白藜芦醇(3,5,4′-三羟基二苯乙烯)是一种多元酚,是由某些植物种类防御诸如细菌和真菌等病原体时天然产生的植物防御素之一。
白藜芦醇(3,5,4′-三羟基二苯乙烯)是一种多元酚,是由某些植物防御诸如细菌和真菌等病原体时天然产生的植物防御素之一,例如,它会出现在葡萄皮中。它可能具有抗癌、抗炎症以及血液稀释效应,从而可限制血栓性斑块的形成。得益于其多种功效,白藜芦醇应用于偏向领域。
白藜芦醇实际上用于皮肤抗衰老特别有效,是一种抗氧化剂和抗炎药物。

所述的现有技术存在一些重大缺陷。
具体而言,白藜芦醇的生物活性减少(约20%),导致相比其真实功效,效应大大减少。
此外,白藜芦醇性能极易下降和消失,糖脂化率和硫化率高,导致白藜芦醇的半衰期非常有限。
最后,需要说明的是,红酒中白藜芦醇的量很小,因此,要获得有效剂量,每天需要摄入3至4升红酒,这很明显会对健康造成损害。
在此背景下,本发明的主要技术任务是设计一种能够基本克服至少上述缺陷当中的一些缺陷的甲基化工艺。
在所述技术任务中,本发明的一个重要目的是获得一种能够增加白藜芦醇甲基化产生的紫檀芪量的甲基化工艺。
该技术任务和所述目的通过如随附的权利要求1的甲基化工艺实现。优选实施方案的实施例如从属权利要求所述。

甲基化工艺旨在形成用于白藜芦醇甲基化的紫檀芪。
应当说明的是,利用甲基化工艺(亦即甲基化),不是将白藜芦醇转化为紫檀芪,而是本文描述的甲基化工艺生产出更多紫檀芪。因此,诸如“白藜芦醇甲基化为紫檀芪”的表达是指根据本文件所描述的工艺使用白藜芦醇生产紫檀芪。
具体而言,该工艺进行白藜芦醇甲基化,实现增加的紫檀芪生产。由于该工艺诱导额外的白藜芦醇甲基化,从而实现生产增加的紫檀芪(恋爱称为反式-3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基芪),一种化学特性类似于白藜芦醇的化合物,象白藜芦醇一样,属于由植物响应于螺旋剂和应激情景而合成的植物防御素基。

紫檀芪是通过生物化学方法由白藜芦醇的甲基化形态洐生的一种多元酚,具有80%的生物活性和比白藜芦醇大200倍的生物活性效应。它同时也比白藜芦醇能够更广泛地在细胞中扩散,具有比白藜芦醇更长的半衰期,因为它更抗性能下降和消失。
该甲基化工艺包括白藜芦醇。
它最好包括包含白藜芦醇的虎杖提取物。或者,该甲基化工艺可包括包含白藜芦醇的其它植物提取物,诸如葡萄、红豆越橘、欧洲越橘、黑嚏根草以及囊状紫檀。
该甲基化工艺可包括一个甲基供体,亦即可能获得一个或多个甲基,使得白藜芦醇甲基化为紫檀芪成为可能。
该甲基供体可选自以下一者或多者:三甲基甘氨酸、DNA甲基转移酶。
具体而言,该甲基化工艺包括三甲基甘氨酸。

该甲基化工艺主要由甲基供体(例如三甲基甘氨酸或DNA甲基转移酶)和叶酸执行,使得三甲基甘氨酸中的甲基至少剖分或最好是全部可用,使得所述白藜芦醇甲基化为紫檀芪。具体而言,它由甲基供体(例如三甲基甘氨酸或DNA甲基转移酶)与蛋氨酸合成酶以及作为辅酶的维生素B12的作用执行,将5-甲基四氢叶酸(MTHF)还原为甲基四氢叶酸,其反过来提供白藜芦醇甲基化和紫檀芪形成所需的甲基。

