Abstract
The invention discloses a vinyl resin gel coat firmly combined with phenolic resin and a preparation method thereof, wherein the vinyl resin gel coat comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1000 parts of epoxy modified vinyl resin, 10 parts of accelerator, 15 parts of thixotropic agent, 10 parts of defoaming agent, 3 parts of wetting dispersant, 3 parts of flatting agent, 10 parts of adhesion promoter and 12 parts of fumed silica. The invention has scientific and reasonable formula, and can well solve the phenomenon that the surface layer is easy to delaminate, bubble or separate when the resin gel coat is coated on the existing common resin gel coat.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of composite materials, in particular to a vinyl resin gel coat firmly combined with phenolic resin and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The gel coat resin is a special resin for manufacturing a gel coat layer of a glass fiber reinforced plastic product, is a special variety of unsaturated polyester, is mainly used for the surface of a resin product, is a continuous covering thin layer and has the thickness of about 0.6 mm generally. The gel coat resin on the surface of the product is used for providing a protective layer for the matrix resin or the laminated material, so as to improve the properties of weather resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and the like of the product and give the product a bright and beautiful appearance. The gel coat resins can be roughly classified into phthalic acid type gel coat resins, isophthalic acid type gel coat resins, bisphenol A type gel coat resins, and vinyl resin gel coats according to their components. However, the existing vinyl resin gel coat has the defect that the existing vinyl resin gel coat cannot be firmly combined with phenolic resin in the using process, so that the application range and the using effect are limited, and therefore, a novel vinyl resin gel coat is needed to be provided.

1000 parts by weight of epoxy-modified vinyl resin
10 parts by weight of a curing accelerator
Thixotropic agent 15 parts by weight
10 parts by weight of defoaming agent
Wetting dispersant 3 parts by weight
Leveling agent 3 parts by weight
Fumed silica 12 parts by weight
10 parts of adhesion promoter.
The preparation method of the vinyl resin gel coat firmly combined with the phenolic resin comprises the following steps:
s1, adding 1000 parts by weight of epoxy modified vinyl resin into a reaction kettle, then adding 10 parts by weight of accelerator and 15 parts by weight of thixotropic agent to fully mix the epoxy modified vinyl resin with the accelerator and the thixotropic agent, and stirring the epoxy modified vinyl resin uniformly by the reaction kettle;
s2, simultaneously adding 10 parts by weight of defoaming agent into the reaction kettle to eliminate foaming generated in the stirring process;
s3, adding 3 parts by weight of wetting dispersant to keep the dispersibility of the fumed silica and avoid the agglomeration of the fumed silica;
s4, adding 3 parts by weight of a leveling agent to prevent the gel coat from shrinking and keep the leveling property of the gel coat;
s5, adding 12 parts by weight of fumed silica to increase thixotropic strength and hardness, and uniformly stirring in the reaction kettle after adding the components into the reaction kettle, wherein the stirring process is vacuum stirring for 45-50 minutes.
Further, the temperature was controlled at 35 ℃ during the stirring.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the vinyl resin gel coat firmly combined with the phenolic resin has a scientific and reasonable formula, and can well solve the phenomenon that the surface layer is easy to delaminate, bubble or separate when the existing common resin gel coat is coated with the resin gel coat.

Accelerator 10 parts by weight
Thixotropic agent 15 parts by weight
10 parts by weight of defoaming agent
Wetting dispersant 3 parts by weight
Leveling agent 3 parts by weight
Fumed silica 12 parts by weight
10 parts of adhesion promoter. (mainly for increasing adhesion)
The accelerator is LCC-10, which acts to promote rapid curing.
The thixotropic agent is AFCONA-7532, which has the function of preventing flowing.
The defoaming agent is AFCONA7206-40 or AFCONA2790, is an additive for composite materials, has the function of eliminating foaming in the stirring process, and is a product purchased from Haimen Aikona chemical company and produced and sold.
The wetting dispersant is AFCONA-7476 which is an additive for composite materials, and the AFCONA-7476 is a product purchased from Haimen Aikona chemical Co.
The leveling agent is AFCONA-7370, is an additive for composite materials, and has the function of controlling shrinkage cavity. Is purchased from the products manufactured and sold by the Himmerman Kovar chemical company Limited.
Adhesion promoter Bettersol 7442, an epoxy silane compound, primarily to increase adhesion. Purchased from Shanghai cang flood industry Co., Ltd. The product is used as an adhesion promoter for improving the adhesion and water resistance of the resin coating to the inorganic base material; the adhesive is also commonly used in various caulking adhesives and sealant industries, such as epoxy resin, PU adhesive and the like, and is used for improving the bonding property of the adhesive and a base material; the epoxy resin is used in the industries of inorganic substance filling and glass reinforced thermoplastic resin, the electrical property of electronic sealing agents and packaging materials based on epoxy resin and printed circuit boards is enhanced, and the adhesive force between the resin and a matrix or a filling agent is improved.
A preparation method of vinyl resin gel coat firmly combined with phenolic resin comprises the following steps:
s1, adding 1000 parts by weight of epoxy modified vinyl resin into a reaction kettle, then adding 10 parts by weight of accelerator and 15 parts by weight of thixotropic agent to fully mix the epoxy modified vinyl resin with the accelerator and the thixotropic agent, and stirring the epoxy modified vinyl resin uniformly by the reaction kettle;
s2, simultaneously adding 10 parts by weight of defoaming agent into the reaction kettle to eliminate foaming generated in the stirring process;
s3, adding 3 parts by weight of wetting dispersant to keep the dispersibility of the fumed silica and avoid the agglomeration of the fumed silica;
s4, adding 3 parts by weight of a leveling agent to prevent the gel coat from shrinking and keep the leveling property of the gel coat;
s5, 12 parts by weight fumed silica was added to increase thixotropic strength and hardness.
The components are added into a reaction kettle and then uniformly stirred in the reaction kettle, and the stirring process is vacuum stirring for 45-50 minutes. The temperature was controlled at 35 ℃ during the stirring.

10 parts by weight of defoaming agent
Wetting dispersant 3 parts by weight
Leveling agent 3 parts by weight
Fumed silica 12 parts by weight
10 parts of adhesion promoter.
2. A preparation method of vinyl resin gel coat firmly combined with phenolic resin is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, adding 1000 parts by weight of epoxy modified vinyl resin into a reaction kettle, then adding 10 parts by weight of accelerator and 15 parts by weight of thixotropic agent to fully mix the epoxy modified vinyl resin with the accelerator and the thixotropic agent, and stirring the epoxy modified vinyl resin uniformly by the reaction kettle;
s2, simultaneously adding 10 parts by weight of defoaming agent into the reaction kettle to eliminate foaming generated in the stirring process;
