The dry yellow corn straw crushing production line is particularly suitable for processing the dry yellow corn straw, so that the dry yellow corn straw has a silk kneading effect and becomes a raw material for producing methane.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of agricultural waste treatment, in particular to complete equipment for crushing straws.
Background
China is a big agricultural country, crop straw resources are very rich, straw biogas utilization is gradually promoted and developed, and crop lignocellulose raw materials comprise straws such as corn straws, wheat straws, rice straws and the like, and have the characteristics of wide distribution, huge yield, easiness in collection and the like. In the past, people can discard the straws as wastes or burn the straws, so that energy waste is caused and the environment is polluted. At present, the production of biogas by using crop straws is widely carried out. The crop straws used for biogas production have the advantages of good kneading effect, high soil removal rate and uniform particle size distribution. The straws with good kneading effect have very important function for producing the biogas through anaerobic fermentation.
Most of the existing straw crushers adopt hammer type crushers, the application range of the moisture content of dry and yellow straws is narrow, the crushing efficiency is low, soil and impurities cannot be effectively removed, and impurities are deposited after the dry and yellow straws enter an anaerobic fermentation system.
Chinese patent CN104858034B discloses a continuous straw crushing system. The system is composed of a feeding system, a pre-powdering system, an impurity removing system, a fine powder system and a material storage system in sequence according to the material running direction. Wherein, the blade of the 1-grade coarse powder machine of the pre-powder system adopts a movable fly-cutter type hammer sheet. Engineering practices show that the fly-cutter type pulverizer has poor adaptability to longer and larger fibrous raw materials, once snow water is mixed into the raw materials or the moisture content of the raw materials rises in a continuous rainy season, the fly-cutter type pulverizer cannot effectively pulverize, the pulverizing efficiency is reduced, and even the fly-cutter type pulverizer cannot work.
At present, no economical and feasible production line can crush the dry yellow corn straws to the length of 2cm to 3cm and the diameter of less than 0.5cm, has the effect of hand kneading, and can enable the dry yellow corn straws to become raw materials for producing biogas.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a dry yellow corn straw crushing production line. The dry yellow corn straw crushing production line is particularly suitable for processing and treating dry yellow corn straws, so that the dry yellow corn straws have a shredding effect and become raw materials for producing methane.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

The screening system comprises a first-stage impurity conveying belt, a second-stage impurity conveying belt, a roller power device, a roller protective shell and a roller screen. The rotary screen is driven by a power device to rotate clockwise and forwards, the materials shredded by the shredder rotate in the rotary screen, and the impurities, soil and other powdery impurities are conveyed to the outside of the system through the first-stage conveying belt and the second-stage conveying belt.
The crushing system comprises a strong magnet, a crusher material feeding belt, a crusher material discharging conveying belt, a hammer type crusher, a crusher power device and a crusher support. The front end of the feeding belt of the pulverizer is provided with the strong magnet, and iron wires, iron blocks and the like in the materials are attracted to the upper surface by the strong magnet, so that the purpose of removing iron and impurities can be achieved. The external part of the pulverizer is provided with a casing, a pulverizer power device drives a rotor to run at a high speed through a driving bearing, so that the machine generates high-speed airflow to generate high-strength impact force, compression force and cutting force on pulverized materials, and a unique pulverizing function is achieved.
The invention also provides a method for crushing the dry yellow corn straws, which uses the dry yellow corn straw crushing production line. The method comprises the following steps:
crushing straws into straws with the particle size of 10-20 cm through a double-roller type shredder;
step two, removing soil impurities from the straws obtained in the step one by a screening system through a drum screen;
and step three, removing iron impurities from the straws obtained in the step two by using a strong magnet through a crushing system, and then processing the straws into crushed finished products of the straws with the particle size of 2-3 cm and the straw diameter of less than 0.5cm by using a hammer crusher.
The application of the dry yellow corn straw crushing production line in the treatment of dry yellow corn straws is particularly suitable for treating dry yellow corn straws with the water content of less than 20 percent and the solid content of more than 80 percent.
Most of the dry yellow corn straws are produced in the low-latitude cold areas in northeast China, and a large amount of straws in the ground are discarded after corn grains are harvested. After long-time airing, the straw has the water content of less than 20 percent and the solid content of more than 80 percent. Because the utilization value is not great, the dry yellow corn straws can be incinerated on the spot only before sowing in the spring of the next year, and the environment is extremely polluted.
The dry yellow corn straw crushing production line can also be used for crushing fibrous raw materials such as wheat straws, sorghum straws and rice straws.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: after the straw is shredded by the primary pair rollers, the length of the straw is about 10-20 cm, and the straw has a kneading effect. The second-level hammer pieces are crushed into 2-3 cm long rods and 0.5cm stems. The soil content of the crushed straws of the dry yellow corn straw crushing production line is less than 10 percent, the impurity content is less than 3 percent, and the kneading effect is achieved.