上述甲基化工艺可应用于制备添加到酒精或非酒精饮料和/或诸如面粉和奶产品等食品的添加剂,作为优选,可用于生产所述饮料和/或食品。
例如,它可用于生产酒精饮料,尤其是用作添加到酒精饮料(优选红酒)的添加剂。

生产酒精饮料的方法包括上述甲基化工艺以及一种添加工艺,其中,添加剂通过将以下内容至少添加到(所述甲基化工艺的)紫檀芪和/或白藜芦醇获得:环黄芪醇(最好为包含所述环黄芪醇的黄芪提取物);西那林和洋蓟苦素(包含所述西那林和洋蓟苦素的菜蓟提取物);以及叶酸(包含所述叶酸的苜蓿提取物)。
在所述添加工艺中,至少以下之一或全部:绿原酸(最好为包含所述绿原酸的辣木提取物);异黄酮和所述辅酶Q10(最好为包含所述异黄酮和辅酶Q10的橹豆提取物);玉米素和栎精(最好为包含玉米素和栎精的辣木提取物);山柰酚(最好为以下之一者或多者:辣木、芦荟、红瓜、无娘子、大戟、橹豆、金丝桃、迷迭香、接骨木、香椿和冬青提取物)可被添加。
按每升酒精饮料计算的所述提取物的含量可为:虎杖基本在0.2g/l到5g/l之间;黄芪基本在2g/l到30g/l之间;辣木基本在0.1g/l到0.5g/l之间;菜蓟基本在0.1g/l到2g/l之间;苜蓿基本在0.15g/l到2g/l之间;以及橹豆基本在0.15g/l到2g/l之间。这些含量可基本引入的提取物分别使用。
最后,该生产酒精饮料的方法包括将添加剂混合到酒精饮料尤其是红酒的工艺。
对于化妆品生产,该甲基化工艺可作为制备化妆品的方法的一剖分。
因此,该制备化妆品的方法包括甲基化工艺,以及最好包括对至少(所述甲基化工艺的)紫檀芪和/或白藜芦醇以及化妆品制剂补充以下内容的工艺:甜菜碱(最好为包含甜菜碱的甜菜提取物)、叶酸(最好为包含叶酸的苜蓿提取物),以及三甲基甘氨酸(最好为包含三甲基甘氨酸的甜菜提取物)。
对于100g的化妆品产品,提取物的含量可为:甜菜基本在4g到8g之间;苜蓿大约在4g到8g之间;以及至少以下之一者:虎杖,基本在0.2g到0.8g之间,或葡萄,基本在0.4g到0.8g之间。
在一下情况下,补充工艺可涉及添加辅酶Q10,最好包含于苜蓿提取物中;以及至少以下之一者:TA-65,最好包含于黄芪提取物中;黏多糖,最好包含于墨角藻中;节旋藻,最好包含于螺旋藻提取物中;以及透明质酸,最好包含于银耳提取物中。具体而言:
需要说明的是,每100g化妆品产品中,以下含量:黄芪提取物,基本在0.2g到1g之间;墨角藻提取物,基本在0.2g到0.6g之间;螺旋藻提取物,基本在2g到4g之间;银耳提取物,基本在4g到6g之间,可使用。
上述甲基化工艺可应用于人体营养补品的制备,优选为片状或囊袋状。

具体而言,在混合工艺期间,以下提取物含量:欧洲七叶树基本在10%到5%之间;桂樱基本在1%到0.5%之间;洋地黄基本在30%到25%之间;黄香草木犀基本在5%到1%之间;蓖麻基本少于0.1%;白柳基本在5%到1%之间;卵清蛋白基本在5%到1%之间;以及产黄青霉基本在8%到3%之间,可被添加。
可选地,在该混合工艺期间,可添加数量最好大约在5%到1%之间的颠茄提取物。
可选地,在该混合工艺期间,可添加数量最好大约在20%到10%之间的墨角藻提取物。

