Abstract

本发明公开了一种感应加热高温油汽收集排放装置,感应线圈环绕在瓷管的外壁上;瓷管支架的顶部两侧设置有下半环槽,瓷管支架的中间设置有贯穿的排油通道,排油通道的底端安装有排油嘴;瓷管支架上盖的底部两侧设置有与下半环槽匹配的上半环槽,瓷管支架上盖安装在瓷管支架顶部,并且上半环槽与下半环槽配合后形成管口槽,位于瓷管支架两侧的瓷管的管口安装在管口槽内。本发明通过密闭的瓷管对油汽进行收集,油汽遇到温度较低的瓷管后,在瓷管内凝结变为液体,此时由于油液距离瓷管内金属管比较近,高温的金属管又为油液提供了一定温度,保证了油液的流动性,本发明密封良好,结构简单,体积小,成本低,安装与维护非常方便。

一种感应加热高温油汽收集排放装置
技术领域
本发明涉及金属管加热技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种感应加热高温油汽收集排放装置。
背景技术
在感应加热行业内,尤其是在金属管的感应加热过程中,金属管上的残留油液受热汽化,产生大量的高温油汽,该油汽凝结后形成粘稠状油污,严重影响金属管的热处理效果,同时造成感应加热箱体的污染和重要器件的损坏。
以常见的铜管退火工艺,铜管在感应加热时会产生大量的高温油汽,该油汽来源于铜管进行拉拔时的残留油液,油液遇热汽化。现在最常见的排放方式主要有两种,第一是让高温油汽在感应加热箱内凝结后再定期清理,由于油污凝结时间过长油污会变得异常粘稠,清理非常困难;第二是高温油汽直接排放在空气中,然后由大功率吸烟机吸走再集中处理。
第一种方式费时费力还可能对感应加热箱内器件造成损坏,第二种方式处理不彻底,还有可能对环境造成更大污染。
因此,如何提供一种收集与排放一体化的感应加热高温油汽收集排放装置是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种感应加热高温油汽收集排放装置,通过密闭的瓷管对油汽进行收集,油汽遇到温度较低的瓷管后,在瓷管内凝结变为液体,此时由于油液距离瓷管内金属管比较近,高温的金属管又为油液提供了一定温度,保证了油液的流动性,作为排油装置的瓷管支架为摩擦系数非常小的聚四氟乙烯材质加工而成,油液能顺利排出设备,本发明密封良好,结构简单,体积小,成本低,安装与维护非常方便。
为了实现上述方案,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种感应加热高温油汽收集排放装置,包括瓷管、瓷管支架、瓷管支架上盖和感应线圈,其中所述感应线圈环绕在所述瓷管的外壁上;所述瓷管支架的顶部两侧设置有下半环槽,所述瓷管支架的中间设置有贯穿的排油通道,所述排油通道的底端安装有排油嘴;
所述瓷管支架上盖的底部两侧设置有与所述下半环槽匹配的上半环槽,所述瓷管支架上盖安装在所述瓷管支架顶部,并且所述上半环槽与所述下半环槽配合后形成管口槽,位于所述瓷管支架两侧的所述瓷管的管口安装在所述管口槽内。
优选的,在上述一种感应加热高温油汽收集排放装置中,所述管口槽与所述瓷管的管口之间设置有密封圈。
瓷管支架与瓷管支架上盖分体设计,瓷管支架上盖可以完全打开,瓷管支架上盖打开后,可以方便地进行瓷管和密封圈的安装及排油通道的检修和维护,瓷管支架具备支撑和放油两种功能,结构简单,节省成本。
优选的,在上述一种感应加热高温油汽收集排放装置中,所述密封圈为硅胶密封圈,采用耐高温、抗老化、弹性大的特制硅胶密封圈对瓷管和瓷管支架、瓷管支架上盖之间进行密封,防止油气排到感应加热箱体中,该密封圈由于弹性大,不需要纵向挤压即可实现良好的密封。
优选的,在上述一种感应加热高温油汽收集排放装置中,所述瓷管、所述瓷管支架、所述瓷管支架上盖和所述感应线圈均位于感应加热箱内。
优选的,在上述一种感应加热高温油汽收集排放装置中,所述瓷管支架上盖与所述瓷管支架通过非金属螺栓连接。
优选的,在上述一种感应加热高温油汽收集排放装置中,所述瓷管采用耐高温材料烧制而成,具有结构稳定,耐高温的特性。
优选的,在上述一种感应加热高温油汽收集排放装置中,所述瓷管支架和所述瓷管支架上盖均采用聚四氟乙烯材质加工而成,抗老化、耐高温、不受磁场影响,同时由于摩擦系数小,非常有利于油污的排放。
优选的,在上述一种感应加热高温油汽收集排放装置中,所述排油嘴为不锈钢材质。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明公开提供了一种感应加热高温油汽收集排放装置,本发明通过有效地密封以及合理的排油设计,首先避免了高温油气的外溢问题,其次设计的排油通道能顺利将凝结后的油污排放到设备以外。本发明有效地解决了高温油汽的收集及排放问题,保证了金属管的热处理效果,延长了设备的使用寿命。

