本发明涉及一种蜗杆转向式多点驱动跟踪用回转减速机,它包括前后间隔布置的多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置(1),所述蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置(1)包括基座(11),所述基座(11)包括轴壳(111)和座圈(112),所述轴壳(111)内设置有蜗杆(12),所述座圈(112)内设置有齿轮轴(13),所述蜗杆(12)与齿轮轴(13)相啮合,相邻两台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置(1)的齿轮轴(13)之间设置有主梁(5)。本发明采用蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置和齿轮箱相结合的方式,通过安装在蜗杆上的伞齿轮,带动齿轮箱输出传递动力,实现多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置平行驱动。

蜗杆转向式多点驱动跟踪用回转减速机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种蜗杆转向式多点驱动跟踪用回转减速机,主要用于太阳能光伏跟踪***,特别是太阳能平单轴多点平行驱动跟踪***。
背景技术
目前太阳能光伏跟踪应用比较普遍的是平单轴跟踪***,在平单轴跟踪***中,大多数还是采用回转减速器或者电动推杆单点驱动的方式,即由一个减速机或者电动推杆单点驱动整个主轴的回转,此形式目前在国内外被广泛采用,其特点是结构简单,安装方便,缺点是仅仅只有驱动位置一个锁紧保护点,在遇到大风的情况下容易造成驱动损坏或者主梁管的扭曲破坏。近来,越来越多的跟踪厂家开始探索单主梁多点平行驱动的跟踪***,即多个回转减速机或者推杆同步驱动一个主梁回转的方式。但目前市场上的回转减速机要实现多个回转同步平行驱动的功能还存在着一些问题,使用多个带驱动电机的回转串联的方式,需要解决多台电机驱动的同步性问题,这一点比较困难。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种蜗杆转向式多点驱动跟踪用回转减速机,它采用蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置和齿轮箱相结合的方式,通过安装在蜗杆上的伞齿轮,带动齿轮箱输出传递动力,实现多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置平行驱动。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种蜗杆转向式多点驱动跟踪用回转减速机,它包括前后间隔布置的多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置,所述蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置包括基座,所述基座包括轴壳和座圈,所述轴壳内设置有蜗杆,所述座圈内设置有齿轮轴,所述蜗杆与齿轮轴相啮合,相邻两台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置的齿轮轴之间设置有主梁。
可选的,每台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置一侧均对应设置有一齿轮箱。
可选的,所述齿轮箱包括齿轮箱体,所述齿轮箱体上设置有输入轴和输出轴,所述输入轴端部设置有第一伞齿轮,所述蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置的蜗杆上设置有第二伞齿轮,所述第一伞齿轮与第二伞齿轮与伞齿轴相啮合,相邻两个齿轮箱的输出轴之间通过传动轴相连接。
可选的,所述输入轴和输出轴上下平行布置。
可选的,所述输出轴位于输入轴的下方。
可选的,所述输入轴和输出轴之间通过一级或多级相互啮合的齿轮传动连接。
可选的,其中一台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置的轴壳一侧设置有驱动电机,所述驱动电机与该台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置的蜗杆相连接。
可选的,所述蜗杆通过左右两个蜗杆轴承设置于轴壳内,所述蜗杆轴承外侧设置有密封组件。
可选的,所述第一伞齿轮和第三伞齿轮采用直锥齿或弧齿。
可选的,所述齿轮轴和输出轴均为双向输出轴。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1、本发明采用蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置和齿轮箱相结合的方式,通过安装在蜗杆上的伞齿轮,带动齿轮箱输出传递动力,不仅实现了蜗杆转向功能,同时又可以实现多点驱动跟踪的功能;
2、本发明解决了常规回转减速器无法实现通过转向传递动力,实现多点驱动跟踪的问题,对于整个太阳能平单轴跟踪***的设计改进、成本节省以及效率提高有着重要的意义;
3、本发明采用前后多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置,通过其中一台带动两台或多台联合传动,能够有效保证各蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置的同步性;
4、本发明采用多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置,通过多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置的齿轮轴带动分段式的主梁,大大提高了主梁的刚性,装置整体结构刚性也顺应提高;
5、本发明采用多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置,通过多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置的齿轮轴和蜗杆静态自锁,能够有效防止外力推动太阳能跟踪***,以免发生***装置损坏。

