Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of production of photoelectric display glass substrates, in particular to a glass substrate packaging quality monitoring method and a glass substrate packaging quality monitoring system.
Background
In the photoelectric display glass substrate packaging link, generally, the glass substrate needs to be separated by using spacer paper, after the piece feeding robot grabs the glass, the piece feeding robot is placed on the A-shaped frame supporting plate, then the piece feeding robot grabs the spacer paper and places the spacer paper outside the glass, so that two adjacent pieces of glass are separated, the contact of the two adjacent pieces of glass substrates is avoided, the scratch is avoided, and meanwhile, the problem that the two pieces of glass substrates cannot be separated after being contacted is avoided. In the prior art, when the interval paper is used for packaging glass, paper folding, too low paper or too high paper can occur in the paper placing and moving process of the robot, so that packaging is abnormal, and meanwhile, if fragments occur in the packaging process, the fragments cannot be found in time. The glass substrate packaging quality and the fragment condition need personnel to regularly get into the packaging operation area and look over, can not discover the problem in time, appear batch product easily and trace back, seriously influence the productivity, have the quality hidden danger simultaneously.