Detailed Description
Example 1: basic structure of dry yellow corn straw crushing production line
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the dry yellow corn stalk crushing production line of the present invention includes a pair of roll shredders 2, a screening system and a crushing system; the double-roller type shredder 2 is provided with two relatively rotatable knife rollers 2.1, and each knife roller 2.1 is provided with a plurality of cutters 2.2; the screening system is provided with a drum screen 10 capable of separating impurities; the crushing system is provided with a strong magnet 12 and a hammer crusher 14, the hammer crusher 14 is internally provided with a plurality of blades 14.2, a kick-out device 14.1 is arranged above the blades 14.2, and a screen 14.3 is arranged below the blades 14.2.
Fig. 3 and 4 are plan and elevation views of the pair-roller shredder 2. The knife roll 2.1 crushes and kneads the straws by opposite rolling and kneading. Referring to fig. 4, the knife roll 2.1 on the left side rotates clockwise, and the knife roll 2.1 on the right side rotates counterclockwise, which drives the respective cutters 2.2, thereby realizing opposite rolling.
The strong magnet 12 is provided at the front end of the feed belt 13 of the hammer mill 14.
The double-roller type shredder 2 comprises a conical feed hopper 1, a shredder power device 3, a shredder bracket 4 and a shredder conveyor belt 5. The shredder power devices 3 are arranged at two sides of the conical feed hopper 1, as shown in figure 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the screening system is provided with a primary impurity conveyor belt 11 and a secondary impurity conveyor belt 7, which can reversely convey impurities, that is, the conveying direction of the primary impurity conveyor belt 11 is from right to left, which is opposite to the moving direction of the materials from left to right. In this way, the impurities can be conveniently transported to the outside of the system.
The screening system also comprises a roller power device 8 and a roller protective shell 9.
The size of the trommel 10 is 3 x 3 cm.
The screen 14.3 has a size of 3 cm.
Fig. 5 and 6 are plan and elevation views of the hammer mill 14. 14.1 is a kick-out device which is used for evenly feeding the materials into the interior of the pulverizer. 14.2 are blades which chop the material by rotating at high speed. The crushed material is screened through a screen 14.3 in a secondary crushing system.
Example 2: method for treating straws by dry yellow corn straw crushing production line
Crushing straws into straws with the particle size of 10-20 cm through a double-roller type shredder; the method comprises the following specific steps:
the shredder power device 3 directly drives the two knife rolls 2.1 by adopting a double motor with low rotating speed and large torque, crushes the materials by utilizing the principle that the two knives 2.2 which rotate relatively on the knife rolls 2.1 shear and tear mutually (see figure 4 in particular), and has good crushing effect on soft and hard materials, so that the straw production line has wider application range on the straws, particularly the moisture of dry yellow corns. The shredder power device 3 is arranged on two sides of the conical feed hopper 1 and fixed on the shredder bracket 4 through bolts. Shredder 2 below set up the blanking mouth, blanking mouth below sets up shredder conveyer belt 5, the material that is shredded is carried to buffer memory transfer in feed bin 6 through shredder conveyer belt 5.
Step two, removing soil impurities from the straws obtained in the step one by a screening system through a drum screen; the method comprises the following specific steps:

The front end of the feeding belt 13 is provided with a strong magnet 12, iron wires, iron blocks and the like in materials are attracted to the upper surface by the strong magnet, and the purpose of removing iron impurities can be achieved.
The optimized material enters a hammer mill 14, a casing is arranged outside the mill 14, a kick-out device 14.1 is arranged inside the casing, the uniform and ordered feeding of the material is realized, a power device 15 of the mill 14 drives a bearing and a rotor to run at a high speed, so that high-speed airflow generated by machinery generates high-strength impact force, compression force and cutting force on the milled material, a unique milling function is achieved, and the milled material is screened by a phi 3cm screen. The screened material is output to a straw crushing finished product through a crusher discharging conveyor belt 17. The pulverizer power device 15 is arranged on two sides of the casing and is fixed on the pulverizer support 16 through bolts. A blanking port is arranged below the crusher 14, and a crusher discharging conveyor belt 17 is arranged below the blanking port.
The bin 6 and the hammer mill 14 are provided with a dust removal matching device 18 to prevent the environment and the human health from being damaged by raised dust.

and step three, removing iron impurities from the straws obtained in the step two by using a strong magnet through a crushing system, and then processing the straws into crushed finished products of the straws with the particle size of 2-3 cm and the straw diameter of less than 0.5cm by using a hammer crusher.
10. Use of the dry yellow corn stover comminution line of any one of claims 1 to 7 in the treatment of dry yellow corn stover, with dry yellow corn stover having a moisture content of less than 20% and a solids content of greater than 80%.
