Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
The invention provides an endoscope with an adjustable angle for obstetrics and gynecology department, which comprises an insertion tube 5, a control mechanism and a snake bone section 7, wherein the control mechanism and the snake bone section 7 are respectively and fixedly connected with two ends of the insertion tube 5;
the control mechanism comprises mounting boxes, and adjusting parts are mounted in the mounting boxes; the inner side of the snake bone segment 7 is provided with a traction part, and the snake bone segment 7 is in transmission fit with the adjusting part through the traction part.
Furthermore, in order to reduce the insertion difficulty of the insertion tube 5 and reduce the physical and psychological pressure of a patient, the auxiliary tube 6 is arranged to assist the insertion of the insertion tube 5, so that in order to avoid the high-definition camera 9 from being polluted by secretions to cause camera blurring, a lens is arranged in the end part of the front end head 8, and an antireflection film is plated on the inner surface of the lens 11 in order to reduce the refraction of the lens 11 to light.
Furthermore, in order to control the snake bone section 7 to enable the snake bone section 7 to flexibly change angles, grooves 29 are uniformly formed in the snake bone section 7 in the axial direction, the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction, springs 21 are installed in the grooves 29, the springs 21 are in a compressed state initially, and the traction wires 22 are used for controlling the extension and contraction of the springs 21, so that flexible adjustment of the dispatching of the first end head 8 is achieved.
Further, in order to ensure that the angle of the front end head 8 can be adjusted in any direction, the first mounting box 1 and the second mounting box 4 are arranged to adjust the transverse angle and the longitudinal angle of the front end head 8 respectively.
Furthermore, in order to avoid the reversion of the driven wheel, the ratchet wheel 13 is selected for the driven wheel and the driving wheel, the characteristic that the meshing rotation direction of the ratchet wheel 13 is irreversible is utilized, a limiting device is not needed to limit the front end pair 8 after the angle adjustment, meanwhile, when the angle in any one transverse or longitudinal direction is adjusted, one side of the spring 21, which is pulled by the traction wire 22, is bent, and the other side of the spring is not stressed due to the fact that the ratchet wheel is not stressed, so that the traction wire 21 is not stressed, and when the front end 8 is bent, the traction wire on the side with the larger radius at the inflection point is not broken due to stress.
Furthermore, in order to prevent the traction wire 22 from being broken due to multiple bending of the traction wire 22 on the ratchet wheel 13, an arc-shaped through hole 20 is formed in the ratchet wheel 13.
Further, in order to reduce input torque, avoid because the improper operation certain moment of appearance torque is too big, lead to first end 8 transient bending angle too big, unnecessary medical damage appears, install worm wheel 25 on second step axle 17, and set up the worm 19 that uses with worm wheel 25 cooperation, the mounting box is stretched out to worm 19 one end, and connect control knob 16, control worm 19 through control knob 16 rotates, simultaneously the outer installation angle scale 15 of mounting box, be convenient for observe angle regulation.
Further, in order to determine the distance from the endoscope to the lesion in the lumen of the patient, the optical sensor 12 is installed in the lens 11 of the head 8, the optical sensor 12 receives the refracted light of the cold light lamp 10 and transmits the refracted light back to the control terminal, and the control terminal calculates the time of the incident light and the reflected light and calculates the distance from the endoscope to the lesion so as to facilitate the subsequent medical work.
Further, in order to improve the rigidity of the traction wire 22 and avoid the fracture of the traction wire 22 in the working process, the traction wire 22 is made of a steel wire with better rigidity and toughness.
Example 1: when the invention is used, firstly the auxiliary tube 6 is inserted into a preset inlet, secondly the first end 8, the snake bone segment 7 and the insertion tube 5 are inserted into a human body along the auxiliary tube 6 in sequence, the human body is stopped after a certain distance is reached, the angle adjustment direction is selected, when the angle adjustment in the horizontal direction is needed, the worm 19 is controlled by the rotation control knob 16 to rotate and simultaneously drive the worm wheel 25 to rotate, the worm wheel 25 drives the second stepped shaft 17 in the first mounting box 1 to rotate, the second stepped shaft 17 drives the driving wheel 14 to rotate, the driving wheel 14 is meshed with the ratchet wheel 13 to drive the ratchet wheel 13 to rotate, the ratchet wheel 13 drives the first stepped shaft 23 to rotate, the first stepped shaft 23 drives the winding roller 28 to rotate and pulls the traction wire 22 wound on the winding roller 28, the traction wire 22 applies pulling force to the spring 21, the spring 21 retracts, meanwhile, the stress of the other spring 21 in the horizontal direction under the compression state is reduced, and a force opposite to the traction wire 22 is generated, under the combined action of the two springs 21, the angle adjustment of the head 8 is realized, and the adjustment angle is determined through the angle scale 15.
According to the invention, the worm 19 is manually controlled to drive the worm wheel 25 to rotate, so that the control knob 16 is prevented from reversing, the worm wheel 25 and the worm 19 are matched for use, the characteristic of reducing the input rotating speed is achieved, and the condition that the instantaneous rotating angle is too large in manual operation, so that the instantaneous deflection angle of the first end 8 is too large, and further serious accidents occur is avoided.
Example 2: after the insertion tube 5 is inserted into a human body, the cold light lamp 10 emits light rays, the light rays irradiate the inner cavity of a patient through the lens 11 and the antireflection film 24, the light rays are refracted, the light sensor 12 receives the refracted light rays and transmits the light rays to the control terminal, and the control terminal calculates the linear distance from the head 8 to a lesion part by calculating the time difference between the incident light rays and the refracted light rays, so that subsequent treatment is facilitated.
