Test 1
Raw materials in the table 1 are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1: 1, blending and adding twists in opposite directions (the twists are both 85-90 twists/10 cm) to obtain first yarns and second yarns (both 32s), knitting the obtained first yarns and second yarns to obtain jacquard fabrics, and detecting the shrinkage rate of the jacquard fabrics, wherein the obtained results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, when the first yarn is prepared by using the raw materials of group 7, the washing size change rate, i.e., the shrinkage rate, is the lowest, but still higher than the washing size change rate requirement of the superior products in GB/T22848-2009 knitted fabric. The inventor researches the knitted jacquard fabric after washing, and finds that first yarns with the twist of 85-90 twists/10 cm penetrate through a single path of knitting needles in paths 1-54 to be knitted, and first yarns with the twist of 95-100 twists/10 cm penetrate through a single path of knitting needles in paths 55-84 to be knitted; when the second yarn with the twist of 85-90 twists/10 cm penetrates through the knitting needles of the double paths in the paths 1-54 to be knitted, and the second yarn with the twist of 95-100 twists/10 cm penetrates through the knitting needles of the double paths in the paths 55-84 to be knitted, the shrinkage rate of the obtained knitted jacquard fabric is below 2.0%, and the knitted jacquard fabric meets the requirements of superior products.

Example 1

A second yarn with the twist of 85 twists/10 cm penetrates through the knitting needles of the double paths in the paths 1-54 to be knitted; and (3) penetrating a second yarn with the twist of 100 twists/10 cm into double paths of knitting needles in the 55 th to 84 th paths for knitting to obtain the knitted jacquard fabric (see figure 2).

Example 2
