Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method of a V-collar modeling process, and belongs to the field of garment manufacturing.
Background
A set of high-grade clothes which are exquisite and fit to work becomes the external embodiment of the taste and the quality of successful people, and the collar process of the clothes directly determines the fullness and smooth attaching degree of lapels and collars of the clothes in the whole set of clothes process. In the prior traditional process, the process of adhering the adhesive interlining to the collar and sewing the collar by a sewing machine is generally adopted, the collar and the lapel can be turned outwards only by high-temperature ironing in the using process of the traditional process, the texture of fabric fiber tissues is damaged, the problems of collar angle upwarp, lapel head empty and the like are easy to occur, and when the clothes are produced, the produced V-collar is not flat, and bulges can be formed at the bottom of the V-collar to influence the hand feeling and the overall grade of the clothes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses a method for a V-neck modeling process, and aims to solve the problem of uneven manufacturing of a V-neck shirt collar.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the V-neck shirt comprises a neck opening of a V-neck shirt, wherein the neck opening is composed of fabric and a neck opening edge covering, and the V-neck shirt is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step a, selecting a woven fabric, transversely paving the fabric on the surface of a workbench, and cutting a neckline of the fabric into a symmetrical V shape;
b, fixing the collar opening edge covering by using a binding tool, overlapping the collar opening edge covering and the V-shaped collar, sewing downwards from the shoulder seam of the fabric, uniformly operating a left binding strip and a right binding strip from top to bottom, sewing the two edge coverings to the bottom of the V-shaped collar, and overlapping one edge covering and the other edge covering at the bottom of the V-shaped collar;
and C, bending the V-collar by rolling strips, and folding and cutting the edges of the V-collar overlapped at the upper part.
Further, in the step b, double-strand sewing is adopted for sewing the edge covers on the two sides to the outer part of the V-shaped collar.
Furthermore, in the step b, the doubled yarn is used for sewing the edge covering, and the distance between any two stitches is 1-2 mm.
Furthermore, the doubled yarn used for sewing and edge covering in the step b is silk thread.
Further, the silk thread used for sewing the edge covering in the step b is 402 in model.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the V-collar processing method can improve the flatness of the V-collar opening, and no bulge is formed at the bottom of the V-collar, so that the V-collar is more symmetrical, and the clothes are more exquisite and tasteful.
(2) The wrapping edges on the two sides are spliced and formed at the bottom of the V-shaped collar, so that the forming is more attractive and smooth compared with the forming before improvement, and the clothes are more conformable.
(3) In the step b, the doubled yarn is used for sewing the edge, the distance between any two stitches is 1-2 mm, sewing is preferably carried out by adopting 1-2 mm, the running is not particularly tight in the sewing process, the integral quality of the clothes is not affected, the V-neck collar is flat, and the attractiveness of the sewing process is embodied.
(4) The type of the silk thread used for sewing the edge covering in the step b is 402, the diameter of the sewing thread of the type is close to the thickness of the clothes, and the sewing position can not crack and the edge covering can not fall off due to different tensile strengths of threads with different thicknesses in long-term wearing, so that the tightness of the V-neck sewing is improved.

FIG. 4 is a schematic view of a V-neck process before improvement of the present invention.
In the figure, the front surface of the 1-V collar, the back surface of the 2-V collar and the front surface of the 3-before-improvement V collar are shown.
Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings. The following examples are intended to provide those skilled in the art with a more complete understanding of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Reference herein to "one embodiment" or "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic may be included in at least one implementation of the invention. The appearances of the phrase "in one embodiment" in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a technical solution: comprises a neckline of a V-neck shirt, the neckline is composed of a fabric and neckline binding edges, and the V-neck shirt is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step a, selecting a woven fabric, transversely paving the fabric on the surface of a workbench, and cutting a neckline of the fabric into a symmetrical V shape;
b, fixing the collar opening edge covering by using a binding tool, overlapping the collar opening edge covering and the V-shaped collar, sewing downwards from the shoulder seam of the fabric, uniformly operating a left binding strip and a right binding strip from top to bottom, sewing the two edge coverings to the bottom of the V-shaped collar, and overlapping one edge covering and the other edge covering at the bottom of the V-shaped collar;
and step C, bending the V-collar by a binding strip, folding and cutting the binding edges which are overlapped with each other and positioned at the upper part, splicing and forming the binding edges at the two sides at the bottom of the V-collar, wherein the improved V-collar is more attractive and smooth compared with the V-collar before improvement, and the clothes are more conformable.
Please refer to fig. 4: for ordinary V neck forming process, ordinary V neck molding adopts single edging and V neck department to sew up, and the bellied edging of department of will bending is sewed up vertically in the bottom inboard of V neck, forms vertical line 3 of walking after sewing up, handles for the V neck after the improvement, and the too much line of walking of V neck department is highlighted, and this technology influences the whole aesthetic feeling of clothing.
Please refer to fig. 3: in the step b, the double-stranded wire is adopted for sewing the wrapping edges at the two sides to the outside of the V-shaped collar, so that the stability of the sewing position is improved, and the sewing position of the clothes is prevented from being opened after the clothes are worn for a long time.
In the step b, doubled yarns are used for sewing the binding edges, the distance between any two stitches is 1-2 mm, 1-2 mm is preferably adopted for sewing, the running lines are not particularly tight in the sewing process, the integral quality of the clothes cannot be affected, the V-collar neckline is flat, the attractiveness of the sewing process is reflected, when the distance between any two stitches is 2-3 mm in the sewing process, the V-collar sewing is too loose, the problem of line opening at the V-collar position easily occurs, when the distance between any two stitches is 0-1 mm in the sewing process, the V-collar sewing is too tight, the integral quality of the clothes is affected, the coincidence between every two stitches can be caused, the sewing running lines are disordered, and the attractiveness of the clothes is affected.
The silk thread is adopted as the double-stranded wire for sewing the edge covering in the step b, the adopted silk thread is sewn, the quality of the garment is improved, the fabric of the garment is the same as the silk thread, and the garment is prevented from deforming due to different strengths of different silk threads.
More preferably, the silk thread used for sewing and edge covering in the step b is 402, the diameter of the sewing thread of the type is close to the thickness of the clothes, and the sewing position can not crack and the edge covering can not fall off due to different tensile strengths of the threads with different thicknesses in long-term wearing, so that the tightness of the V-neck sewing is improved.
In light of the foregoing description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, many modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the content of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.
