本发明涉及一种模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯及其制备方法,所述模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯原料同时采用高分子量高反应性聚醚多元醇和改性MDI,实现了后续加工的低温成型和快速离模,硬脂醇聚氧丙稀醚有利于棉体的柔软、润滑、开孔;本发明通过在模具内先涂刷水性脱模剂,在提高脱模效率的同时,环保安全性好,且制得聚氨酯纹胸模杯产品的结皮薄、透气性好。本发明可以根据产品样式设计模具,工艺步骤少,效率高,模温通常在30‑60℃,能耗低,定量灌注,损耗小,整体发泡,密度均匀。本发明聚氨酯纹胸模杯的拉伸强度高,回弹性好,耐光黄变、耐酚黄变性好,水洗耐久性能好,透气性好。

技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯材料技术领域,具体涉及一种模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯是由氨基甲酸酯连接的有机单元组成的聚合物,虽然大多数聚氨酯是热固性聚合物,加热时不会熔化,但是聚氨酯也有热塑性,聚氨酯聚合物传统上并且最常见的是通过二聚或三聚异氰酸酯与多元醇反应聚合的,一般的聚氨酯都可以用来制作纹胸模杯。
现有聚氨酯纹胸模杯工艺步骤:1、自由发泡成型为大块泡海绵,2、裁切成薄片,3、根据尺码裁剪成小片,4、放入预先加热好的铝或钢制模型热压成型,5、修剪飞边;现有技术的材料配方简单,工艺成熟,但是也存在一些问题:1、工艺步骤多,人效低;2、模具通常需要加热至200℃,成型120-210秒,能耗高;3、方片成型后需要修剪飞边,损耗大;4、由平面热压制成,密度不均匀,边沿硬度较中间高,舒适性差,不能满足人们的要求。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的以上问题,本发明提供了一种模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯及其制备方法。本发明通过利用有机高分子抗菌剂预先与异氰酸酯反应,使得抗菌基团永久接枝在聚氨酯链段上,从而获得一种环保、安全并具有持久抗菌性能的记忆棉材料。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯,原料包括组分A和组分B;
所述组分A的原料组成为:60-85重量份高分子量高反应性聚醚多元醇、10-25重量份硬脂醇聚氧丙稀醚、0.5-2重量份交联剂、0.2-1重量份泡沫稳定剂、0.5-1.5重量份复合胺催化剂、1-5重量份复配耐黄剂、2-4重量份水;
所述组分B的组成为:30-60重量份改性MDI。
所述高分子量高反应性聚醚多元醇的分子量为5000-8000,官能度为3-4,伯羟基封端≧80%。
所述硬脂醇聚氧丙稀醚的羟值为28-100。
所述交联剂为二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、丙三醇中的一种或多种。

