Claims (14)

1. A cutting carrier, comprising:
a first carrier (1);
a fixing assembly (2) arranged on the first bearing piece (1) and used for fixing a product;
the first cutting knife (3) is provided with a limiting part (31) and is movably arranged on the first bearing piece (1) and used for cutting at least part of area of the product; and
the positioning mechanism (4) is arranged on the first bearing piece (1) and is used for positioning the first cutting knife (3) in a cutting state or a knife withdrawing state through the limiting part (31);
wherein the positioning mechanism (4) comprises:
a cover plate (41) provided with a through hole (411), arranged on the first bearing piece (1) and matched with the first bearing piece (1) to form a cutter hole (412), wherein the first cutting knife (3) is movably arranged on the first bearing piece (1) along the cutter hole (412); and

2. The cutting carrier of claim 1, wherein the limiting portion (31) comprises an axial moving hole (311) and a radial moving hole (312) communicating with the axial moving hole (311);
the buckle (42) is provided with a columnar structure and comprises a first positioning part (421), a second positioning part (422) and a third positioning part (423), the second positioning part (422) is positioned between the first positioning part (421) and the third positioning part (423), and the size of the second positioning part (422) is smaller than that of the first positioning part (421) and the third positioning part (423);
wherein the first positioning portion (421) and the axial moving hole (311) are matched with each other, and the second positioning portion (422) and the radial moving hole (312) are matched with each other.
3. The cutting carrier of claim 2, wherein the cutting carrier (a) further comprises a pressing piece (5), the pressing piece (5) being configured to drive the buckle (42) to move to a position where the second positioning portion (422) corresponds to the limiting portion (31);
the positioning mechanism (4) further comprises a first resetting piece, wherein the first resetting piece is arranged between the buckle (42) and the first bearing piece (1) and is configured to drive the buckle (42) to reset to a position where the first positioning part (421) corresponds to the limiting part (31).

The cutting carrier according to claim 1, characterized in that the first cutting blade (3) comprises a body portion (32), a blade portion (33) and a slider portion (34), the limiting portion (31) is arranged on the body portion (32), the blade portion (33) is arranged at one end of the body portion (32) and faces the fixing component (2), the slider portion (34) is arranged at the lower side of the other end of the body portion (32);
the cutting carrier (A) further comprises a second cutting knife (6), wherein the second cutting knife (6) is arranged on the first bearing piece (1) and is positioned between the fixing component (2) and a sliding block part (34) of the first cutting knife (3) and is used for cutting at least part of the area of the product;
wherein the knife edge part (33) of the first cutting knife (3) in the cutting state moves to the position of the knife edge (61) of the second cutting knife (6).
5. The cutting carrier according to claim 4, characterized in that the first cutting knife (3) and the second cutting knife (6) are provided as a double-edged knife structure.
6. The cutting carrier according to claim 5, characterized in that the second cutting knife (6) comprises:
a main body part (62) located below the main body part (32) of the first cutting blade (3);
stoppers (63) provided on both sides of the main body (62);
the positioning piece (64) is arranged on the main body part (62) and is used for supporting and positioning the part to be cut of the product;
the knife edge (61) of the second cutting knife (6) is positioned on two sides of the positioning piece (64).
7. The cutting carrier according to claim 6, characterized in that it (A) further comprises:
a second reset piece (7) arranged between the sliding block part (34) of the first cutting knife (3) and the stopping part (63) of the second cutting knife (6) and configured to drive the first cutting knife (3) to move back along the knife hole (412).

the pressing floating piece (123) is arranged on the second bearing piece (122) in a vertically floating mode.
12. The cutting apparatus of claim 11, further comprising:
the first driving device (13) is arranged on the machine frame (10), is fixedly connected with the second bearing piece (122) and is configured to drive the upper die assembly (12) to move up and down.
13. The cutting apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the carriage (11) is provided with a waste chamber;
the upper die assembly (12) further comprises a material blocking floating piece (124), and the material blocking floating piece (124) is arranged on the second bearing piece (122) in a vertically floating mode;
when the carrier seat (11) moves to the first position, the waste material cavity is opposite to the blocking floating piece (124) up and down.
