背景技术
圆形缝合装置通常包含:外壳或重新装载组件,所述外壳或重新装载组件包含支撑一个或多个环形钉排的钉仓;用于从钉仓弹出钉的推钉器;以及定位在用于切割组织的环形钉排的径向内侧的环形刀。所述刀可以与推钉器同步移动或独立于推钉器而移动以在例如吻合手术的外科手术期间切割组织。

Claims (20)
1.一种重新装载组件,其包括:
外壳壳体,其限定空腔且具有近侧部分和远侧部分;
钉仓,其支撑在所述外壳壳体的所述远侧部分上,所述钉仓支撑多个钉;
推钉构件,其能在所述外壳壳体内在推进位置与缩回位置之间移动以从所述钉仓弹出所述多个钉,所述推钉构件限定纵向孔;
刀架,其支撑在所述推钉构件的所述纵向孔内,所述刀架能在所述外壳壳体内在缩回位置与推进位置之间移动;以及
刀组件,其包含远侧刀部分和近侧刀部分,所述近侧刀部分固定到所述刀架且能随着所述刀架在其缩回位置与推进位置之间移动而与所述刀架一起移动,所述远侧刀部分与所述近侧刀部分呈邻接关系,其中所述刀架能独立于所述远侧刀部分而从其推进位置移动到其缩回位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的重新装载组件,其中所述近侧刀部分和所述远侧刀部分是环形的。
3.根据权利要求2所述的重新装载组件,其中所述近侧刀部分具有第一直径,并且所述远侧刀部分具有等于相等直径的第二直径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的重新装载组件,其中所述远侧刀部分包含环形切割边缘。
5.根据权利要求1所述的重新装载组件,其中所述刀架包含远侧主体部分,所述远侧主体部分具有沿着所述刀组件延伸以维持所述近侧刀部分与所述远侧刀部分之间的对准的远侧延伸部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的重新装载组件,其中所述远侧刀部分包含邻近且接近于所述环形切割边缘而定位的开口,所述开口的尺寸被设置成收纳砧座组件的保持构件。
7.根据权利要求1所述的重新装载组件,其进一步包含联接机构,所述联接机构被调适成将所述重新装载组件固定到缝合装置。
8.一种缝合装置,其包括:
手柄组件;
适配器组件,其从所述手柄组件延伸,所述适配器组件具有远侧末端部分;
砧座组件,其包含切割环;以及
重新装载组件,其支撑在所述适配器组件的所述远侧末端部分上,所述重新装载组件包含:
外壳壳体,其限定空腔且具有近侧部分和远侧部分;
钉仓,其支撑在所述外壳壳体的所述远侧部分上,所述钉仓支撑多个钉;
推钉构件,其能在所述外壳壳体内在推进位置与缩回位置之间移动以从所述钉仓弹出所述多个钉,所述推钉构件限定纵向孔;
刀架,其支撑在所述推钉构件的所述纵向孔内,所述刀架能在所述外壳壳体内的缩回位置与推进位置之间移动;以及
刀组件,其包含远侧刀部分和近侧刀部分,所述近侧刀部分固定到所述刀架且能随着所述刀架在其缩回位置与推进位置之间移动而与所述刀架一起在缩回位置与推进位置之间移动,所述远侧刀部分定位成与所述近侧刀部分呈邻接关系,使得所述近侧刀部分到其推进位置的移动将所述远侧刀部分移动到推进位置,其中所述刀架能独立于所述远侧刀部分而从其推进位置移动到其缩回位置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的缝合装置,其中所述近侧刀部分和所述远侧刀部分是环形的。
10.根据权利要求8所述的缝合装置,其中所述近侧刀部分具有第一直径,并且所述远侧刀部分具有等于所述第一直径的第二直径。
11.根据权利要求8所述的缝合装置,其中所述远侧刀部分包含环形切割边缘。
12.根据权利要求8所述的缝合装置,其中所述刀架包含远侧主体部分,所述远侧主体部分包含沿着所述刀组件延伸以维持所述近侧刀部分与所述远侧刀部分之间的对准的远侧延伸部。
13.根据权利要求8所述的缝合装置,其中所述远侧刀部分包含邻近且接近于所述远侧刀部分的环形切割边缘而定位的开口,且所述切割环限定孔且包含延伸到所述孔内的保持构件,当所述刀组合件的所述远侧刀部分处于其推进位置时,所述远侧刀部分收纳在所述孔内,当所述远侧刀部分处于推进位置时,所述保持构件收纳在所述开口内以将所述远侧刀部分保持在所述推进位置中。
14.根据权利要求8所述的缝合装置,其中所述重新装载组件进一步包含用于将所述重新装载组件固定到所述适配器组件的联接器。
15.一种重新装载组件,其包括:
外壳壳体,其限定空腔且具有近侧部分和远侧部分;
钉仓,其支撑在所述外壳壳体的所述远侧部分上,所述钉仓支撑多个钉;
推钉构件,其能在所述外壳壳体内在推进位置与缩回位置之间移动以从所述钉仓弹出所述多个钉,所述推钉构件限定纵向孔;以及
刀组件,其包含远侧刀部分和近侧刀部分,所述远侧刀部分与所述近侧刀部分呈邻接关系,其中所述近侧刀部分能独立于所述远侧刀部分而从其推进位置移动到其缩回位置。
16.根据权利要求15所述的重新装载组件,其中所述远侧刀部分包含环形切割边缘。
17.根据权利要求15所述的重新装载组件,其进一步包含固定到所述近侧刀部分的刀架,其中所述刀架包含远侧主体部分,所述远侧主体部分包含沿着所述刀组件延伸以维持所述近侧刀部分与所述远侧刀部分之间的对准的远侧延伸部。
18.根据权利要求15所述的重新装载组件,其中所述近侧刀部分和所述远侧刀部分是环形的。
19.根据权利要求15所述的重新装载组件,其中所述近侧刀部分具有第一直径,并且所述远侧刀部分具有等于所述第一直径的第二直径。
20.根据权利要求15所述的重新装载组件,其中所述远侧刀部分包含邻近且接近于所述环形切割边缘而定位的开口,所述开口的尺寸被设置成收纳砧座组件的保持构件。
