the gear is washed by starting the washing mechanism 4, the second motor 19 is started, the second motor 19 drives the roller 15 to rotate, the roller 15 drives the transmission belt 16 to move, and a plurality of gears on the transmission belt 16 are washed.

2. The mechanical gear cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein: the lifting mechanism (3) comprises an air cylinder (31), the lower end of the air cylinder (31) is bolted with a support plate (32), and the other side of the support plate (32) is bolted on the surface of the cleaning box (1).

10. A method of operating a mechanical gear cleaning device, comprising: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1: sleeving a gear to be cleaned on the surface of the cylinder (171);
step 2: starting a second motor (19), driving the conveying belt (16) to move by the roller (15), and repeating the step 1;
and step 3: the guide tube (14) is clamped with the clamping mechanism (17) by using the lifting mechanism (3);
and 4, step 4: starting the first motor (7), driving the first bevel gear (9) to rotate by the rotating rod (11), and transmitting power to the rotating rod (11) (the first motor (7) is a positive and negative motor);
and 5: starting the water pump (44), wherein the water pump (44) drives the cleaning solution in the water tank (42) to be sprayed out through the spray head (5);
step 6: the upper cleaning brush and the lower cleaning brush clean the gear;
and 7: after cleaning, sewage flows into the water storage tank (28), and the gear falls into the box body (20) due to gravity;
and 8: and starting a fan (22) and a heating pipe (23) to dry the cleaned gear.
