本发明公开了一种特种舱室环境控制***,包括新风循环***、蒸汽加热***、冷却***、蒸汽加湿***及控制***,其中新风循环***由循环风机、新风阀、出风口及第一回风口组成,冷却***由空气冷却器、冷媒水调节阀组成,蒸汽加热***由蒸汽加热器和蒸汽调节阀组成,蒸汽加湿***由蒸汽加湿器和蒸汽调节阀组成,控制***通过舱内温湿度传感器来控制风机的启停、各个阀门的开闭以及各个调节阀和电磁阀的控制。本发明各个***集成度高,布局合理,维护方便,具有良好的应用价值。

本发明涉及环境控制***领域,具体是一种特种舱室环境控制***。
背景技术
对特种舱室内环境控制一般采用空调***对舱内进行降温和除湿和加热、采用加湿装置对舱内进行加湿,还额外采用一个换气装置对舱内气体进行换气,多个***可以实现对特种舱室内的环境进行控制。现有技术特种舱室内环境控制***的各个部分是分开组装于舱室内的,因此需要在舱室内布设多个不同通道用于不同工作介质通入舱室,存在布局复杂、维护不便的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种特种舱室环境控制***,以解决现有技术特种舱室多***环境控制方式存在的布局复杂、维护不便的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种特种舱室环境控制***,所述特种舱室中布设有进风风道、出风风道,其特征在于:包括新风循环***、蒸汽加热***、冷却***、蒸汽加湿***,其中:
所述蒸汽加热***包括蒸汽加热器、蒸汽调节阀,所述蒸汽加热器通过蒸汽调节阀与外部高温蒸汽源连接形成回路;
所述冷却***包括空气冷却器、冷媒水调节阀,所述空气冷却器通过冷媒水调节阀与外部冷媒水源连接形成回路;
所述蒸汽加湿***包括蒸汽加湿器、蒸汽电磁阀,所述蒸汽加湿器通过蒸汽电磁阀与外部低温蒸汽源连接形成回路;
所述新风循环***包括循环风机、新风阀,所述循环风机设置于进风风道内,所述进风风道一端通过出风口与特种舱室内连通,进风风道另一端通过新风阀与特种舱室外部环境连通,所述循环风机的进风侧朝向新风阀,所述蒸汽加热器、空气冷却器、蒸汽加湿器依次设置于循环风机出风侧、出风口之间,所述特种舱室中出风风道一端与特种舱室内连通,出风风道另一端分为两路,其中一路通过第一回风口连通至新风阀、循环风机之间的进风风道位置,另一路通过第二回风口通向特种舱室外部环境;
还包括控制器,所述控制器分别与所述循环风机、新风阀、第一回风口、蒸汽调节阀、冷媒水调节阀、蒸汽电磁阀、第一回风口、第二回风口控制连接。
所述的一种特种舱室环境控制***,其特征在于:所述进风风道内位于新风阀、循环风机之间还设置有空气过滤器,所述空气过滤器具有两个进风侧、一个出风侧,空气过滤器的其中一个进风侧朝向所述新风阀,空气空滤器的另一个进风侧朝向所述第一回风口连通处,空气过滤器的出风侧朝向循环风机的进风侧。
所述的一种特种舱室环境控制***,其特征在于:所述进风风道内位于蒸汽加湿器与出风口之间还设置有出风静压箱,所述出风静压箱的进风侧朝向蒸汽加湿器,出风静压箱的出风侧朝向出风口。
所述的一种特种舱室环境控制***,其特征在于:还包括排风机、排风阀,所述第二回风口与排风机的进风侧连通,排风机的出风侧通过排风阀与特种舱室外部环境连通,所述控制器分别与排风机、排风阀控制连接。
所述的一种特种舱室环境控制***,其特征在于:还包括设置于特种舱室内的温湿度传感器,温湿度传感器与控制器信号传递连接。
本发明通过在进风风道布置多个***的组成部分,可实现舱室内温湿度控制及降低舱室内危险气体浓度。具体是通过将蒸汽加热器、空气冷却器、蒸汽加湿器等环境调节装置与循环风机一起布置于进风风道,能够对舱室内空气进行新风通风、过滤、制冷、加热、加湿,并配合布置于出风风道的第一回风口、第二回风口,能够实现间隔式通风换气、循环风和除湿功能,达到控制舱内温湿度,降低舱室内危险气体浓度,改善特种舱储藏条件的目的。本发明中各个***集成度高,布局合理,维护方便,具有良好的应用价值。

