Technical Field
The invention relates to seawater filtering equipment, in particular to a filter for filtering seawater on a ship to cool the equipment on the ship.
Background
The marine seawater filter is mainly used for seawater cooling systems of various ships, central fresh water cooling systems, ballast fire-fighting systems and water supply/supply systems. The adaptive medium is seawater or fresh water. In marine vessel piping systems, seawater strainers are common accessories in the systems, and usually the strainer is made of perforated plates. The function of the filter medium is to filter the medium, block impurities in a certain particle size range in the circulating medium, and ensure that corresponding valves, instruments and equipment are prevented from being blocked by the impurities, thereby ensuring the safe operation of a pipeline system.
The existing filter for the cooling water main pipe of the ship usually adopts a CBM 1061-81 or CB/T497-94 standard filter, the filter with the structural type is generally positioned below a waterline after being connected and fixed with the cooling water main pipe, an opening of a filter screen at a water inlet end is matched with a cooling water inlet end, cooling water is filtered by the filter screen to equipment needing cooling, and impurities are left in the filter screen to achieve the purpose of filtering. However, when the filter is used in a shallow draft type inland river ship, the river surface has more floating impurities, the floating impurities on the water surface enter the filter through the sea bottom door grating, and then the floating impurities can be hooked on the meshes of the filter screen, the filter screen is easily blocked, and the cooling water flow of equipment needing to be cooled, such as a diesel engine and the like on the ship, is insufficient, so that the equipment cannot normally operate, and the operation of the ship is influenced. In addition, when the impurity on the filter screen needs to be cleaned, because the filter is wholly below the waterline, the cooling water main valve needs to be closed during cleaning, and the filter screen is taken out and then cleaned, so that the whole cleaning process is complicated, and certain potential safety hazards exist.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a ship cooling water filter which has a simple structure, can reduce impurities entering a cooling water pipeline, is convenient to clean and maintain, reduces the frequency of cleaning the filter during the operation of a ship, and improves the operation efficiency and the use safety.
The invention relates to a ship cooling water filter, which comprises a box body, wherein the middle parts of the front side and the rear side of the box body are respectively provided with a water inlet and a water outlet which are communicated with a pipeline, the top of the box body is provided with a cover plate which can be opened and closed or disassembled, a filter basket is arranged in the box body, one side of the filter basket is tightly attached to the water inlet, an opening corresponding to the size of the water inlet is arranged at the position opposite to the water inlet, the other side of the filter basket is provided with a filter plate which is densely provided with filter holes, the top of the filter basket is open, and the top of the filter plate directly reaches the bottom of the cover plate.
The cooling water filter, sea water gets into the box from the water inlet with the pipeline intercommunication, gets into the filter basket through the opening in, filters through the filtration pore of filter basket, and the top of filter basket is then stored to the floating impurity. Consequently, the box top that sets up between the pipeline highly can be higher than the waterline, when normal navigation, also can conveniently open the apron at box top at any time, takes the filtration basket out from the box, and the interior showy impurity of filtration basket is then taken out, and the filtration basket of more renewing this moment can, and the cooling water can not be excessive to the cabin. The invention has simple structure, and the box body is arranged between the pipelines, and the filtering basket is arranged in the box body for filtering and storing the floating impurities at the top, thereby not only reducing the floating impurities entering the other end through the filtering mesh holes, but also storing the floating impurities, quickly cleaning the floating impurities in the box body at any time, reducing the frequency of cleaning the filter when the ship operates, and improving the operation efficiency and the use safety.

As shown in figures 1-8, a ship cooling water filter comprises a box body 1, a water inlet 2 and a water outlet 3 which are communicated with a pipeline are respectively arranged in the middle of the front side and the rear side of the box body, an openable or detachable cover plate 4 is arranged at the top of the box body, a filter basket 5 is arranged in the box body, one side of the filter basket is tightly attached to the water inlet, an opening 51 corresponding to the size of the water inlet is arranged at the position opposite to the water inlet, a filter plate 53 with filter holes 52 is densely distributed at the other side of the filter basket, the top of the filter basket is open, and the top of the filter plate directly reaches the bottom of the cover plate. A plurality of limiting blocks 6 are oppositely arranged on two sides in the box body, and the filtering plate 53 is abutted against the limiting blocks, so that a gap is reserved between a box body water outlet and the filtering plate 53. The upper part of the filtering basket is provided with a handle 8. The filtering basket is conveniently and quickly drawn out from the box body, and the purpose of quick replacement and cleaning is achieved.
A first partition plate 9 is arranged in front of the inner opening of the filtering basket, and gaps are reserved between the two ends of the first partition plate and the two sides of the filtering basket. When the first partition plate can prevent floating impurities from floating upwards along the water flow direction from the inlet end, the floating impurities directly impact the filtering holes of the filtering basket, the filtering holes are blocked by the impurities, and the filtering efficiency is improved.
And a second clapboard 10 and a third clapboard 11 are fixedly connected to two sides of the filtering basket between the first clapboard and the filtering plate respectively.
