本发明公开了一种SPC塑胶地板底漆打图生产线及工艺,沿生产线依次包括定厚砂光机、双面除尘机、UV背涂机、涂布机、第一干燥机、第一滚涂机、第二干燥机、第二滚涂机、第三干燥机、喷墨机;取代了传统的辊压纹路的工艺方法,各种木纹花色图案可自定义,不再需要去仓储备货各种木纹花色的钢辊和彩膜,改良了生产模式及创造了经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及表面装饰材料生产技术领域,特别涉及一种SPC塑胶地板底漆打图生产线及工艺。
背景技术
在家装领域,木地板、PVC、LVT、WPC、SPC地板等基材都需要UV涂层保护,涂层不仅需要提供耐刮、耐磨等物理性能,而且要提供各种纹理图案的目视感观和触感;传统的基材纹理图案处理工艺:SPC基材在生产挤出时,需要将彩膜层和耐磨层,三层材料通过钢辊加热并压合的方式进行复合到一起,其纹理是需要通过钢辊表面上的刻纹进行压纹,钢辊压出来的纹路和彩膜的纹路可以对纹整齐;传统压纹工艺存在以下不足:1.需要仓储刻有各种木纹花色图案的钢辊,2.还需要仓储各种相对应的木纹花色图案的彩膜卷料;因此会造成大量的备货库存和每个月几千万的资金积压。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种SPC塑胶地板底漆打图生产线及工艺,能够自定义纹理图案的SPC塑胶基材底漆处理打图工艺。
根据本发明的第一方面实施例一种SPC塑胶地板底漆打图生产线,沿生产线依次包括定厚砂光机、双面除尘机、UV背涂机、涂布机、第一干燥机、第一滚涂机、第二干燥机、第二滚涂机、第三干燥机、喷墨机。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述第一干燥机、所述第二干燥机、所述第三干燥机采用UV光源,UV光源的波长为-nm。
根据本发明的一些实施例,UV光源采用镓灯、汞灯、铁灯、无极镓灯、无极汞灯、LED灯中的任意一种或几种。
根据本发明的第二方面实施例一种SPC塑胶地板底漆打图工艺,采用上述的一种SPC塑胶地板底漆打图生产线,包括如下步骤:
1)定厚砂光:基材进入所述定厚砂光机,所述定厚砂光机对基材表面进行定厚砂光;
2)清洁:完成定厚砂光的基材传送到所述双面除尘机,所述双面除尘机对基材表面的粉尘清洁干净;
3)涂布UV底漆:完成粉尘清洁的基材传送到所述UV背涂机,所述UV背涂机在基材背面涂布UV底漆,,涂布完成后进行UV固化;
4)涂布UV附着力底漆:完成背面涂布的基材传送到所述涂布机,所述涂布机在基材正面涂布UV附着力底漆;
5)第一次干燥:完成UV附着力底漆滚涂的基材传送到所述第一干燥机,所述第一干燥机对基材背面、底面的涂膜进行固化;
6)第一道底漆:完成第一次干燥的基材传送到所述第一滚涂机,所述第一滚涂机对附着力底漆涂层上滚涂第一道白色底漆;
7)第二次干燥:完成第一道白色底漆滚涂的基材传送到所述第二干燥机,所述第二干燥机对第一道白色底漆漆膜进行固化;
8)第二道底漆:完成第二次干燥的基材传送到所述第二滚涂机,所述第二滚涂机对附着力底漆涂层上滚涂第二道白色底漆;
9)第三次干燥:完成第二道白色底漆滚涂的基材传送到所述第三干燥机,所述第三干燥机对第二道白色底漆漆膜进行固化;
10)喷墨打印:完成第三次干燥的基材传送到所述喷墨机,所述喷墨机在白色底漆上面进行自定义图案的喷墨打印,完成底漆处理打图工艺。
根据本发明的一些实施例,步骤3)中UV底漆涂布两次,背涂量10-25g/m2
根据本发明的一些实施例,步骤4)中UV附着力底漆涂布一次,涂布量5-15g/m2
根据权利要求2所述的一种SPC塑胶地板底漆打图工艺,其特征在于,步骤5)、步骤7)、步骤9)中固化能量为300-800mj/cm2
根据本发明的一些实施例,步骤6)、步骤8)中涂布量10-15g/m2
根据本发明实施例至少具有如下有益效果:本生产线及工艺取代了传统的辊压纹路的工艺方法,各种木纹花色图案可自定义,不再需要去仓储备货各种木纹花色的钢辊和彩膜,改良了生产模式及创造了经济效益。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
参照图1,一种SPC塑胶地板底漆打图生产线,沿生产线依次包括定厚砂光机100、双面除尘机200、UV背涂机300、涂布机400、第一干燥机500、第一滚涂机600、第二干燥机700、第二滚涂机800、第三干燥机900、喷墨机1000。
定厚砂光机100对基材进行定厚,尤其适合厚度达到4mm及以上的基材,使得基材的厚度尺寸更加标准、平整度更好,还能增强UV漆涂层与基材之间的附着力。
双面除尘机200过上下毛刷辊对基材表面进行扫尘、吹尘、吸尘,使基材表面的灰尘进行收集并通过吸尘管道排走,进一步使得基材更为洁净,排走的灰尘通过环保设备净化处理。
上述基材包括木质基材、复合木皮、PVC、LVT、WPC、SPC、ABA、PP基材中的任意一种或几种。
第一干燥机500、第二干燥机700、第三干燥机900采用UV光源,UV光源的波长为200-450nm;UV光源采用镓灯、汞灯、铁灯、无极镓灯、无极汞灯、LED灯中的任意一种或几种。