如图1所示, 本发明一种特种舱室环境控制***,在特种舱室7中布设有进风风道、出风风道,具体包括新风循环***、蒸汽加热***、冷却***、蒸汽加湿***,其中:
蒸汽加热***包括蒸汽加热器9、蒸汽调节阀8,蒸汽加热器9自身进、出口端通过蒸汽调节阀8与外部高温蒸汽源连接,形成高温蒸汽循环回路。
冷却***包括空气冷却器6、冷媒水调节阀5,空气冷却器6自身进、出口端通过冷媒水调节阀5与外部冷媒水源连接,形成冷媒水循环回路。
蒸汽加湿***包括蒸汽加湿器4、蒸汽电磁阀3,蒸汽加湿器4自身进、出口端通过蒸汽电磁阀3与外部低温蒸汽源连接,形成低温蒸汽循环回路。
新风循环***包括循环风机11、新风阀15,循环风机15设置于进风风道内,进风风道一端通过出风口2与特种舱室7内连通,进风风道另一端通过新风阀15与特种舱室7外部环境连通,循环风机11的进风侧朝向新风阀15,并且新风阀15、循环风机11之间的进风风道内还设置有空气过滤器12,该空气过滤器的出风侧朝向循环风机11的进风侧,该空气过滤器有两个进风侧,其中一个进风侧朝向新风阀15。蒸汽加热器9、空气冷却器6、蒸汽加湿器4依次设置于循环风机11出风侧、出风口2之间,并且在蒸汽加湿器4、出风口2之间还设置有出风静压箱1,出风静压箱1的进风侧朝向蒸汽加湿器4、出风侧朝向出风口2。
特种舱室7中出风风道一端与特种舱室7内连通,出风风道另一端分为两路,其中第一路通过第一回风口13连通至新风阀15、循环风机11之间的进风风道位置,且空气过滤器12的另一个进风侧朝向第一路连通位置;第二路通过第二回风口14与一个排风风机16的进风侧连接,排风风机16的出风侧通过排风阀17与特种舱室7外部环境连接。
还包括控制器10,控制器10分别与新风阀15、循环风机11、第一回风口13、第二回风口14、排风风机16、排风阀17、蒸汽调节阀8、冷媒水调节阀5、蒸汽电磁阀3控制连接。同时控制器10还信号传递连接有温湿度传感器18,该温湿度传感器18设置于特种舱室7内部。
制冷工况:通过舱内温度控制冷媒水调节阀5,从而达到自动控制环控***的制冷量。当舱内温度低于设定温度下限时,冷媒水调节阀5关闭,当回风温度高于设定温度上限时冷媒水调节阀5开至最大(设定值可调整)。
加热工况:通过回风温度控制蒸汽调节阀8,从而达到自动控制环控***的制热量;当舱内温度高于设定温度上限时蒸汽调节阀8关闭,当回风温度低于设定温度下限时蒸汽调节阀8开至最大(设定值可调整);
加湿工况;当舱内相对湿度低于设定值下限时,开启蒸汽电磁阀3进行加湿;当回风相对湿度高于设定值上限时,关闭蒸汽调节阀3(设定值可调整)。
空调器在闭式冷却工况下使用一台循环风机11,在换气工况下该循环风机11与排风风机16同时工作,风机与各自对应的风阀联锁,即风机启动风阀打开,风机停止风阀关闭。
控制器10同时可以连接本地及远程声光报警,用于在特定情况进行报警。

1.一种特种舱室环境控制***,所述特种舱室中布设有进风风道、出风风道,其特征在于:包括新风循环***、蒸汽加热***、冷却***、蒸汽加湿***,其中:
所述蒸汽加热***包括蒸汽加热器、蒸汽调节阀,所述蒸汽加热器通过蒸汽调节阀与外部高温蒸汽源连接形成回路;
所述冷却***包括空气冷却器、冷媒水调节阀,所述空气冷却器通过冷媒水调节阀与外部冷媒水源连接形成回路;
所述蒸汽加湿***包括蒸汽加湿器、蒸汽电磁阀,所述蒸汽加湿器通过蒸汽电磁阀与外部低温蒸汽源连接形成回路;
所述新风循环***包括循环风机、新风阀,所述循环风机设置于进风风道内,所述进风风道一端通过出风口与特种舱室内连通,进风风道另一端通过新风阀与特种舱室外部环境连通,所述循环风机的进风侧朝向新风阀,所述蒸汽加热器、空气冷却器、蒸汽加湿器依次设置于循环风机出风侧、出风口之间,所述特种舱室中出风风道一端与特种舱室内连通,出风风道另一端分为两路,其中一路通过第一回风口连通至新风阀、循环风机之间的进风风道位置,另一路通过第二回风口通向特种舱室外部环境;
还包括控制器,所述控制器分别与所述循环风机、新风阀、第一回风口、蒸汽调节阀、冷媒水调节阀、蒸汽电磁阀、第一回风口、第二回风口控制连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种特种舱室环境控制***,其特征在于:所述进风风道内位于新风阀、循环风机之间还设置有空气过滤器,所述空气过滤器具有两个进风侧、一个出风侧,空气过滤器的其中一个进风侧朝向所述新风阀,空气空滤器的另一个进风侧朝向所述第一回风口连通处,空气过滤器的出风侧朝向循环风机的进风侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种特种舱室环境控制***,其特征在于:所述进风风道内位于蒸汽加湿器与出风口之间还设置有出风静压箱,所述出风静压箱的进风侧朝向蒸汽加湿器,出风静压箱的出风侧朝向出风口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种特种舱室环境控制***,其特征在于:还包括排风机、排风阀,所述第二回风口与排风机的进风侧连通,排风机的出风侧通过排风阀与特种舱室外部环境连通,所述控制器分别与排风机、排风阀控制连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种特种舱室环境控制***,其特征在于:还包括设置于特种舱室内的温湿度传感器,温湿度传感器与控制器信号传递连接。
