representative, S2, hydroxyl removing, in a heating state, a group with stronger nucleophilicity than that on the natural cotton fiber is adopted to replace the original hydroxyl, and the obtained natural cotton fiber is placed in a sealed container to be added with a hydroxyl removing agent, the dehydroxylation agent is organic acid anhydride comprising acetic anhydride, propionic anhydride and butyric anhydride, the concentration ratio is 48-103g/L, a container added with the dehydroxylation agent is sealed, cotton fiber is soaked, heated and stirred for 6.5-12h, the heating temperature is 82-158 ℃, the stirring rotating speed is 0.2/s, the cotton fiber is composed of cellulose macromolecules formed by connecting beta-2D glucose residual groups through 1,4 glucoside bonds, 3 free hydroxyl groups capable of forming hydrogen bonds are reserved on each glucose ring in the cellulose molecule, when the fiber is subjected to external force, molecular chains are arranged orderly in a crystallization area with high regularity, more hydrogen bonds can be formed and can bear external acting force at the same time, most of the hydroxyl groups are in an amorphous area, the formed hydrogen bonds are fewer and easy to deform, and the crosslinking agent reacts with the hydroxyl groups on the adjacent molecular chains in the fiber to form covalent bridges, and (3) more stable and difficult to wrinkle and shrink, and S3, deionized cleaning: deionized water cleaning, cleaning redundant ions on cellulose fibers, performing deionized cleaning on cotton fibers subjected to dehydroxylation treatment, wherein the used pure water is pure water without impurities in the form of ions, belongs to the class C industrial grade, the conductivity is 0.1-0.9 mu S/cm, the time for soaking the cotton fibers in the deionized water is 13-23h, and the cleaning time is 30-60min, the deionized water cleaning is selected to remove acid anhydride attached to the surface of a cellulose molecular sieve after dehydroxylation reaction, so that the acid anhydride is prevented from influencing the acidity and alkalinity of the cellulose molecular sieve, the organic acid anhydride is easily soluble in water, the cleaning with the deionized water is better, and S4 and caffeine modification: adding a reagent containing caffeine active ingredients to further modify the cotton fiber obtained after hydroxyl group exchange, heating, pressurizing and stirring the cotton fiber during the process, placing the cleaned cotton fiber in a sealed container, adding a modifying reagent containing caffeine ingredients, wherein the modifying reagent is a mixed alkali solution, mainly comprises an alkali metal hydroxide solution, including a mixed solution of 7 wt% NaOH and 12 wt% urea, and the like, soaking the cotton fiber for 5 to 9 hours by using the modifying reagent, the pressure is 1.3 atmospheres, the temperature is controlled to be 42 to 58 ℃, the stirring speed is 0.3/s, the original cotton fiber is not wear-resistant, modifying the internal structure of the cotton fiber by using the modifying reagent containing caffeine ingredients, and the mixed alkali solution can help caffeine molecules to enter the crystalline region of cellulose infinitely and eliminate hydrogen bonding between cellulose molecular chains at the same time, more stable, S5, physical cleaning: fully cleaning the modified cotton fibers with deionized water, fully soaking the modified cotton fibers with clear water, cleaning with water flow, wherein the soaking time is 12-24h, the cleaning time is 45-60min, the water flow speed is 1.5L/S, cleaning with deionized water, removing a mixed alkali solution attached to the surface of the cellulose molecular sieve, and preventing the mixed alkali solution from influencing the pH value of the cellulose molecular sieve, S6, physical drying: the method comprises the steps of blowing, heating and drying cotton fibers washed by clear water, heating and naturally drying the cleaned modified cotton fibers, wherein the heating temperature is 45-60 ℃, the wind speed is 3.4-5.2m/s, the overall time is 8-14h, and the finished cotton fibers need to be dried in time so that the modified cotton fibers are more stable, the heating temperature is not too high, the tip of the cotton fibers is easy to deform, the quality of the cotton fibers is too light, and the wind speed is too fast and cannot be controlled well.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
