A pretreatment method of an organic garbage waste recycling pretreatment system is characterized in that: the organic waste recycling pretreatment system comprises a sorting module and a processing module, wherein the sorting module comprises a material receiving pool, a sorting machine, a mechanical sorting area, a recycling bin and a cutting machine, and the processing module comprises a cooking machine, a squeezing machine, a crushing machine and an insect feed bin; the input end of the sorting machine is connected with the material receiving pool, the sorting machine is provided with a fine material outlet and a coarse material outlet, and the coarse material outlet of the sorting machine is connected with the input end of the mechanical sorting area; the mechanical sorting area is provided with a first discharging end and a second discharging end, the first discharging end is connected with the recovery bin, the second discharging end is connected with the input end of the cutting machine, and the output end of the cutting machine and the fine material outlet of the sorting machine are both connected with the input end of the cooking machine; the input end of the squeezer is connected with the output end of the cooking machine, and the squeezer is provided with a slag outlet; the input end of the crusher is connected with a slag outlet of the squeezer; the output end of the pulverizer is connected with the insect feed bin; the processing module further comprises a three-phase separator, an oil-water separator, a recovered oil bin, a concentrator and a clear water discharge pool, the squeezer is further provided with an oil and soup material outlet, the input end of the three-phase separator is connected with the oil and soup material outlet of the squeezer, the three-phase separator is provided with an oil material outlet, a soup material outlet and a residue material outlet, the oil material outlet of the three-phase separator is connected with the input end of the oil-water separator, the soup material outlet of the three-phase separator is connected with the input end of the concentrator, and the residue material outlet of the three-phase separator is connected with the input end of the pulverizer; the thickener is provided with a clear water outlet and a concentrated solution outlet, the clear water outlet of the thickener is connected with the clear water discharge tank, and the concentrated solution outlet of the thickener is connected with the input end of the crusher; the oil-water separator is provided with an oil outlet end and a water outlet end, the oil outlet end of the oil-water separator is connected with the recovered oil bin, and the water outlet end of the oil-water separator is connected with the input end of the thickener;
the pretreatment method comprises the following steps:
pre-sorting: conveying the organic garbage materials in the material receiving pool to a sorting machine, pre-sorting the organic garbage materials by using the sorting machine, conveying fine materials smaller than 30mm to a cooking machine from a fine material outlet of the sorting machine, and conveying coarse materials larger than or equal to 30mm to a mechanical sorting area from a coarse material outlet of the sorting machine;
mechanical sorting: the mechanical sorting area is provided with a sorting robot, plastics and glass mixed in the coarse materials are sorted by the sorting robot and conveyed to a recycling bin from a first discharging end so as to be recycled; conveying the residual coarse material to a cutting machine from a second discharge end;
cutting: cutting the residual coarse material into fine material by using a cutting machine, and conveying the cut fine material to a cooking machine;
and (3) cooking: the material is steamed by high-temperature steam, so that the effects of sterilization and grease dissolution are achieved;
and (3) squeezing: conveying the cooked material to a squeezer for squeezing to obtain grease and water in the material, and conveying the squeezed slag to a crusher from a slag outlet of the squeezer;
and (3) crushing: crushing the squeezed slag by using a crusher, and conveying the crushed material to an insect feed bin to be used as feed for insect breeding;
processing the oil soup bases: conveying the squeezed oil soup material from an oil soup material outlet of a squeezer to a three-phase separator, and performing three-phase separation on the oil soup material by using the three-phase separator to obtain slag, soup material and oil material with 8-10% of water content; conveying slag from a slag outlet of the three-phase separator to the crusher for crushing; conveying the soup bases to a thickener from a soup base outlet of the three-phase separator, concentrating the soup bases by using the thickener to obtain clear water and concentrated solution, discharging the clear water in a harmless manner, and conveying the concentrated solution to a grinder for grinding; the oil with 8% -10% of water content is conveyed from an oil outlet of the three-phase separator to an oil-water separator, oil-water separation is carried out by the oil-water separator, water and grease with less than 1% of water content are obtained, the water is conveyed from a water outlet end of the oil-water separator to a concentrator to be used as concentrated liquid, and the grease with less than 1% of water content is conveyed from a oil outlet end of the oil-water separator to a recovered oil bin to be used as biodiesel or chemical raw materials.

The pretreatment method of the organic waste recycling pretreatment system according to claim 1, wherein: the material receiving pool is connected with the input end of the cooking machine through a pipeline, a filter screen is arranged at the inlet of the pipeline, a suction pump is arranged in the pipeline, and oil and water materials in the material receiving pool are extracted into the cooking machine through the suction pump.

The pretreatment method of the organic waste recycling pretreatment system according to claim 1, wherein the pretreatment method comprises: after the sorting machine sorts, the materials smaller than 30mm are output to the cooking machine from a fine material outlet of the sorting machine, and the materials larger than or equal to 30mm are output to the mechanical sorting area from a coarse material outlet of the sorting machine.
4. The pretreatment method of the organic waste recycling pretreatment system according to claim 1, wherein: the mechanical sorting area is provided with a magnetic separator for sorting out metal substances in the materials.

The pretreatment method of the organic waste recycling pretreatment system according to claim 1, wherein: the organic garbage materials in the material receiving pool comprise one or more of food and beverage garbage, kitchen garbage, vegetable and fruit garbage, food processing leftovers and overdue foods.
6. The pretreatment method of the organic waste recycling pretreatment system according to claim 1, wherein: before the step of cooking, the oil and water materials in the material receiving pool are pumped into the cooking machine through a suction pump.
7. The pretreatment method of the organic waste recycling pretreatment system according to claim 1, wherein: the step of mechanical sorting further comprises the step of sorting out metal substances in the coarse materials by using a magnetic separator.
