Abstract

一种柔性触摸传感器电极(100),包括基底层(110)、金属线层(120)、保护层(150)和引线结构(140);所述基底层(110)用柔性绝缘材料制成;所述金属线层(120)为基于纳米金属线制成的柔性膜层,覆盖所述基底层(110)的至少部分表面,用于感测外界的触摸操作,根据触摸操作产生对应的电信号;所述保护层(150)用柔性绝缘材料制成,覆盖所述金属线层(120)的至少一部分背向所述基底层(110)的表面;所述金属线层(120)设有用于与外界建立电性连接的接触区(130),在所述接触区(130)的范围内,所述保护层(150)被全部或部分地移除;所述引线结构(140)包括覆盖部(141)与引出部(142),所述覆盖部(141)覆盖所述接触区(130),并与所述接触区(130)直接接触以建立电性连接,所述引出部(142)从所述覆盖部(141)延伸出去,用于将所述金属线层(120)与外界电性连接。本申请还提供了相应的电极制造方法。