如图1~图4所示,本实施例中的一种蜗杆转向式多点驱动跟踪用回转减速机,它包括前后间隔布置的多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置1,所述蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置1包括基座11,所述基座11包括轴壳111和座圈112,所述轴壳111内设置有蜗杆12,所述座圈112内设置有齿轮轴13,所述蜗杆12与齿轮轴13相啮合,相邻两台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置1的齿轮轴13之间设置有主梁6;通过多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置1的蜗杆12与齿轮轴13的静态自锁可以有效防止外力推动太阳能跟踪***,以免发生***装置损坏;
每台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置1一侧均对应设置有一齿轮箱2,所述齿轮箱2包括齿轮箱体21,所述齿轮箱体21上设置有输入轴22和输出轴23,所述输入轴22和输出轴23上下平行布置,所述输出轴23位于输入轴22的下方,所述输入轴22和输出轴23之间通过一级或多级相互啮合的齿轮传动连接,所述输入轴22端部设置有第一伞齿轮24,所述蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置1的蜗杆12上设置有第二伞齿轮3,所述第一伞齿轮24和第二伞齿轮3相互啮合,相邻两个齿轮箱2的输出轴23之间通过传动轴4相串联连接;串联驱动的齿轮箱2不仅实现了蜗杆转向功能,而且可以实现多点驱动跟踪的功能;
前后多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置1中有一台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置1的轴壳111一侧设置有驱动电机5,所述驱动电机5与该台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置1的蜗杆12相连接;该台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置带动两台或者带动多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置联合传动,相邻两台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置之间采用分段式的主梁,通过前后多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置的齿轮轴带动多段式的主梁,使得主梁的扭转刚性大大提升,装置整体刚性也相应提高;
所述蜗杆12通过左右两个蜗杆轴承14设置于轴壳111内;
所述蜗杆轴承14外侧设置有密封组件15;
所述第一伞齿轮24和第二伞齿轮3采用直锥齿或弧齿;
所述齿轮轴13和输出轴23均为双向输出轴。

1.一种蜗杆转向式多点驱动跟踪用回转减速机,其特征在于:它包括前后间隔布置的多台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置(1),所述蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置(1)包括基座(11),所述基座(11)包括轴壳(111)和座圈(112),所述轴壳(111)内设置有蜗杆(12),所述座圈(112)内设置有齿轮轴(13),所述蜗杆(12)与齿轮轴(13)相啮合,相邻两台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置(1)的齿轮轴(13)之间设置有主梁(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜗杆转向式多点驱动跟踪用回转减速机,其特征在于:每台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置(1)一侧均对应设置有一齿轮箱(2)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种蜗杆转向式多点驱动跟踪用回转减速机,其特征在于:所述齿轮箱(2)包括齿轮箱体(21),所述齿轮箱体(21)上设置有输入轴(22)和输出轴(23),所述输入轴(22)端部设置有第一伞齿轮(24),所述蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置(1)的蜗杆(12)上设置有第二伞齿轮(3),所述第一伞齿轮(24)与第二伞齿轮(3)与伞齿轴(22)相啮合,相邻两个齿轮箱(2)的输出轴(23)之间通过传动轴(4)相连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种蜗杆转向式多点驱动跟踪用回转减速机,其特征在于:所述输入轴(22)和输出轴(23)上下平行布置。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种蜗杆转向式多点驱动跟踪用回转减速机,其特征在于:所述输出轴(23)位于输入轴(22)的下方。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种蜗杆转向式多点驱动跟踪用回转减速机,其特征在于:所述输入轴(22)和输出轴(23)之间通过一级或多级相互啮合的齿轮传动连接。
7.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种蜗杆转向式多点驱动跟踪用回转减速机,其特征在于:其中一台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置(1)的轴壳(111)一侧设置有驱动电机(5),所述驱动电机(5)与该台蜗轮蜗杆回转驱动装置(1)的蜗杆(12)相连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜗杆转向式多点驱动跟踪用回转减速机,其特征在于:所述蜗杆(12)通过左右两个蜗杆轴承(14)设置于轴壳(111)内,所述蜗杆轴承(14)外侧设置有密封组件(15)。
9.根据权利要求3所述的一种蜗杆转向式多点驱动跟踪用回转减速机,其特征在于:所述第一伞齿轮(24)和第三伞齿轮(3)采用直锥齿或弧齿。