本发明实施例公开了一种感应加热高温油汽收集排放装置,包括瓷管1、瓷管支架2、瓷管支架上盖3和感应线圈4,其中感应线圈4环绕在瓷管1的外壁上;瓷管支架2的顶部两侧设置有下半环槽5,瓷管支架2的中间设置有贯穿的排油通道6,排油通道6的底端安装有排油嘴7;
瓷管支架上盖3的底部两侧设置有与下半环槽5匹配的上半环槽8,瓷管支架上盖3安装在瓷管支架2顶部,并且上半环槽8与下半环槽5配合后形成管口槽,位于瓷管支架2两侧的瓷管1的管口安装在管口槽内。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,管口槽与瓷管1的管口之间设置有密封圈9。
瓷管支架2与瓷管支架上盖3分体设计,瓷管支架上盖3可以完全打开,瓷管支架上盖3打开后,可以方便地进行瓷管1和密封圈9的安装及排油通道6的检修和维护,瓷管支架2具备支撑和放油两种功能,结构简单,节省成本。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,密封圈9为硅胶密封圈,采用耐高温、抗老化、弹性大的特制硅胶密封圈对瓷管1和瓷管支架2、瓷管支架上盖3之间进行密封,防止油气排到感应加热箱体中,该密封圈9由于弹性大,不需要纵向挤压即可实现良好的密封。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,瓷管1、瓷管支架2、瓷管支架上盖3和感应线圈4均位于感应加热箱10内。

为了进一步优化上述技术方案,瓷管1采用耐高温材料烧制而成,具有结构稳定,耐高温的特性。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,瓷管支架2和瓷管支架上盖3均采用聚四氟乙烯材质加工而成,抗老化、耐高温、不受磁场影响,同时由于摩擦系数小,非常有利于油污的排放。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,排油嘴7为不锈钢材质。
工作原理:
由于瓷管1内壁温度低于被加热的高温金属管11,所以高温油汽会在瓷管1内壁液化,高温金属管11又为瓷管1内壁的油液提供了一定温度,避免油液温度过低变的粘稠,所以油液会在瓷管1内壁的下部流动,瓷管支架2首先起到瓷管1的定位和固定作用,在瓷管支架2中心留有一个直径25的排油通道6,使瓷管支架2同时具有定位固定瓷管1和排油双重功能。
瓷管支架上盖3与瓷管支架2通过非金属螺栓连接,共同起到固定瓷管1和排油的功能,设置瓷管支架上盖3的目的主要是有利于瓷管1和密封圈9的安装及排油口的检修和维护。排油嘴7距离感应线圈4较远,可选用不锈钢材质,排油嘴7与瓷管支架2为通用管螺纹连接,排油嘴7可根据现场使用环境选用不同类型的排油嘴7进行排油。

1.一种感应加热高温油汽收集排放装置,其特征在于,包括瓷管、瓷管支架、瓷管支架上盖和感应线圈,其中所述感应线圈环绕在所述瓷管的外壁上;所述瓷管支架的顶部两侧设置有下半环槽,所述瓷管支架的中间设置有贯穿的排油通道,所述排油通道的底端安装有排油嘴;
所述瓷管支架上盖的底部两侧设置有与所述下半环槽匹配的上半环槽,所述瓷管支架上盖安装在所述瓷管支架顶部,并且所述上半环槽与所述下半环槽配合后形成管口槽,位于所述瓷管支架两侧的所述瓷管的管口安装在所述管口槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种感应加热高温油汽收集排放装置,其特征在于,所述管口槽与所述瓷管的管口之间设置有密封圈。