所述复配耐黄剂为抗氧剂与紫外线吸收剂的混合物,且所述抗氧剂与紫外线吸收剂的质量比为2-4:1。
所述改性MDI为纯MDI、粗MDI、多元醇改性MDI的一种或多种,所述改性MDI中NCO含量为25.5%-33%。
所述的模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(S1)按照上述配方取各原料,分别制得组分A和组分B;
(S2)将组分A和组分B进行充分混合均匀,得到混合料;
(S3)将所述混合料注入预先涂刷好水性脱模剂的模具内,成型后离模,即得所述聚氨酯纹胸模杯。
步骤(S1)中,组分A和组分B的混合时间各为10-40分钟;
步骤(S2)中,组分A和组分B混合时间为2-8秒;
步骤(S3)中,成型时间≧2分钟后离模,模具温度为30-60℃。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明所述的模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯,原料包括高分子量高反应性聚醚多元醇、硬脂醇聚氧丙稀醚、交联剂、泡沫稳定剂、复合胺催化剂、复配耐黄剂、水和改性MDI,由于同时采用高分子量高反应性聚醚多元醇和改性MDI,从而实现了后续加工的低温成型、快速离模,硬脂醇聚氧丙稀醚使棉体更加柔软、润滑、开孔;本发明通过在模具内先涂刷水性脱模剂,在提高脱模效率的同时,环保安全性好,且制得聚氨酯纹胸模杯产品的结皮薄、透气性好。本发明可以根据产品样式设计模具,工艺步骤少,效率高,模温通常在30-60℃,能耗低,定量灌注,损耗小,整体发泡,密度均匀。数据显示,本发明方法制得的聚氨酯纹胸模杯,成型温度较低,低于60℃,而现有传统的模杯成型温度高达200℃以上,本发明聚氨酯纹胸模杯的拉伸强度高,回弹性好,耐光黄变、耐酚黄变性好,水洗耐久性能好,透气性好。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施病例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
下面实施例中以1重量份代表1kg。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯,原料包括组分A和组分B;所述组分A的原料组成为:81.6重量份高分子量高反应性聚醚多元醇、10重量份硬脂醇聚氧丙稀醚(羟值为60)、0.8重量份交联剂二乙醇胺、0.3重量份泡沫稳定剂赢创B-8681、0.8重量份复合胺催化剂、3重量份复配耐黄剂、3.5重量份水;所述组分B的组成为:58重量份改性MDI。
所述高分子量高反应性聚醚多元醇的分子量为6000,官能度为4,伯羟基封端≧80%。
所述复合胺催化剂为二甲基乙醇胺、双(二甲基氨基乙基)醚、三亚乙基二胺、酸封闭三亚乙基二胺按照等质量组成的封闭型延迟胺。
所述复配耐黄剂为抗氧剂与紫外线吸收剂的混合物,且所述抗氧剂与紫外线吸收剂的质量比为3:1。
所述改性MDI为纯MDI、粗MDI、多元醇改性MDI的混合物,所述改性MDI中NCO含量为26.3%。
所述的模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯的制备方法,流程图如图1所示,包括如下步骤:
(S1)按照上述配方取各原料,将组分A的各原料、组分B的原料分别加入常温浇注机的A、B料罐中,各自进行混合,混合时间各为30分钟,分别制得组分A和组分B;
(S2)将常温浇注机的A、B料罐中的组分A、组分B通过计量料泵输送至混合头,泵送重量比为组分B/组分A=58/100,充分混合2秒,得到混合料;
(S3)先向模具内预先涂刷好水性脱模剂,之后将所述混合料注入模具内,成型3分钟离模,模具温度45℃,即得所述聚氨酯纹胸模杯。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯,原料包括组分A和组分B;所述组分A的原料组成为:70重量份高分子量高反应性聚醚多元醇、20重量份硬脂醇聚氧丙稀醚(羟值为28)、0.5重量份交联丙三醇、1重量份泡沫稳定剂迈图L-5333、1.2重量份复合胺催化剂、3.5重量份复配耐黄剂、3.8重量份水;所述组分B的组成为:52重量份改性MDI。
所述高分子量高反应性聚醚多元醇的分子量为5000,官能度为3,伯羟基封端≧80%。
所述复合胺催化剂为包含二甲基乙醇胺、双(二甲基氨基乙基)醚、三亚乙基二胺、酸封闭三亚乙基二胺按照等质量组成的的封闭型延迟胺。
所述复配耐黄剂为抗氧剂与紫外线吸收剂的混合物,且所述抗氧剂与紫外线吸收剂的质量比为2:1。
所述改性MDI为纯MDI、粗MDI、多元醇改性MDI的混合物,所述改性MDI中NCO含量为29.5%。
所述的模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(S1)按照上述配方取各原料,将组分A的各原料、组分B的原料分别加入常温浇注机的A、B料罐中,各自进行混合,混合时间各为20分钟,分别制得组分A和组分B;
(S2)将常温浇注机的A、B料罐中的组分A、组分B通过计量料泵输送至混合头,泵送重量比为组分B/组分A=52/100,充分混合8秒,得到混合料;
(S3)先向模具内预先涂刷好水性脱模剂,之后将所述混合料注入模具内,成型2分钟离模,模具温度30℃,即得所述聚氨酯纹胸模杯。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯,原料包括组分A和组分B;所述组分A的原料组成为:60重量份高分子量高反应性聚醚多元醇、25重量份硬脂醇聚氧丙稀醚(羟值为100)、0.5重量份交联剂二乙醇胺、1重量份泡沫稳定剂赢创B-8681、0.5重量份复合胺催化剂、5重量份复配耐黄剂、2重量份水;所述组分B的组成为:40重量份改性MDI。
所述高分子量高反应性聚醚多元醇的分子量为8000,官能度为4,伯羟基封端≧80%。
所述复合胺催化剂为包含二甲基乙醇胺、双(二甲基氨基乙基)醚、三亚乙基二胺、酸封闭三亚乙基二胺按照等质量组成的封闭型延迟胺。
所述复配耐黄剂为抗氧剂与紫外线吸收剂的混合物,且所述抗氧剂与紫外线吸收剂的质量比为4:1。
所述改性MDI为纯MDI、粗MDI、多元醇改性MDI的混合物,所述改性MDI中NCO含量为33%。
所述的模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(S1)按照上述配方取各原料,将组分A的各原料、组分B的原料分别加入常温浇注机的A、B料罐中,各自进行混合,混合时间各为40分钟,分别制得组分A和组分B;
(S2)将常温浇注机的A、B料罐中的组分A、组分B通过计量料泵输送至混合头,泵送重量比为组分B/组分A=60/100,充分混合5秒,得到混合料;
(S3)先向模具内预先涂刷好水性脱模剂,之后将所述混合料注入模具内,成型3分钟离模,模具温度60℃,即得所述聚氨酯纹胸模杯。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯,原料包括组分A和组分B;所述组分A的原料组成为:85重量份高分子量高反应性聚醚多元醇、10重量份硬脂醇聚氧丙稀醚(羟值为28)、2重量份交联剂二乙醇胺、0.2重量份泡沫稳定剂赢创B-8681、1.5重量份复合胺催化剂、1重量份复配耐黄剂、4重量份水;所述组分B的组成为:65重量份改性MDI。
所述高分子量高反应性聚醚多元醇的分子量为6000,官能度为3,伯羟基封端≧80%。
所述复合胺催化剂为包含二甲基乙醇胺、双(二甲基氨基乙基)醚、三亚乙基二胺、酸封闭三亚乙基二胺按照等质量组成的封闭型延迟胺。

