-第二电极11印刷在未示出的网眼织物制的附加层上,网眼织物制的附加层朝向填充块16布置,网眼织物制的附加层粘合至内层6,
-中间接触元件14根据需要印刷在第一接触元件10或第二接触元件13上。
与内层6的情况一样,附加层由网眼织物制成,这允许不损害衬垫1的舒适性。
根据一实施例,内层6:
-具有6到10列线/厘米和5到10行线/厘米,
-具有25至50g/m2之间的面密度,
-由纤度在40至120dtex之间的线形成。

根据一实施例,电极8、11的油墨具有包括诸如银的金属的导电粒子。
根据一实施例,中间接触元件14的油墨包括碳基或二氧化硅基的导电粒子。
根据一实施例,电极8、11和中间接触元件14的油墨以为0.1mm至1.5mm之间的厚度沉积。
根据一实施例,中间层5的厚度为1.5mm至5mm之间,其密度尤其为0.025至0.045之间,以便不妨碍检测衬垫1的占据者。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于机动车辆座椅的衬垫(1),所述衬垫包括相继地一个在另一个上布置的:
-装饰衬垫的罩(2),所述罩具有乘客接纳区(3),
-多区压力测量片(7),所述多区压力测量片面对整个乘客接纳区延伸,所述多区压力测量片包括连接到压力测量电子***用的连接装置,压力测量电子***用于测量衬垫占据者在乘客接纳区的不同区域施加的压力,所述多区压力测量片包括:
柔性的支撑层,
包括多个第一电流传导线(9)的第一电极(8),每个第一电流传导线具有形成第一接触元件(10)的第一端,
叠覆于第一电极的第二电极(11),所述第二电极包括多个第二电流传导线(12),每个第二电流传导线具有形成第二接触元件(13)的第二端,每个第一接触元件(10)面对相应的第二接触元件(13)布置,
多个具有压阻特性的中间接触元件(14),每个中间接触元件插置在对应的第一接触元件(10)和第二接触元件(13)之间,以形成多个压力传感器(15),压力传感器由第一接触元件、中间接触元件和第二接触元件的堆叠体构成,压力传感器离散地分布在支撑层上,
-可弹性压缩的填充块(16),
所述衬垫的特征在于:
-所述支撑层由网眼织物制成,
-所述第一电极由印刷在支撑层上的印刷导电油墨制成,
-所述第二电极由印刷导电油墨制成,
-所述中间接触元件由印刷导电油墨制成,中间接触元件的印刷导电油墨的导电性弱于第一电极和第二电极的印刷导电油墨的导电性;
并且,罩(2)包括:
-外覆层(4),
-泡沫制的中间舒适层(5),
-形成支撑层的网眼织物制的内层(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的衬垫,其特征在于:
-中间接触元件(14)印刷在第一接触元件(10)上,
-第二电极(11)印刷在内层(6)和中间接触元件上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的衬垫,其特征在于:
-第二电极(11)印刷在网眼织物制的附加层上,网眼织物制的附加层朝向填充块(16)布置,网眼织物制的附加层粘合至内层(6),
-中间接触元件(14)印刷在第一接触元件(10)或第二接触元件(13)上。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的衬垫,其特征在于,内层(6):
-具有6到10列线/厘米和5到10行线/厘米,
-具有25至50g/m2之间的面密度,
-由纤度在40至120dtex之间的线形成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的衬垫,其特征在于,罩(2)装配在填充块(16)上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的衬垫,其特征在于,罩(2)至少部分地由填充块(16)包覆成型,所述填充块基于模制泡沫。
7.根据权利要求1所述的衬垫,其特征在于,多区压力测量片(7)还包括至少一个不可渗透且电绝缘的保护层(17)。
