Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a method, a device and equipment for detecting an abnormal temperature point of an arrester and a readable storage medium, which are used for improving the detection efficiency and accuracy of the abnormal temperature point of the arrester.
Referring to fig. 1, a method for detecting an abnormal temperature point of an arrester according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s101, acquiring an arrester infrared image marked with a detection area, and acquiring temperature values corresponding to all pixel points in the detection area in the arrester infrared image to form a temperature value set;
it should be noted that, the method for acquiring the infrared image of the lightning arrester may be as follows: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the lightning arrester infrared image from a database through a software interface, obtaining the lightning arrester infrared image from a storage medium through a hardware interface, or receiving the lightning arrester infrared image sent by an image sending end through a network line.
Referring to fig. 5, an infrared image of the lightning arrester marked with a detection area is shown, and a rectangular frame in fig. 5 represents the detection area. It should be noted that, every pixel in the detection area all corresponds a temperature value, and the higher the temperature value, the higher the probability that the arrester has the anomaly is.
S102, traversing the temperature value set, and determining pixel points corresponding to temperature values higher than the average value in the temperature value set as target pixel points to obtain a target pixel point set;
specifically, a traversal algorithm may be used to traverse the set of temperature values. The average value is the average value of all temperature values in the set of temperature values.
S103, dividing target pixel points in the target pixel point set into a plurality of pixel groups according to Euclidean distances between different target pixel points in the target pixel point set;
the euclidean distance in this embodiment is the distance between two target pixel points.
And S104, respectively calculating the number of pixel points in each pixel group, and marking the area covered by the pixel group with the number of the pixel points exceeding a preset threshold value as a temperature abnormal point.
Wherein, still include: and marking the area covered by the pixel group of which the number of the pixel points does not exceed the preset threshold value as a suspicious temperature abnormal point. It should be noted that after the infrared image of the lightning arrester is processed, distorted pixel points may exist therein, and therefore, the area covered by the pixel group whose number of pixel points does not exceed the preset threshold value is marked as a suspicious temperature abnormal point. That is, the suspected temperature anomaly may be a temperature anomaly or may be due to distortion of the lightning arrester infrared image.
Therefore, the method for detecting the abnormal temperature point of the lightning arrester can automatically calculate the pixel point with the abnormal temperature in the detection area based on the infrared image of the lightning arrester marked with the detection area, so that the automatic detection of the abnormal temperature point of the lightning arrester is realized, the manual detection process is replaced, and the detection efficiency and the accuracy are improved. Wherein, owing to improved detection efficiency, so can in time detect out and have unusual arrester, can avoid the emergence of electric power accident to a certain extent.

In this embodiment, in order to screen out abnormal pixel points with higher temperature from the detection area and reduce the calculation complexity, the temperature values corresponding to the pixel points are subjected to secondary subtraction, and the number of target pixel points in the obtained target pixel point set is reduced to a certain extent.
If the temperature value set includes 3 temperature values, which are 80 ℃, 98 ℃, 100 ℃ and 110 ℃, respectively, the average value is: and deleting 80 ℃ at 97 ℃, and taking the residual pixels corresponding to the 98 ℃, 100 ℃ and 110 ℃ respectively as target pixels to form a target pixel set. If secondary deletion is needed, taking the temperatures of 98 ℃, 100 ℃ and 110 ℃ as effective temperature values, and calculating to obtain an effective average value of 102.67 ℃, and deleting the pixels corresponding to the temperatures of 98 ℃ and 100 ℃ and 110 ℃ to obtain target pixels.

taking each target pixel point except the central point in the target pixel group as the central point, and executing the step of dividing the target pixel point with Euclidean distance from the central point as a preset numerical value and the central point into the target pixel group until no target pixel point with the Euclidean distance from the target pixel point in the target pixel group as a numerical value exists in the target pixel point set;
and deleting the target pixel points divided into the target pixel group from the target pixel point set, and executing the step of selecting any one target pixel point from the target pixel point set as a central point until no target pixel point which is not divided exists in the target pixel point set.
The dividing process specifically comprises the following steps:
if 4 target pixel points exist: A. b, C, D, and the distances between A and B, C, D are 1, 5, and the distances between C and B, D are: 2. 2, the distance between B and D is 5; and the preset value is 1, then a target pixel point a is selected, the target pixel point with the distance of 1 from a and a are divided into a pixel group, and then the pixel group 1: A. b, C are provided. All regard as the central point with B and C, but do not have the target pixel point that accords with the condition, consequently delete A, B, C from the target pixel point set, only remain D in the target pixel point set, and do not have the target pixel point that accords with the condition, so the division is ended, can reach two pixel groups, is respectively: pixel group 1: A. b, C, respectively; pixel group 2: D.
based on any of the above embodiments, it should be noted that after the area covered by the pixel group whose number of pixels exceeds the preset threshold is marked as the temperature anomaly point, the method further includes: and marking temperature abnormal points in the lightning arrester infrared image to obtain an infrared marking image.
Wherein, after obtaining the infrared annotation image, still include: and correspondingly storing the infrared annotation image and the identification information of the lightning arrester in the infrared annotation image to a preset target file.
Wherein, after the identification information correspondence storage to predetermined target file with the arrester in infrared annotation image and the infrared annotation image, still include: and displaying the target file through a preset visualization tool.
The lightning arrester can be known according to the identification information of the lightning arrester, so that the infrared annotation image and the identification information of the lightning arrester in the infrared annotation image are correspondingly stored in a preset target file, and operation and maintenance technicians can know which lightning arrester has which temperature abnormal point by searching the target file. The corresponding storage is to store the information in a one-to-one corresponding relationship, for example, a table with a specified format is correspondingly stored, and the information is recorded in a uniform format, so as to facilitate subsequent management and analysis.
Based on any of the above embodiments, it should be noted that the infrared image of the lightning arrester marked with the detection area can be obtained through a deep learning model. Namely: inputting the lightning arrester infrared image collected by the infrared terminal into the deep learning model, outputting the position information (namely the detection area) of the lightning arrester in the infrared image, and marking the position information in the original infrared image to obtain the lightning arrester marked with the detection area. The deep learning model can be obtained through SSD algorithm training. taking each target pixel point except the central point in the target pixel group as the central point, and executing the step of dividing the target pixel point with the Euclidean distance from the central point as a preset numerical value and the central point into the target pixel group until no target pixel point with the Euclidean distance from the target pixel point in the target pixel group as the numerical value exists in the target pixel point set;
deleting the target pixel points divided into the target pixel group from the target pixel point set, and executing the step of selecting any one target pixel point from the target pixel point set as a central point until no target pixel point which is not divided exists in the target pixel point set.