(S3)先向模具内预先涂刷好水性脱模剂,之后将所述混合料注入模具内,成型3分钟离模,模具温度30℃,即得所述聚氨酯纹胸模杯。
实验例
对本发明实施例1和实施例2方法制得的塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯与现有传统模杯的性能进行比较,结果如表1所示。

从表中数据可以看出,本发明方法制得的聚氨酯纹胸模杯,成型温度较低,低于60℃,而现有传统的模杯成型温度高达200℃以上,本发明聚氨酯纹胸模杯的拉伸强度高,回弹性好,耐光黄变、耐酚黄变性好,吸水耐久性能好,透气性好。

Claims (10)
1.一种模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯,其特征在于,原料包括组分A和组分B;
所述组分A的原料组成为:60-85重量份高分子量高反应性聚醚多元醇、10-25重量份硬脂醇聚氧丙稀醚、0.5-2重量份交联剂、0.2-1重量份泡沫稳定剂、0.5-1.5重量份复合胺催化剂、1-5重量份复配耐黄剂、2-4重量份水;
所述组分B的组成为:30-60重量份改性MDI。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯,其特征在于,所述高分子量高反应性聚醚多元醇的分子量为5000-8000,官能度为3-4,伯羟基封端≧80%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯,其特征在于,所述硬脂醇聚氧丙稀醚的羟值为28-100。
4.根据权利要求1所述的模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯,其特征在于,所述交联剂为二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、丙三醇中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯,其特征在于,所述泡沫稳定剂为聚醚改性有机硅氧烷、低活性表面活性剂的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯,其特征在于,所述复合胺催化剂为封闭型延迟催化剂或反应型催化剂;
所述复合胺催化剂为二甲基乙醇胺、双(二甲基氨基乙基)醚、三亚乙基二胺、酸封闭三亚乙基二胺的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯,其特征在于,所述复配耐黄剂为抗氧剂与紫外线吸收剂的混合物,且所述抗氧剂与紫外线吸收剂的质量比为2-4:1。
8.根据权利要求1所述的模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯,其特征在于,所述改性MDI为纯MDI、粗MDI、多元醇改性MDI的一种或多种,所述改性MDI中NCO含量为25.5%-33%。
9.权利要求1-8所述的模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(S1)按照上述配方取各原料,分别制得组分A和组分B;
(S2)将组分A和组分B进行充分混合均匀,得到混合料;
(S3)将所述混合料注入预先涂刷好水性脱模剂的模具内,成型后离模,即得所述聚氨酯纹胸模杯。
10.根据权利要求9所述的模塑发泡成型聚氨酯纹胸模杯的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(S1)中,组分A和组分B的混合时间各为10-40分钟;
步骤(S2)中,组分A和组分B混合时间为2-8秒;
步骤(S3)中,成型时间≧2分钟后离模,模具温度为30-60℃。
