Claims (7)

1. The edible oat mask powder is characterized by comprising, by weight, 38-58 parts of oat germ powder, 1-3 parts of mung bean bran powder, 1-3 parts of black bean bran powder, 4-6 parts of ginseng stem powder, 4-6 parts of liquorice stem powder, 10-13 parts of green oat leaf powder, 10-13 parts of lily leaf powder, 6-9 parts of rose powder and 6-9 parts of peach pollen.
2. The edible oat mask powder of claim 1, wherein the composition comprises 38 parts by weight of oat germ rice, 3 parts by weight of mung bean bran powder, 3 parts by weight of black bean bran powder, 6 parts by weight of ginseng stem powder, 6 parts by weight of licorice stem powder, 13 parts by weight of green oat leaf powder, 13 parts by weight of lily leaf powder, 9 parts by weight of rose pollen and 9 parts by weight of peach pollen.
3. The edible oat mask powder of any one of claims 1 and 2, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: preparing oat germ rice, mung bean bran and black bean bran from mature oat, mung bean and black bean; picking green oat leaves, lily leaves, roses and peach blossoms before rain, cleaning, disinfecting and freeze-drying for 24 hours;
step two: sterilizing the prepared oat and malt rice in time, and freeze-drying for 24 hours;
step three: respectively preparing the freeze-dried oat malt rice, green oat leaves, lily leaves, roses and peach flowers into 350-450-mesh powder;
step four: sterilizing mung bean bran, black bean bran, liquorice stem and ginseng stem, and preparing into 350-mesh and 450-mesh powder respectively;
step five: mixing the powders of the third and fourth step;
step six: and (5) carrying out ultraviolet disinfection and bagging on the raw materials obtained in the step five again.
4. The edible oat mask powder of claim 3, wherein the oats, mung beans, black beans are produced in Jilin white City with a north latitude of 45 °.
5. The edible oat mask powder of claim 3, wherein the licorice and ginseng are from Jilingchangbai mountain.
6. The edible oat mask powder of claim 3, wherein the pre-raining green oat leaves, lily leaves refer to newly tilled leaves; the rose and peach blossom before rain are flowers which bloom newly.
7. The edible oat mask powder of claim 6, wherein the pre-raining is before the second raining interval of two rains separated by 5-10 days.
