the technical knowledge achievements of the enterprises comprise scientific and technological research and development achievements of the enterprises, standardization achievements of technical schemes of the enterprises, historical bidding technical schemes, construction technical schemes and construction technical summaries, and the scientific and technological research and development achievements of the enterprises comprise reports, papers, patents and construction methods of the enterprises.
