而利用行星齿轮能够利用自转和公转的效果,实现单一太阳轮与多个行星齿轮啮合,进而将太阳轮上的动力分流到各个行星齿轮上,而在新能源汽车的传动***中,往往或用到分流的作用来牵制动力的单一输出,但电机的瞬时爆发扭矩过大,普通传动分流装置无法承载强大的爆发力,为此我们提出一种新能源汽车动力分流用行星齿轮动力传动结构解决以上提出的技术问题。

为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出一种新能源汽车动力分流用行星齿轮动力传动结构,本发明结构简单,操作使用方便,同时本发明解决新能源汽车动力分流问题的同时,也简化了传动方式,使传动效率有一定程度的提升,并且在本发明中对传动轴的连接部件做了相应的防尘处理,保障了传动的稳定性,增加了实用性,且适用范围广,适合广泛推广。
(二)技术方案
本发明提供了一种新能源汽车动力分流用行星齿轮动力传动结构,包括驱动电机和鼓形密封辊,所述驱动电机的顶部和底部输出端均焊接有法兰盘,所述法兰盘远离驱动电机输出端的一侧均焊接有贯穿并延伸至鼓形密封辊内部的传动轴,所述传动轴位于鼓形密封辊内部的一端均焊接有第一锥齿轮。

优选的,所述行星齿圈的内圈均设置有多个呈环形阵列排布的齿牙,所述第一转动轴相互远离的一端均焊接有第二转动轴,所述第二转动轴的外圈均焊接有太阳轮。
优选的,所述齿牙与太阳轮之间设置有五个行星齿轮,五个所述行星齿轮的外圈均设置有齿口,所述齿口分别与齿牙和太阳轮啮合。

本发明中,在驱动电机1的工作状态下,驱动电机1的两个输出端将同时对两个传动轴4提供转动力,而在驱动电机1的驱动作用状态下,驱动电机1的输出力将经过法兰盘2的传递,而通过法兰盘2稳固的连接方式,相较于直接将驱动电机1的输出端与传动轴4连接的方式,法兰盘2利用自身的刚性大、承载性能高的优点,能够有效的提升传动结构的整体传动效率和传动稳定性。
同时在传动轴4与法兰盘2的连接处设置传动轴套3,通过传动轴套3的衬套作用,防止法兰盘2和传动轴4在传动中受到地面灰尘的影响,而传动轴4将驱动力传导至第一锥齿轮10上后,通过第一锥齿轮10与两侧第二锥齿轮11的啮合进而将转动第二锥齿轮11,于是获得转动力的第二锥齿轮11将驱使第一转动轴12转动在,而第一转动轴12相互远离一端位置的第二转动轴15将开始转动,于是第二转动轴15将会驱动外圈的太阳轮16转动,而在太阳轮16转动后,通过太阳轮16与五个行星齿轮13的啮合而转动行星齿轮13,进而将与行星齿轮13啮合的行星齿圈8驱使转动,通过行星齿轮的啮合传动作用,实现动力分流的效果。
在动力分流后,转动杆将在行星齿圈8的带动下转动联结器5,而联结器5也将进一步转动传动盘6,具体实现动力分流。
