Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medicines, in particular to quick-acting antipyretic dew and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Fever refers to pathological rise in body temperature, and is a systemic reaction of the human body to pathogenic factors. Generally speaking, the normal body temperature of an infant is usually measured as anal temperature of 36.5-37.5 ℃ and axillary temperature of 36-37 ℃, usually, the axillary temperature is 0.2-0.5 ℃ lower than the oral temperature (sublingual), the anal temperature is about 0.5 ℃ higher than the axillary temperature, and if the axillary temperature exceeds 37.4 ℃ and the daily fluctuation of the intermediate temperature exceeds 1 ℃, fever can be considered. The causes of fever can be divided into two main categories, infectious and non-infectious, with infection being the most common and the largest, including fever caused by systemic and focal infections caused by various acute, chronic, bacterial, viral and other pathogenic microorganisms. Because of weak disease resistance of infants, the infants are very easy to suffer from upper respiratory tract infection and cold, and simultaneously have high fever, and the body can be disordered in various regulation functions even if the body temperature is too high or the body temperature is too long, and the brain development is affected.
The existing antipyretic drugs on the market are mainly classified into three types, namely injection, oral agent and antipyretic patch, and have the following defects:
1. injection preparation: the traditional Chinese medicine composition is inconvenient to use, has slow fever reducing effect, basically takes effect in more than 30 minutes, has certain side effect and incomplete fever reducing, and is generally suitable for patients over 16 years old;
2. oral preparation: the children are inconvenient to feed and take, the fever reducing effect is slow, the effect is basically achieved within more than 40 minutes, certain side effects are caused, and the fever reducing is incomplete;
3. physical fever reducing plaster: has poor antipyretic effect.
Therefore, the problem to be solved by the technical personnel in the field is how to provide an antipyretic with convenient administration and good antipyretic effect.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a quick-acting antipyretic lotion and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a quick-acting antipyretic lotion comprises the following raw materials: sophora flavescens, sow thistle, bitter wood, dandelion, honeysuckle and honey-fried licorice root.
Preferably, the raw materials are proportioned according to the following parts by weight: 4-5 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 2-3 parts of sow thistle, 4-5 parts of quassia, 2-3 parts of dandelion, 2-3 parts of honeysuckle and 1-2 parts of honey-fried licorice root.
Adopt above-mentioned technical scheme's beneficial effect: the lightyellow sophora root is bitter in taste and cold in nature, enters heart, liver, stomach, large intestine and bladder channels, clears heat and dries dampness, and promotes urination; the quassia is bitter in taste and cold in nature, enters lung channels and large intestine channels, clears away heat and toxic materials, eliminates dampness and kills insects; antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, dampness eliminating and toxic materials removing effects; the two medicines are the monarch medicines. The bitter herbs are bitter in taste and cold in nature, enter heart, spleen, stomach and large intestine channels, and cool blood and stop bleeding as ministers. Dandelion is sweet in taste, mild in nature and slightly cold, and enters liver and stomach meridians; promoting urination and resolving hard mass; the honeysuckle flower is sweet in taste and cold in nature, enters heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney, clears away heat and toxic materials, and diminishes inflammation and subsides swelling; respectively as an adjuvant. Mix the herbs with prepared licorice. The whole prescription is bitter in taste and cold in nature, enters heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, stomach, large intestine, bladder and other eight meridians, and has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, eliminating dampness, killing parasite, cooling blood, stopping bleeding, promoting urination, and resolving hard mass. Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine composition has obvious curative effects on upper respiratory tract infection, sore throat, tonsillitis, pneumonia, acute and chronic gastroenteritis, dysentery and the like.
Preferably, the raw materials are proportioned according to the following parts by weight: 4 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 2 parts of sow thistle, 4 parts of quassia, 2 parts of dandelion, 2 parts of honeysuckle and 1 part of honey-fried licorice root.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the quick-acting antipyretic dew, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing radix Sophorae Flavescentis, herba Sonchi Oleracei, ramulus Et folium Picrasmae, herba Taraxaci, flos Lonicerae, and radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata at a certain ratio;
(2) decocting the above materials with strong fire for 150 min, filtering to remove residue, decocting for 30-60 min, concentrating, naturally cooling, filtering, precipitating, adding antistaling agent, and packaging.
Preferably, in the step (2), the raw materials are added with clear water 15-30 times of the weight of the raw materials, and the mixture is decocted by heating and concentrated to 60-80% of the raw materials.
Preferably, 0.3-0.5% of sodium deoxyacetate is added as a preservative after the precipitate is filtered in the step (2).
Adopt above-mentioned technical scheme's beneficial effect: for fever and headache caused by cold, the product can be applied on the eyebrow and the heart by 0.5-1 g to reduce fever and relieve pain; the Chinese medicinal composition has obvious effects on diseases such as upper respiratory tract infection, sore throat, tonsillitis, pneumonia, acute and chronic gastroenteritis, dysentery and the like, and can be orally taken by 9-15 g every day under the guidance of a traditional Chinese medical doctor.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the quick-acting antipyretic dew prepared by the invention is bitter in taste and cold in nature, and enters the lung channel of hand Taiyin, the large intestine channel of hand yangming and the stomach channel of foot yangming; when in use, the medicine properties rapidly enter lung channels, large intestine channels and stomach channels through the governor vessel, and heat evil is removed, so that the body function is restored to the yin-yang balance state, thereby achieving the purpose of treatment;
2. the quick-acting antipyretic lotion prepared by the invention is mainly used for treating fever and infection caused by respiratory tract infection, pneumonia, acute tonsillitis, acute gastroenteritis and the like, has excellent antipyretic effect for children, takes effect after being used for 1 minute, has antipyretic effect after being used for 3-10 minutes, and can be used for 1-3 times; the product can be taken 3 min after adult administration, and has effect of relieving fever in 10-20 min for 2-4 times; more importantly, the product can be used for infants, the old and the weak;
3. the external application smearing type fever reducing agent is adopted, has the advantages of quick fever reducing, convenient use and definite curative effect; is especially suitable for infants, does not enter human bodies, and has no toxic or side effect and drug anaphylactic reaction;
4. the product can also be made into a medicament fever reducing plaster in use, and can also be used for treating swelling and pain caused by trauma; skin itch, eczema, and the like; it can also be used with cautions for pregnant women to treat dysentery and pneumonia under the guidance of professional Chinese medical doctors.