本发明的甲基化工艺具有重要优势。
事实上,就性质而言,“天然”甲基化形成的紫檀芪数量适当,几乎没有健康影响。本文件描述的方法对白藜芦醇本身执行强大的甲基化效应,提升20%的更高数量的紫檀芪,得益于此,其能够起到所概述的健康意义。
此外,不同于传统的甲基化工艺,本文件所述的甲基化工艺能够通过白藜芦醇的甲基化而执行甲基化进而形成紫檀芪,亦即如上所述的增加有益效果的活性成分。
白藜芦醇甲基化因甲基供体(例如三甲基甘氨酸或DNA甲基转移酶,亦即能够为白藜芦醇获得甲基(CH3)(确切而言,执行甲基合成和供给)的强效甲基化剂)的存在而生成更多紫檀芪。
尤其是它与蛋氨酸合成酶相关的与作为辅酶的维生素B12以及叶酸的作用,执行白藜芦醇甲基化。它们将5-甲基四氢叶酸(MTHF)还原为甲基四氢叶酸,进而提供紫檀芪形成所需的甲基。
供体(具体而言,三甲基甘氨酸)增加了在白藜芦醇甲基化反应中起催化作用的S-腺苷蛋氨酸(SAM)的数量,获得化学反应甲基,其通过转甲基化反应将效应延伸至其它分子。
应当说明的是,甲基化因供体(具体而言,三甲基甘氨酸和SAM)的存在而成为可能,供体促进了该甲基化过程。
具体而言,三甲基甘氨酸协助S-腺苷蛋氨酸(SAM)以及蛋氨酸合成酶的作用,该作用干涉甲基化,并与作为辅酶的维生素B12以及叶酸干涉5-甲基四氢叶酸(MTHF)还原为甲基四氢叶酸,进而提供甲基化所需的甲基。
白藜芦醇甲基化为紫檀芪还得到甲基酸的帮助,甲基酸通过提供大量甲基,促进紫檀芪的形成。
最后,应说明的是,白藜芦醇甲基化为紫檀芪得到各种活性成分(亦即提取物)之间的特定关系的协助。
我们应强调,所使用的提取物仅为植物提取物。
例如在酒精饮料生产中,可以体现优势,通过与在所述酒精饮料(尤其是红酒)中的酒精含量和/或各种活性成分相互作用,其提升了该饮料/红酒的特性,例如抗氧化、心血管改善、DNA再生、抗癌以及消炎(抗炎)特性等。
此外,在化妆品制备中体现重要优势,其中该甲基化工艺的使用能够赋予化妆品产品强大的净化、压缩、抗炎、保湿和爽肤功效。其特征在于强大的抗皮肤癌效应以及高产品合成能力,诸如胶原、弹性蛋白、透明质酸、碳水化合物和蛋白质,以及增加细胞长寿。
此外,得益于重新平衡神经***进而增加***/刺激的协同效应(得益于达米阿那、铁青树、圆锥小麦、卡图巴古柯、古柯、东革阿里和橹豆提取物),以及得益于因达米阿那、淫羊藿、橹豆、虎杖、葡萄和紫铆提取物中的活性成分而对心血管***的改善,该制备营养补品的创新方法能够生产一种在刺激***官方面有重要功效的营养补品。
此外,使用制备灭鼠剂方法获得的灭鼠剂完全是生物性的,因为其毒剂完全是植物提取;并且该灭鼠剂具有高度活性,如发明人的研究所证实,这是因植物复合素成分和霉菌的特定组合而得以保证。它具有强大的心血管-呼吸***效应,使啮齿动物快速死亡。
本发明的各种变体也属于权利要求定义的发明概念的范围之内。在此背景下,所有详细内容均可代之以等效要素,材料、形状和尺寸也可随意确定。
需要说明的是,除非另有注明,本文件中所述的提取物可通过粉末干燥和滴定工艺或通过溶剂提取获得。
