Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile fabrics, in particular to a preparation method of a knitted fabric containing moxa fiber.
Background
The moxa fiber is a novel functional fiber which is emerging in recent years. Before the appearance of the moxa fiber, the functional fiber in the market is mainly bamboo charcoal fiber. However, in the application of the product, the bamboo fiber product has a hard injury, namely weakness, and the bamboo fiber fabric can not be twisted and kneaded forcefully, otherwise the bamboo fiber fabric is easy to break. Another disadvantage is poor wear resistance, short life, easy pilling, the higher the content, the more comfortable the use, and the less wear resistant. The application number 201810882140.4 discloses a short fiber core-spun filament yarn and a shirt fabric containing natural plant antibacterial ingredients and a preparation method thereof, the core-spun yarn adopts an moxa antibacterial fiber core-spun polyester filament containing natural antibacterial ingredients of moxa, wherein the weight percentage of the moxa extract in the moxa antibacterial fiber is 10%. The folium Artemisiae Argyi fiber is obtained by adding folium Artemisiae Argyi extract into viscose fiber or other chemical fiber. Therefore, the moxa fiber can replace bamboo charcoal fiber and has antibacterial effect. Meanwhile, the wormwood can also effectively prevent mosquitoes and insects, so the wormwood fiber can replace bamboo charcoal fiber and can be widely applied to various garment materials as functional fiber.
But few reports about the production of knitted fabrics and even fabrics by using the moxa fiber are provided at present. Firstly, the moxa fiber is obtained by adding the components of the moxa on the chemical fiber, and the chemical fiber is not suitable for separately manufacturing knitted fabrics, and particularly, the moxa fiber is not soft and skin-friendly when being worn next to skin and has poor ventilation effect. Secondly, the moxa fiber is used alone or other fibers, particularly cotton fibers, are used as knitted fabrics, and after the knitted fabrics are made into ready-made clothes, the twist degree is large, and the ready-made clothes cannot be made because the twist degree does not meet the standard requirements. Therefore, a preparation method is needed at present, which can prepare the moxa fiber into knitted fabric, can solve the problem of large torsion (torsion rate) after washing, can be skin-friendly and breathable, has the functions of the moxa fiber, and has the functions of antibiosis and mosquito prevention after being prepared into ready-made clothes.

Preferably, the twist of the forward twisting avid yarn and the twist of the reverse twisting avid yarn are both 85-90 twists/10 cm.
Preferably, the yarn count of the positive twisting avicel yarn and the yarn count of the reverse twisting avicel yarn are both 40S.
Preferably, the number of rows of knitting machine needles is 32 needles/inch.
Preferably, the 4-way needle method comprises the following steps in sequence:
route 1: looping two needles of the cylinder needle;
route 2: looping two needles of the cylinder needle;
route 3: one needle of the cylinder needle is looped, and the other needle is floated;
way 4: the cylinder needle is tucked with one needle and looped with one needle.
In the second aspect of the invention, the moxa-containing fiber knitted fabric prepared by the preparation method is improved.
In the third aspect of the invention, the application of the knitted fabric containing the moxa fiber in preparing antibacterial and anti-mosquito clothes is improved.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the fabric is prepared into the knitted fabric by single-side weft knitting, and the knitted fabric with high hand feeling and style is prepared by the arrangement number of needles and a needling method.
2. According to the invention, the moxa fiber and the cotton fiber are blended to obtain the forward-twisted moxa fiber yarn and the reverse-twisted moxa fiber yarn, and the forward-twisted moxa fiber yarn and the reverse-twisted moxa fiber yarn are combined with the needle method, so that the prepared fabric can overcome the problem of large torsion after washing ready-made clothes. The moxa fiber can be applied to the knitted fabric and has the functions of preventing mosquitoes and bacteria. And provides an idea for the spinning and application of the moxa fiber in the future.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that the following detailed description is exemplary and is intended to provide further explanation of the disclosure. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs.
The invention prepares the single-side weft-knitted fabric, the quantity of the row needles of the general knitted fabric is 24 needles or 28 needles (commonly known as low needle pitch), but for the grade of the moxa fiber knitted fabric, the inventor uses 32 needles (commonly known as high needle pitch) to weave, designs a 4-way needle method, and multi-purpose tucking and simultaneously changing the needle method, so that the hand feeling and the style of the prepared fabric are the same as those of the fabric with high count, and the grade of the moxa fiber fabric is improved. However, too much tuck stitch is not suitable for the moxa fiber to independently spin the knitted fabric, firstly, because the moxa fiber is obtained by adding the moxa component on the chemical fiber, the torsion degree is large; secondly, the fabric spun by the moxa fiber is not skin-friendly and cannot improve the grade of the knitted fabric. In order to overcome the problems, the inventor adds the cotton fiber to solve the hand feeling and the wearing experience of the fabric. However, the problem of high torsion degree still cannot be solved by using cotton fiber and moxa fiber respectively. Through research, the inventor blends cotton fibers and moxa fibers according to a certain proportion, obtains forward-twisted moxa yarns and reverse-twisted moxa yarns through forward twisting and reverse twisting, and penetrates the forward-twisted moxa yarns and the reverse-twisted moxa yarns into various needle paths at intervals to prepare the fabric which can solve the problem of high twisting degree. Meanwhile, the obtained knitted fabric is dense in pattern, similar to a high-count fabric, and a top-grade fabric in both style and hand feeling, and is suitable for making ready-made clothes.
