and a drain pipe 6e communicating with the inside of the cleaning tank 6 a.

The rotating device 2 rotates to drive the needle bearing outer ring which is cleaned completely to move to a working area of the industrial robot 7a, the clamp 7b is preferably a finger cylinder, the industrial robot 7a moves the finger cylinder to the position above the needle bearing outer ring, the needle bearing outer ring is taken down from the working end of the fixing device 3 by the clamping head 7c for the finger cylinder, and the needle bearing outer ring is placed in a to-be-processed area.
The equipment realizes the functions of the invention through the following steps, thereby solving the technical problem provided by the invention;
step one, after pickling treatment of the needle bearing outer ring, a worker puts the needle bearing outer ring into a feeding device 4.
And step two, the rotating device 2 drives the fixing device 3 to move to the output end of the feeding device 4, the working end of the fixing device 3 extends to the output end of the feeding device 4, the needle bearing outer rings are sequentially overlapped and pushed to the working end of the fixing device 3 by the feeding device 4, the needle bearing outer rings are fixed by the working end of the fixing device 3, and the working end of the fixing device 3 contracts to drive the fixed needle bearing outer rings to be separated from the output end of the feeding device 4.
And step three, the rotating device 2 rotates to drive the fixed needle roller shaft to move to the input end of the polishing device 5, the working end of the fixing device 3 extends towards the input end of the polishing device 5 to drive the fixed needle roller bearing outer ring to be inserted into the polishing device 5, the polishing device 5 effectively polishes the surface of the needle roller bearing outer ring, and after the polishing treatment is finished, the working end of the fixing device 3 contracts to drive the polished needle roller bearing outer ring to exit the polishing device 5.
Step four, the rotating device 2 rotates to drive the polished needle bearing outer ring to move to the input end of the cleaning device 6, the working end of the fixing device 3 extends towards the input end of the cleaning device 6 to drive the polished needle bearing outer ring to be inserted into the cleaning device 6, the cleaning device 6 rapidly cleans the surface of the polished needle bearing outer ring, and after cleaning is finished, the working end of the fixing device 3 contracts to drive the cleaned needle bearing outer ring to withdraw from the cleaning device 6.
And step five, the rotating device 2 rotates to drive the cleaned needle bearing outer ring to move to a working area of the blanking device 7, and the blanking device 7 takes down the cleaned needle bearing outer ring from the working end of the fixing device 3 and places the needle bearing outer ring in an area to be processed.

the first mounting rack (3 b) is fixedly mounted at the output end of the first linear driver (3 a); a guide post (3 e) fixedly mounted on the first mounting bracket (3 b);
the expander (3 c) is arranged on the first mounting frame (3 b), and the expander (3 c) is fixedly connected with the first mounting frame (3 b);