一种SPC塑胶地板底漆打图生产线,包括如下步骤:
1)定厚砂光:基材进入定厚砂光机100,定厚砂光机100对基材表面进行定厚砂光;
2)清洁:完成定厚砂光的基材传送到双面除尘机200,双面除尘机200对基材表面的粉尘清洁干净;
3)涂布UV底漆:完成粉尘清洁的基材传送到UV背涂机300,UV背涂机300在基材背面涂布UV底漆,,涂布完成后进行UV固化;
4)涂布UV附着力底漆:完成背面涂布的基材传送到涂布机400,涂布机400在基材正面涂布UV附着力底漆;
5)第一次干燥:完成UV附着力底漆滚涂的基材传送到第一干燥机500,第一干燥机500对基材背面、底面的涂膜进行固化;
6)第一道底漆:完成第一次干燥的基材传送到第一滚涂机600,第一滚涂机600对附着力底漆涂层上滚涂第一道白色底漆;
7)第二次干燥:完成第一道白色底漆滚涂的基材传送到第二干燥机700,第二干燥机700对第一道白色底漆漆膜进行固化;
8)第二道底漆:完成第二次干燥的基材传送到第二滚涂机800,第二滚涂机800对附着力底漆涂层上滚涂第二道白色底漆;
9)第三次干燥:完成第二道白色底漆滚涂的基材传送到第三干燥机900,第三干燥机900对第二道白色底漆漆膜进行固化;
10)喷墨打印:完成第三次干燥的基材传送到喷墨机1000,喷墨机1000在白色底漆上面进行自定义图案的喷墨打印,完成底漆处理打图工艺。
步骤3中UV底漆涂布两次,背涂量10-25g/m2
步骤4中UV附着力底漆涂布一次,涂布量5-15g/m2
步骤5、步骤7、步骤9中固化能量为300-800mj/cm2
步骤6、步骤8中涂布量10-15g/m2
上述生产线及工艺取代了传统的辊压纹路的工艺方法,各种木纹花色图案可自定义,不再需要去仓储备货各种木纹花色的钢辊和彩膜,改良了生产模式及创造了经济效益。

Claims (8)

1.一种SPC塑胶地板底漆打图生产线,其特征在于,沿生产线依次包括定厚砂光机(100)、双面除尘机(200)、UV背涂机(300)、涂布机(400)、第一干燥机(500)、第一滚涂机(600)、第二干燥机(700)、第二滚涂机(800)、第三干燥机(900)、喷墨机(1000)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种SPC塑胶地板底漆打图生产线,其特征在于,所述第一干燥机(500)、所述第二干燥机(700)、所述第三干燥机(900)采用UV光源,UV光源的波长为200-450nm。
3.根据权利要求1述的一种SPC塑胶地板底漆打图生产线,其特征在于,UV光源采用镓灯、汞灯、铁灯、无极镓灯、无极汞灯、LED灯中的任意一种或几种。
4.一种SPC塑胶地板底漆打图工艺,其特征在于,采用权利要求1至3任意一项所述的一种SPC塑胶地板底漆打图生产线,包括如下步骤:
1)定厚砂光:基材进入所述定厚砂光机(100),所述定厚砂光机(100)对基材表面进行定厚砂光;
2)清洁:完成定厚砂光的基材传送到所述双面除尘机(200),所述双面除尘机(200)对基材表面的粉尘清洁干净;
3)涂布UV底漆:完成粉尘清洁的基材传送到所述UV背涂机(300),所述UV背涂机(300)在基材背面涂布UV底漆,,涂布完成后进行UV固化;
4)涂布UV附着力底漆:完成背面涂布的基材传送到所述涂布机(400),所述涂布机(400)在基材正面涂布UV附着力底漆;
5)第一次干燥:完成UV附着力底漆滚涂的基材传送到所述第一干燥机(500),所述第一干燥机(500)对基材背面、底面的涂膜进行固化;
6)第一道底漆:完成第一次干燥的基材传送到所述第一滚涂机(600),所述第一滚涂机(600)对附着力底漆涂层上滚涂第一道白色底漆;
7)第二次干燥:完成第一道白色底漆滚涂的基材传送到所述第二干燥机(700),所述第二干燥机(700)对第一道白色底漆漆膜进行固化;
8)第二道底漆:完成第二次干燥的基材传送到所述第二滚涂机(800),所述第二滚涂机(800)对附着力底漆涂层上滚涂第二道白色底漆;
9)第三次干燥:完成第二道白色底漆滚涂的基材传送到所述第三干燥机(900),所述第三干燥机(900)对第二道白色底漆漆膜进行固化;
10)喷墨打印:完成第三次干燥的基材传送到所述喷墨机(1000),所述喷墨机(1000)在白色底漆上面进行自定义图案的喷墨打印,完成底漆处理打图工艺。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种SPC塑胶地板底漆打图工艺,其特征在于,步骤3)中UV底漆涂布两次,背涂量10-25g/m2
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种SPC塑胶地板底漆打图工艺,其特征在于,步骤4)中UV附着力底漆涂布一次,涂布量5-15g/m2
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种SPC塑胶地板底漆打图工艺,其特征在于,步骤5)、步骤7)、步骤9)中固化能量为300-800mj/cm2
