四球机法)》进行测试;
3)润滑性和减摩性通过SRV高频线性振动仪(塑料对金属、金属对金属)来评定,按照SH/T 0721《润滑脂摩擦磨损性能测定法(高频线性振动试验机法)》进行测试;
4)车背门电动撑杆耐久台架测试,将润滑脂组合物装配至耐久台架中进行3万次常温耐久测试。

表1结果表明,本发明润滑脂组合物能够满足汽车背门电动撑杆各方面使用要求;本发明的润滑脂组合物在低温启动性、抗磨性、抗载荷性、润滑性、减摩性方面均具有较为明显的优势,并且在耐久台架测试上得到相应的体现。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种汽车背门电动撑杆润滑脂组合物,包括主成分和添加剂;其中,所述主成分由混合基础油和混合稠化剂组成;所述主成分中所述混合基础油的重量百分含量为90-93%,余量为所述混合稠化剂;
所述混合基础油为低粘度合成烃、饱和多元醇酯和双酯类油中的两种或三种的组合;
所述添加剂包括固体润滑剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、抗氧剂和分散剂;所述混合基础油在40℃粘度为15-25mm2/s,倾点不高于-57℃;
所述混合稠化剂为12-羟基硬脂酸锂钙皂;
所述固体润滑剂由纳米碳酸钙和聚四氟乙烯按重量比1:4-6组成;以所述主成分的重量为基准,所述固体润滑剂的含量为8-10%;
所述抗磨剂由亚磷酸二正丁酯、双十八烷基二硫代磷酸锌、丁基三苯基硫代磷酸盐、正二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸钼按重量比1:(0.5-1):(0.5-1):(3-5)组成;以所述主成分的重量为基准,所述抗磨剂的含量为5-10%;
以所述主成分的重量为基准,含有防锈剂0.5-5%,抗氧剂0.5-5%,分散剂0.1-1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车背门电动撑杆润滑脂组合物,其中,所述低粘度合成烃是由C10烯烃通过聚合而制成的共聚体。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车背门电动撑杆润滑脂组合物,其中,所述饱和多元醇酯是由三羟甲基丙烷与C9异构直链酸酯化而成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车背门电动撑杆润滑脂组合物,其中,所述双酯是由癸二酸与C9异构直链酸酯化而成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车背门电动撑杆润滑脂组合物,以所述主成分的重量为基准,含有如下重量百分含量的添加剂:

6.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车背门电动撑杆润滑脂组合物,其中,所述纳米碳酸钙平均粒径为100-900nm;和/或,
所述聚四氟乙烯的平均粒径为2-4μm。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车背门电动撑杆润滑脂组合物,其中,所述防锈剂为二烷基萘磺酸钡;其中所述烷基为C9;和/或,
所述抗氧剂为异二辛基二苯胺;和/或,
分散剂为双丁二酰亚胺。
8.权利要求1-7任一项所述汽车背门电动撑杆润滑脂组合物在背门电动撑杆机构中的应用。