在一些情况下,提取物可通过索氏回流提取获得,尤其是使用超声波或超临界气流以及添加二氧化硫作为溶剂而获得。作为优选,此类提取物使用甲醇通过索氏回流提取获得。该方法包括对提取物所要取自的植物的剖分(例如果实、花或叶)进行发酵和水解,添加酵母(适当为酵母料,例如酿酒酵母),且优选在pH 7条件下进行约4天;蒸发和离心处理以将溶剂从上述获得溶液中清除;索氏提取;沸点加热清除甲醇,并对其蒸发提取。
Claims (15)
1.一种甲基化工艺
其特征在于,包括
白藜芦醇;
至少一个甲基供体;
叶酸;以及
将所述白藜芦醇与所述三甲基甘氨酸和所述叶酸混合,以便所述叶酸形成所述甲基供体中的甲基的至少一剖分,以便其执行所述白藜芦醇的甲基化生成紫檀芪。
2.根据权利要求1的甲基化工艺,其中,所述甲基供体选自三甲基甘氨酸和DNA甲基转移酶。
3.根据权利要求2的甲基化工艺,其中,所述甲基供体包括以下至少一者:包含所述三甲基甘氨酸的甜菜提取物或包含所述三甲基甘氨酸的藜麦提取物。
4.根据权利要求3的甲基化工艺,包括包含所述三甲基甘氨酸的所述甜菜提取物以及包含所述三甲基甘氨酸的所述藜麦提取物;并且其中所述藜麦提取物的含量基本在所述甜菜提取物含量的15%到5%之间。
5.根据前述权利要求中的至少一项的甲基化工艺,包括包含所述叶酸的苜蓿提取物。
6.根据前述权利要求的甲基化工艺,其中,所述苜蓿提取物的含量基本在所述甜菜提取物含量的2%到1%之间。
7.根据前述权利要求中的至少一项的甲基化工艺,包括木精。
8.根据前述权利要求的甲基化工艺,其中,所述木精的含量基本在所述甜菜提取物含量的100%到33%之间。
9.根据前述权利要求中的至少一项的甲基化工艺,包括包含所述白藜芦醇的虎杖提取物。
10.一种生产酒精饮料的方法,包括根据前述权利要求中的至少一项的所述甲基化工艺;一种添加工艺,其中,所述酒精饮料的一种添加剂通过将环黄芪醇、西那林、洋蓟苦素和叶酸添加到所述得自所述甲基化工艺的紫檀芪而获得;以及一种将所述添加剂混合到所述酒精饮料的工艺。
11.根据前述权利要求的生产酒精饮料的方法,其中,在添加工艺期间添加包含所述环黄芪醇的黄芪提取物、包含所述西那林的洋蓟提取物,以及包含叶酸的苜蓿提取物。
12.一种制备化妆品的方法,包括根据权利要求1-10中的至少一项的所述甲基化工艺;以及将甜菜碱、叶酸和三甲基甘氨酸补充到来自所述甲基化化妆品制剂工艺的所述紫檀芪的工艺。
13.根据前述权利要求制备化妆品的方法,其中,在所述补充工艺期间,添加包含所述甜菜碱的甜菜提取物、包含所述叶酸的苜蓿提取物以及最好包含所述三甲基甘氨酸的甜菜提取物。
14.一种制备人体营养补品的方法,包括根据权利要求1-10中的至少一项的所述甲基化工艺;以及将铁青树提取物、达米阿那提取物、长距淫羊藿提取物、东革阿里提取物、橹豆提取物、圆锥小麦提取物、紫铆提取物、欧洲越橘提取物以及虎杖提取物添加到来自所述工艺的所述紫檀芪的工艺。
15.一种制备灭鼠剂的方法,包括根据权利要求1-10中的至少一项的所述甲基化工艺;以及一种混合工艺,其中,将欧洲七叶树提取物、桂樱提取物、洋地黄提取物、黄香草木犀提取物、蓖麻提取物、白柳提取物、卵青蛋白提取物和产黄青霉提取物添加到来自所述甲基化工艺的紫檀芪。
